font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>2.Con fecha de 15 de abril de 2023 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 48, la Resolución de la Presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 12 de abril, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de las ayudas para el Fomento de las razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción para el año para el 2023. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>3.Con fecha 30 de mayo de 2023, se publica en el BOIB núm. 71, la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifica la Resolución de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 27 de febrero de 2023, de convocatoria, para el año 2023, de las ayudas correspondientes a las intervenciones en forma de pagos directos que prevé el Plan estratégico de la PAC (PEPAC), así como otras resoluciones de convocatoria de ayudas que prevén las intervenciones en el desarrollo rural. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>4.Con fecha 30 de junio de 2023, se han recibido un total de 299 solicitudes por la ayuda destinada para el fomento de razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>5.Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.En fecha 14 de mayo de 2024 se formuló una propuesta provisional denegatoria para el expediente indicado en el anexo II, que fue publicada en la página web del FOGAIBA el 15 de junio de 2024. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>7. Como resultado de un control de campo realizado al solicitante TORRALBET SL con número de expediente 04003413 y NIF B83112839 se identificaron dos vacas de aptitud láctea de dos años o más y una yegua de más de dos años por lo que no se cumple el número mínimo de unidades de ganado mayor por solicitud y raza para la isla de Menorca. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>8.El solicitante HANDSCHMANN ELISABETH con número de expediente 04004652 y DNI ***8891** solicita ayuda para cuatro animales (tres yeguas de más de dos años y un semental) cuando en la convocatoria la ayuda sólo se para yeguas de más de dos años. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>9.Con fecha 7 de junio de 2024 el solicitante HANDSCHMANN ELISABETH con número de expediente 04004652 y DNI ***8891** presenta como alegación con código 16622 una justificación animal REGA tal y como se detalla en el anexo I de esta resolución por la anualidad 2023. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>10.Con fecha 10 de junio de 2024 el solicitante HANDSCHMANN ELISABETH con número de expediente 04004652 y DNI ***8891** presenta como alegación con código 16631 un certificado veterinario tal y como se detalla en el anexo I d esta resolución por la anualidad 2023. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><em>11.De esta forma las dos solicitudes mencionadas anteriormente deben denegarse ya que no se cumple el punto tercero de la convocatoria referente a los requisitos de las personas beneficiarias y de las explotaciones, apartado 1, letra d) en cuanto a la constitución por solicitud y raza de al menos 3 UBM cuando la base territorial se ubique en las islas de Mallorca o Menorca.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
