&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 44.2 del ROF y demás legislación concordante, el presente anuncio comunica que por decreto de alcaldía, número 2024/DA/002733, de fecha 02/08/24, expediente OF037/2023/0001, se aprobó la delegación de competencias del Alcalde a favor de los Concejales y Concejalas, cuyo texto es del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expediente: OF03720230001&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Asunto: &lt;/strong&gt;Delegación de competencias del Alcalde a favor de los Concejales i Concejalas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con el objeto de dotar de una mayor celeridad y eficacia a la actuación municipal, se hace necesario proceder, de acuerdo con la legislación vigente y con el Reglamento Orgánico Municipal, esta Alcaldía considera necesaria, en uso de las facultades que le confieren los artículos 21.3 y 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, en su nueva redacción actual y otra legislación concordante, proceder al establecimiento de un nuevo régimen de delegaciones de competencias de carácter general y específica, en favor de diferentes Concejales y Concejalas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con la legislación a la que se ha hecho referencia anteriormente, esta Alcaldía puede delegar el ejercicio de sus atribuciones en los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno, siempre y cuando no se encuentren dentro de los supuestos previstos por el artículo 21.3 de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, en su redacción actual, y por el artículo 8, 9 y 12 de Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del Sector Público , en la que se regulan las competencias de la Alcaldía que no pueden ser objeto de delegación sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales pueda realizar en favor de cualquier concejal y concejala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que en el Pleno ordinario de fecha 31 de julio del 2024 tomó posesión un nuevo regidor del Grupo Municipal del PSOE se hace necesario actualizar la nueva organización municipal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo lo anteriormente expuesto y en uso de las atribuciones que me otorga la Ley Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y del ROM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Efectuar a favor de los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local y los concejales y concejalas que forman parte del equipo de gobierno que a continuación se relacionan, una delegación general de atribuciones de gestión de los asuntos de sus respectivas concejalías de actuación, de acuerdo con la definición funcional y con los campos de actuación que, a título meramente enunciativo, se recogen respecto de cada concejalía en los siguientes puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La delegación general a favor de los citados Concejales y Concejalas a la que antes se ha hecho referencia, comportará, tanto &lt;strong&gt;la facultad de dirección&lt;/strong&gt; de la concejalía correspondiente, como su gestión, incluso la firma de cuantos documentos de tramitación, si procede , incluidas las propuestas de resolución que sean necesarias para la ejecución de la mencionada delegación, siempre que siendo potestad de esta Alcaldía, no se encuentren incluidos como competencias indelegables en el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y demás legislación concordante, ni estén delegadas a favor de la Junta de Gobierno Local o de otros Concejales o Concejalas, ni atribuidas excepcionalmente a otras concejalías por este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectos de delimitación del ámbito de actuación de cada una de estas Concejalías, corresponderán a éstas los campos de actuación, las materias y siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Por todos los Concejales y Concejalas delegados generales:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Los actos de dirección, impulso, gestión, y resolución correspondientes a los servicios incluidos en su Área/Ámbito/Departamento que, siendo potestad de esta Alcaldía, no se encuentren incluidos como competencias indelegables en el artículo 21.3. de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, y otra legislación concordante, ni estén delegadas a favor de la Junta de Gobierno Local o de otros Concejales o Concejalas, ni atribuidas excepcionalmente a otras Áreas en los siguientes apartados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Dirección superior de carácter funcional del personal adscrito a las funciones delegades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Las facultades instrumentales necesarias per ejercer en el ámbito competencial atribuido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Efectuar a favor de los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local y los concejales y concejalas que forman parte del equipo de gobierno que a continuación se relacionan, &lt;strong&gt;una delegación general de atribuciones que implican la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros&lt;/strong&gt; de los asuntos de sus respectivas concejalías de actuación de acuerdo con la definición funcional y con los campos de actuación que, a título meramente enunciativo, se recogen respecto de cada concejalía en los siguientes puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A efectos de delimitación del ámbito de actuación de cada una de las concejalías, corresponderán a éstas&lt;strong&gt;, a título meramente enunciativo y no exhaustivo&lt;/strong&gt;, los campos de actuación y las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;REGIMEN INTERIOR Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SERVICIOS GENERALES &lt;/strong&gt;(Secretaria General, Servicios Jurídicos, Contratación y Recursos Humanos),&lt;strong&gt; HACIENDA &lt;/strong&gt;(Servicios Económicos, Tesoreria y Patrimonio),&lt;strong&gt; SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA &lt;/strong&gt;(Policia Local, Ordenación del trafico y del estacionamiento y Protección Civil),&lt;strong&gt; OAC, NUEVAS TECNOLOGIAS&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;(Tecnologias de la información yi Transparencia)&lt;strong&gt; y TAXI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2)&amp;nbsp;Resolver, con carácter centralizado, todas las solicitudes de acceso a la información que los ciudadanos y ciudadanas dirijan al Ayuntamiento o a sus entes instrumentales vinculados presentes y futuros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3)&amp;nbsp;Gestión, dirección y tramitación de expedientes en materia de responsabilidad patrimonial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4)&amp;nbsp;Autorización, disposición y reconocimiento de obligaciones en materia de responsabilidad patrimonial de competencia de la Alcaldía..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5)&amp;nbsp;Defensa i representación del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Contratación &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Impulso, gestión, tramitación de todos los contratos del Ayuntamiento salvo los inferiores a 15.000 euros (IVA excluido) y notas de encargos de otros departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2)Plan&amp;nbsp; anual de contratación&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos Humanos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3) Negociación colectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4) Representación en comisiones paritarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5) Planes de formación del personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Estas delegaciones, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 44.2 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, tendrán efecto desde el día &amp;nbsp;2 de agosto del 2024 con carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de avocación de esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante, enfermedad o cualquier otro impedimento de los Concejales y Concejalas delegados, asumirá directa y automáticamente sus competencias esta Alcaldía, como titular de la competencia originaria, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de advocación, en base a la presente resolución, sin necesidad de nueva expresa en este sentido, siempre que así se notifique a los interesantes en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Esta Alcaldía se reserva todas aquellas competencias indelegables establecidas en el artículo 21.1 y 2 y 3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y especialmente las competencias de la gestión y dirección de los asuntos, &lt;strong&gt;a título meramente enunciativo y no exhaustivo&lt;/strong&gt;, que asimismo se especifican:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ALCALDIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1) Dirigir el gobierno y la administración municipal (21.1a) LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) Convocar y presidir las sesiones del pleno, salvo en los casos previstos en esta Ley y en la legislación electoral general, de la junta de gobierno local, y de cualesquiera otros órganos municipales cuando así se establezca en una disposición legal o reglamentaria, y decidir los empates con voto de calidad 21.1 c) LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3) Dictar bandos (21.1 e) LRBRL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4) La competencia para concertar operaciones de crédito, siempre que aquéllas estén previstas en el presupuesto y su importe acumulado dentro de cada ejercicio económico no supere el 10 por ciento de sus recursos ordinarios, salvo las de tesorería que le corresponden cuando el importe acumulado de las operaciones vivas en cada momento no supere el 15 por ciento de los ingresos corrientes liquidados en el ejercicio anterior, ordenar pagos y rendir cuentas; todo esto de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) En materia de autorización y disposición de gastos, dentro del importe de los créditos autorizados en los presupuestos y en el ámbito de actuación de las competencias del alcalde, así como en materias de reconocimiento y liquidación de las obligaciones derivadas de compromisos de gastos legalmente adquiridos, que corresponden al alcalde, se pueden delegar estas competencias, pero deben recogerse en cada ejercicio en las bases de ejecución del presupuesto, y eso en virtud de lo que dispone el arte. 185.1, 2 y 3 TRLRHL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) No es delegable, en ningún caso, la facultad del alcalde de resolver las discrepancias en las notas de objeción de intervención, dentro del ámbito de su competencia, para venir así establecido en el art. 217.1 TRLRHL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5) Ejercer la jefatura superior de todo el personal y la separación del servicio de los funcionarios de la corporación y el despido del personal laboral, dando cuenta al pleno, en estos dos últimos casos, en la primera sesión que realice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6) Ejercer las acciones judiciales y administrativas y defender al ayuntamiento en las materias de su competencia, incluso cuando las ha delegado en otro órgano y, en caso de urgencia, en materias de la competencia del pleno, y en este caso dar cuenta al pleno en la primera sesión que realice para que lo ratifique (21.1 k) LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7) La iniciativa para proponer al pleno la declaración de lesividad en materias de la competencia de la alcaldía (21.1 l) LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8) Adoptar personalmente, y bajo su responsabilidad, en caso de catástrofe o de infortunios públicos o grave riesgo de éstos, las medidas necesarias y adecuadas, dando cuenta de inmediato al pleno (21.1 m LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9) Representar al ayuntamiento (21.1b) LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10) Dirigir, inspeccionar e impulsar los servicios y obras municipales (21.1 de LRBRL)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11) Desarrollar la gestión económica de acuerdo con el presupuesto aprobado, disponer gastos dentro de los límites de su competencia (21.1 f) LRBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12) Firmar las actas del Pleno y de la Junta de Gobierno y diligenciar los libros oficiales de Actas acreditativos de la adopción de acuerdos por los órganos colegiados municipales y de los libros oficiales de Decretos de la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13) Visto bueno de los certificados de resoluciones y acuerdos municipales y de los demás certificados que no hayan sido objeto de delegación a favor de otros miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Dar publicidad del texto íntegro de estas delegaciones a través de la Web del Ayuntamiento, en el Tablón de Anuncios del Ayuntamiento y del Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en cumplimiento de la legislación concordante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENO&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar esta resolución a los Concejales y Concejalas afectados, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita, el mismo día 2 de agosto &amp;nbsp;de 2024 si no se manifiesta nada en contra, o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMO&lt;/strong&gt;- Notificar a los Grupos municipales y comunicar al personal técnico y administrativo de los diferentes servicios municipales a través de la intranet, por su conocimiento y efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÈCIMO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Dar cuenta al Pleno de esta resolución en la primera sesión que tenga lugar”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
