&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;.- Enmendar los errores materiales detectados en las Bases reguladoras del procedimiento selectivo, mediante concurso oposición de 3 plazas de dirección de las guarderías municipales infantiles de primera infancia del Ayuntamiento de Selva, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 115, de fecha 3 de septiembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="display: inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) El recurso contencioso administrativo ante el órgano competente de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB del presente acuerdo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art. 46.1 Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
