&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Mediante una Resolución del director general del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio se autorizó el cambio de adscripción temporal de la embarcación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Lapa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; con número de matrícula 8a PM-1-1-2002 (BOIB núm. 71, de 10 de junio de 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Mediante una Resolución del director general del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio se autorizó la prórroga de la adscripción temporal de la embarcación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Lapa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; con número de matrícula 8a PM-1-1-2002, (BOIB núm. 143, de 23 de noviembre de 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El plazo de la mencionada adscripción finalizó. Sin embargo, la embarcación continúa dando servicio al Instituto Balear de la Natura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;leza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (IBANAT). Por lo tanto, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se hace&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; necesario regularizar esta situación, por lo cual el Instituto Balear de la Natura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;leza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (IBANAT) ha solicitado la adscripción con carácter definitivo de la embarcación antes mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Los artículos 24 y 88.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 49, de 24 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Los artículos 28, 154 y 156 del Decreto 127/2005, de 16 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 192, de 24 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 94, de 10 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el cual se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 102, de 20 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El Decreto 56/2023, de 21 de julio, por el cual se dispone el nombramiento de altos cargos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación (BOIB núm. 103, de 22 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo esto, dict&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar esta Resolución en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.
