&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; APROBAR y suscribir el Convenio de colaboración entre el Consejo Insular de Eivissa y la Cámara de Comercio, Industria, Navegación y Servicios de Eivissa y Formentera para la financiación de gastos de estructura y actuaciones del año 2024 , con CSV núm. núm.15250326765133220263.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; APROBAR la dotación económica de la subvención por importe total máximo de cien mil euros (100.000,00 €), con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.48966 del vigente presupuesto a favor de la Cámara de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Eivissa y Formentera, con NIF Q0700521H.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PUBLICAR el presente Convenio en el Boletín oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en la Base Nacional de Datos de Subvenciones (BNDS), una vez aprobado, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 18 de la LGS , en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el Portal de transparencia del Consejo Insular de Eivissa (http://transparencia.conselldeivissa.info), de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 5.4 y 8.1 de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Partes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vicente Marí Torres, presidente del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (en adelante, Consejo), por nombramiento del Pleno de 23 de junio de 2023, actuando en nombre y representación de esta institución, de conformidad con lo que disponen el artículo 52 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, el artículo 34 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local (LBRL), y el artículo 20 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares (LCI), asistido por el secretario general de esta Corporación, en ejercicio de sus funciones de fe pública que le atribuye el artículo 92 bis de la LBRL. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Juan Guasch Serra, presidente de la Cámara de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Ibiza y Formentera (en adelante, Cámara), nombrado en consejo insular de la cámara en fecha 28 de junio de 2022, por razón de su cargo, según las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 12 de la Ley 4/2014, de 1 de abril, Básica de las Cámaras Oficiales de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación (Ley de cámaras) y la Ley 1/2017, de 12 de mayo, que regula la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria y Navegación de Ibiza y Formentera (Ley de cámaras de las Islas Baleares), y en el ejercicio que le atribuye el artículo 36 de su Reglamento de régimen interno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El Consejo y la Cámara tienen entre sus fines el desarrollo de estrategias de promoción económica y desarrollo local, así como el fomento del espíritu emprendedor, el auto empleo y la creación de empresas en el ámbito de la isla de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;El Consejo, de conformidad con el artículo 30 de la Ley de cámaras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;, modificado por el artículo 2 de la Ley 2/2022, de 6 de junio, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;M&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;edidas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;U&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;rgentes en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;eterminados &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;ectores de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;ctividad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;dministrativa, y por la disposición final 13 de la Ley 12/2023, de 29 de diciembre, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;resupuestos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;enerales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para el año 2024, puede firmar convenios para financiar las cámaras de comercio, entre otras finalidades, con el objetivo de contribuir a la cofinanciación de los gastos de funcionamiento y estructura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por otro lado, la Cámara es una corporación de derecho público dependiente de la tutela de la consejería de Empresa, Empleo y Energía del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, que representa los intereses del comercio, la industria, la navegación y los servicios de su demarcación, y tiene el objeto, las funciones y las atribuciones que determina la Ley de cámaras y las normas que la desarrollan, la Ley de cámaras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de Las Islas Baleares &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y la normativa que la desarrolla, así como las disposiciones del Reglamento de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;égimen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nterior de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Ibiza y Formentera (Reglamento de cámaras de las Islas Baleares). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Cámara goza de la naturaleza de ente local y tiene plena capacidad y personalidad jurídica independiente para el cumplimiento de sus propios fines, y se rige por los principios de cooperación y colaboración; y en su actuación, por los criterios de eficiencia y servicio a la ciudadanía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Además del ejercicio de las competencias de carácter público que le atribuye la legislación vigente y de las que le puedan encomendar y delegar las administraciones públicas, la Cámara tiene entre sus funciones la de prestar servicios a las empresas que operan en las actividades de comercio, industria, servicios y navegación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Que desde sus inicios, la Cámara viene desarrollando diversas actividades amparadas en la normativa vigente, como, por ejemplo: emitir diferentes certificados; formaciones; apoyo al comercio como consultoría, comunicación y difusión de iniciativas; organización de campañas, concursos, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Cámara participa en las diferentes entidades y organismos de la administración de los que forma parte, como órgano consultivo, asistiendo puntualmente a sus sesiones, con una participación activa en la recogida de opiniones y criterios de los sectores empresariales de nuestras islas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Cámara es miembro activo del Instituto de Mediación de las Islas Baleares (IMIB), integrado por el Colegio de Abogados de Baleares (ICAIB) y las tres cámaras de comercio, promoviendo la mediación como sistema de resolución de conflictos de forma extrajudicial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. En el Presupuesto del Consejo del año 2024, consta una subvención nominativa a la Cámara, sede de Ibiza, por un importe de 100.000 €, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.48966. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta subvención nominativa está prevista en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consejo para los años 2023-2025, publicado en el BOIB núm. 12, de 26 de enero de 2023, con la finalidad de apoyar a la Cámara financiando el ejercicio de sus funciones público-administrativas dirigidas a las empresas de su circunscripción desarrolladas en el año 2024 y así preservar su continuidad en la tarea de promoción y defensa de los intereses generales del comercio en la isla de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Que los gastos totales de la Cámara en funcionamiento y estructura para el año 2024 en la isla de Ibiza objeto de la presente subvención serán de 140.650 €, según consta en la relación de gastos del anexo I del presente Convenio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Que es voluntad de ambas instituciones que todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas de la Isla de Ibiza puedan beneficiarse del asesoramiento y apoyo proporcionado por la Cámara. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las partes se reconocen mutuamente la capacidad legal necesaria para formalizar este Convenio, de acuerdo con las siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cláusulas &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es objeto del presente Convenio entre el Consejo y la Cámara, establecer los términos y las condiciones para el otorgamiento de una subvención nominativa para garantizar su continuidad y ayudar económicamente en su funcionamiento y estructura, financiando el desarrollo de las funciones público-administrativas durante el ejercicio 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con esta colaboración público-privada, se facilita todo un sistema de desarrollo de la actividad económica y empresarial, poniendo a disposición de las empresas la información y los medios necesarios para mejorar su gestión y aumentar su competitividad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Financiación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este Convenio instrumenta una subvención nominativa excepcional y directa la cual está prevista en los Presupuestos del Consejo del año 2024, a la Cámara, de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 48 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;J&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;urídico del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ector &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;úblico (LRJSP), en el art. 22.2 a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones (LGS) y en el art. 65 del Real &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ecreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvenciones (RLGS); y teniendo en cuenta el Decreto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ey 9/2021, de 23 de diciembre, que modifica la Ley de Cámaras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- Obligaciones de las partes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ambas partes nos comprometemos, con carácter general, a ejecutar las actividades objeto de este Convenio de conformidad con los principios de buena administración, buena fe y presunción de legalidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1&lt;/strong&gt;. Además, &lt;strong&gt;la&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Cámara se compromete a&lt;/strong&gt; realizar las actuaciones amparadas con el apoyo económico de la subvención del Consejo que se detallan a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1.a. CREACIÓN DE UN PUNTO DE ASESORAMIENTO INTEGRAL A LA EMPRESA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;La Cámara, durante el ejercicio 2024, se compromete a la creación de un Departamento de asesoramiento empresarial integral, que requiere la contratación de un nuevo trabajador, un técnico de grado A, experto en la materia de creación de empresas. Esta persona se ocupará de los siguientes temas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asesorar sobre las formas jurídicas de la empresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asesorar sobre formas de financiación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asesorar y ayudar en la tramitación de ayudas y subvenciones. También se encarga de realizar la difusión de las diferentes ayudas a las empresas, seleccionando desde nuestra base de datos posibles beneficiarios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Elaboración de planes de empresa personalizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Trabajar con los institutos de formación secundaria de la isla para concertar la posibilidad de que los alumnos de la especialidad de ADE puedan realizar la práctica de creación de una empresa en la Cámara. Se tratará de una práctica tutorizada individual para cada alumno. Está previsto para el inicio de septiembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Punto PAE. Altas de empresa en la AEAT. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Se continuará con la línea ya existente de &lt;em&gt;Más apoyo a las empresas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Atención a consultas sobre temas relativos a los arrendamientos de locales de negocio e industria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;- Asesoramiento sobre defensa de los derechos de usuarios y consumidores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(La oficina existente en Ibiza solo da cobertura a las cuestiones que plantean los particulares. Hay un vacío en cuanto a la asistencia a las empresas, que la Cámara suple proporcionando cobertura en la medida de lo posible a sus consultas y quejas.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Consultas relativas al Comercio Exterior (certificados de origen, cuadernos ATA, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Consultas en relación con los certificados de libre venta y consumo, de reconocimiento y notoriedad de marca, y de tamaño empresarial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Consulta e información de registro de denominaciones en la Oficina de Marcas y Patentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Publicidad en colaboración con el Registro Mercantil Central. Información registral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;- Certificaciones de buenas prácticas empresariales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#131313"&gt;- Colaboración en la elaboración y actualización del Censo Empresarial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para poder ofrecer este asesoramiento integral a la empresa, la Cámara está conectada a la base de datos jurídica LA LEY digital, que permite acceder a la máxima información sobre temas de actualidad y las tendencias de los tribunales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1.b. Organización del III &lt;em&gt;FORO DE COSTAS Y LITORAL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante este ejercicio se continuará con la tarea de dar apoyo legal a la Asociación de Afectados por la Ley de Costas en Ibiza (AALCE). El objetivo es representarla y dotarla de un mecanismo de funcionamiento, con sede en la Cámara. Esta tarea consiste en las siguientes actuaciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Redacción y convocatorias de las reuniones de la Junta. Redacción y custodia de actas. Vigilancia de la legalidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asesoramiento puntual a las empresas asociadas sobre cuestiones relativas a sus asuntos propios relacionados con las concesiones y licencias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Actuaciones encaminadas a la captación de nuevos socios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Organización de jornadas informativas, en especial la celebración del &lt;em&gt;III FORO DE COSTAS Y LITORAL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estudio de la situación jurídica de los &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;varaderos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en la isla de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.c. I FORO DE FISCALIDAD DE LAS EMPRESAS&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Cámara tiene prevista la firma de un convenio de colaboración con el Colegio de Asesores Fiscales de Barcelona y de las Islas Baleares, con el fin de establecer un FORO DE FISCALIDAD DE LAS EMPRESAS, con el objetivo de lograr una mayor difusión de la información fiscal actual y relevante para nuestras empresas, buscando optimizar al máximo sus recursos y alcanzar la mayor difusión de la información fiscal más actual y de importancia para nuestras empresas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En este I. FORO tenemos previstas cuatro jornadas de máxima actualidad fiscal: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Supuestos de tributación del Impuesto sobre Sociedades (IS) y del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas (IRPF) dentro del marco del Régimen Económico y Fiscal (REF), ejercicio 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Firma de un convenio de colaboración con los Asesores Tributarios Profesionales de Cataluña y Baleares, para crear un punto de asesoramiento tributario para las empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- El sistema de facturación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Verifactu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El Régimen Fiscal de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1.d. PREMIOS POSIDONIA a la excelencia empresarial 2024. Ciento veintiún años de la Cámara de Comercio de Ibiza y Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como cada año, en este ejercicio, durante el mes de noviembre, se llevará a cabo la entrega de los Premios Posidonia a la Excelencia Empresarial. Como es tradicional, se otorgarán tres premios y una mención honorífica, con la entrega de una pequeña obra de arte realizada por el artista Mario Arlati. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Además, en esta edición, se prevé un reconocimiento especial a las más de 75 empresas que han sido premiadas a lo largo de los 121 años de la Cámara. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.e. Emisión y control de certificaciones empresariales.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En este ejercicio, formaremos al personal de la Cámara para poder ampliar el Servicio de certificaciones digitales empresariales, y continuaremos ofreciendo este servicio que acredita, entre otros, a todos los empleados públicos del propio Consejo y de los ayuntamientos de la isla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.f. Soporte técnico y presencial a la Jornada del TECH FORUM 2024.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Cámara participará en esta edición, con la implementación de una mesa divulgativa desde donde se dará información sobre los servicios de digitalización del sistema &lt;em&gt;Red Cameral&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;así como del nuevo sello INNOVAL del Gobierno Balear. Además, estaremos presentes en el Coloquio/debate sobre el papel de las administraciones públicas en el impulso a la digitalización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.g&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt; Colaboración con la I Jornada de APIS de Baleares celebrada en Ibiza.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Daremos apoyo al Delegado de Ibiza de la Asociación de APIS de las Islas Baleares, que forma parte de nuestro Comité Ejecutivo. En concreto, este año la Cámara brindará su apoyo técnico y de difusión en las primeras jornadas que se desarrollarán en Ibiza durante el mes de mayo, sobre temas de actualidad inmobiliaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.h. Apoyo al comercio minorista.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dentro del programa dedicado a la dinamización del comercio minorista, cada año desde hace más de 35 años, la Cámara organiza un Concurso de Escaparatismo de Navidad, en colaboración con todos los Ayuntamientos de la isla. Este ejercicio se integrará el Consejo Insular de Ibiza con la creación de dos premios especiales, en concreto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;I Certamen del Concurso de Escaparatismo de &lt;em&gt;Halloween, &lt;/em&gt;dotado con 1.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Colaboración con el INSTITUTO DE MEDIACIÓN DE LAS ISLAS BALEARES (IMIB)&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A lo largo de este ejercicio, continuaremos con nuestra participación y apoyo al IMIB, integrado por las tres cámaras de comercio de la isla y el Colegio de Abogados de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este año está prevista la inauguración de una nueva oficina de mediación con sede en los Juzgados de Ibiza, dedicada a la mediación intrajudicial. Nuestra Cámara brindará apoyo técnico y difusión de esta importante noticia para el impulso de este sistema de resolución de conflictos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.j. Apoyo al Comité Ejecutivo y al Pleno de la Cámara.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Otra de las obligaciones que nos impone la ley es la de celebrar reuniones periódicas del Comité Ejecutivo y del Pleno, los dos órganos de gobierno de la Cámara. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo anterior implica un trabajo de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Agenda y redacción de cada convocatoria, que debe ser custodiada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Control del &lt;em&gt;quo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;rum&lt;/em&gt; de asistencia a cada sesión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificación, custodia de actos y acuerdos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante este ejercicio 2024, implementaremos un nuevo sistema de videoconferencia para poder desarrollar las reuniones de forma telemática, con el fin de facilitar la participación de los miembros del plenario en las mismas, sin necesidad de desplazarse a la sede. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También se implementará un nuevo sistema de &lt;em&gt;Google Drive&lt;/em&gt; para poder visualizar el contenido de cada orden del día, con el dossier completo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1&lt;em&gt;.k&lt;/em&gt;. Participación y soporte a las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Ley cameral establece, entre otras funciones, que la Cámara es un órgano asesor de otras administraciones públicas. Este deber nos obliga a estar presentes y participar en todas las mesas, organismos o entidades administrativas con poder decisorio de nuestra demarcación. También estamos obligados a participar en las iniciativas legislativas en temas que sean de nuestro ámbito. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Respecto del punto anterior, llevamos una agenda detallada de todas las reuniones que se celebran a lo largo del año y en las que tenemos designado a algún miembro de nuestro plenario, trasladándole posteriormente los asuntos que se debaten. Estamos presentes en todas las comisiones (algunas se celebran en Mallorca o Madrid), lo que nos obliga a cubrir los gastos de desplazamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Presencia de la Cámara en comisiones de trabajo, en las cuales la Cámara defiende y apoya los intereses específicos de las empresas de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Dinamización del comercio minorista. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, así como estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias o de otros tipos ante el Consejo, o declaración responsable otorgada ante la autoridad administrativa competente o notario público de estarlo. Se podrá autorizar al Consejo para obtener esta documentación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que realice el órgano concedente, así como a cualquier otra verificación y control financiero que puedan llevar a cabo los órganos de control competentes, tanto nacionales como comunitarios, aportando toda la información que se le requiera en el ejercicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Comunicar al órgano concedente la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos que financien las actividades subvencionables, de cualquier Administración o entidades públicas o privadas, nacionales o internacionales. Esta comunicación deberá realizarse tan pronto como se conozca y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la aplicación dada a los fondos recibidos. Asimismo, se comunicará cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Disponer de los libros contables, registros diligenciados y otros documentos debidamente auditados en los términos exigidos por la legislación mercantil y sectorial aplicable a la persona o entidad beneficiaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluidos los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de las actuaciones de control y comprobación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Cumplir con las obligaciones de transparencia y suministro de información en los términos previstos por la normativa sobre transparencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• En caso de que se produzcan rendimientos financieros de los fondos entregados, estos incrementarán el importe de la subvención concedida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Asimismo, la Cámara queda obligada al cumplimiento de las restantes condiciones establecidas en el artículo 14 de la LGS, y las que se establecen en la resolución de concesión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.2&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;El Consejo, &lt;/strong&gt;por su parte,&lt;strong&gt; se compromete a:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Destinar la cantidad de cien mil euros (100.000,00 €) a la Cámara, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 4220.48966. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Comprobar el cumplimiento de la adecuada justificación de la subvención, así como la realización de las funciones público-administrativas y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinan la concesión o el disfrute de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Inspeccionar los gastos subvencionables, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder, por normativa legal o reglamentaria, a otros organismos o instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- Plazo de ejecución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La subvención se destinará a financiar los gastos objeto del presente Convenio que se produzcan desde el 1 de enero de 2024 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.1. &lt;/strong&gt; Se consideran gastos subvencionables aquellos que, de manera indudable, respondan a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada, sean estrictamente necesarios y se efectúen dentro del plazo establecido en el presente Convenio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Concretamente, se consideran gastos subvencionables los de personal, de viaje y desplazamiento, asesoramiento y servicios externos, y otros gastos corrientes, vinculados al ejercicio de las funciones público-administrativas de la Cámara. Se entiende por: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos de personal. Los costos generados por el abono de retribuciones brutas que incluyen las percepciones salariales de: salario base, complementos de antigüedad, complementos derivados de la actividad (por conocimientos especiales, por turnos de trabajo, nocturnidad, penosidad, etc.), pagas extraordinarias, complementos personales, incentivos a la producción, horas extraordinarias y el resto de complementos personales y pluses que convencionalmente o por sentencia judicial correspondan. Las cotizaciones sociales e impuestos a cargo del trabajador y la seguridad social a cargo de la empresa se consideran gastos de personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Desplazamiento, alojamiento y manutención. Las cuantías de estos gastos no pueden exceder las establecidas legalmente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos de asesoramiento y servicios externos de carácter corriente necesarios para el desarrollo de la actividad público-administrativa objeto de la subvención. La razonabilidad del costo se aplicará sin superar las medias de precios de mercado de la materia que origina el gasto. Este apartado incluye el gasto derivado de la revisión de la cuenta justificativa por parte de la persona auditora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos relacionados con las acciones y actividades desarrolladas por la Cámara objeto del presente Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Otros gastos corrientes necesarios para el desarrollo de las funciones público-administrativas, como: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Alquiler de la sede, incluida la comunidad, o de otras instalaciones y/o equipos donde se desarrollan estas funciones público-administrativas o de apoyo para el cumplimiento de las mismas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Suministros de electricidad, calefacción, agua, teléfono, fax e internet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Servicios de limpieza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Mantenimiento de edificios, equipos de oficina y equipos informáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Material de oficina, amortización de equipos y otros gastos consumibles de oficina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Suscripciones de prensa y de plataformas legislativas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Gastos de dominios corporativos de internet, de plataformas de reuniones y de mantenimiento de programas informáticos (nóminas, control horario, contabilidad, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Servicios de asesoría laboral, fiscal y jurídica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Seguros de los edificios y/o instalaciones y de responsabilidad civil vinculados al desarrollo de las funciones de la Cámara. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Gastos de operativa bancaria, como comisiones de cuentas o por servicios bancarios (transferencias).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Gastos relacionados con el Registro Mercantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Suministros de equipos de protección individual (EPIS). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Gastos de amortización, siempre que estén vinculados a elementos necesarios para el ejercicio de las funciones público-administrativas durante el periodo subvencionable y se calculen de conformidad con las normas de contabilidad generalmente aceptadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por tal motivo, será necesario presentar las tablas de amortización de los bienes objeto de la amortización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.2. &lt;/strong&gt;El coste de los gastos no podrá ser superior al valor de mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.3.&lt;/strong&gt; En ningún caso serán gastos subvencionables y, por tanto, no podrán formar parte de los gastos subvencionables los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los intereses, recargos y sanciones administrativas y penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los gastos de procedimientos judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos correspondientes a obra o a adquisición de bienes y equipamientos inventariables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los tributos son gastos subvencionables cuando la Cámara, beneficiaria de la subvención, los abone efectivamente. En ningún caso se consideran gastos subvencionables los impuestos indirectos cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o compensación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.4. &lt;/strong&gt;En los términos establecidos en el artículo 31.3 de la LGS, cuando el importe de la gasto subvencionable supere las cantidades establecidas en la legislación estatal en materia de contratos del sector público para los contratos menores, la entidad beneficiaria deberá solicitar al menos tres ofertas de proveedores diferentes, con carácter previo a la contracción del compromiso para la prestación del servicio o la entrega del bien, salvo que por las características especiales de los gastos subvencionables no haya en el mercado un número suficiente de entidades que los suministren o los presten. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La elección de la oferta presentada se realizará de acuerdo con criterios de eficiencia y economía, y se deberá justificar expresamente en un informe la elección cuando no recaiga en la propuesta económica más ventajosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 29 de la LGS, la Cámara no podrá subcontratar la actividad subvencionada a terceros. No se considera subcontratación la concertación a terceros cuando el objeto del contrato no se espera que deba ser realizado personalmente por el beneficiario, bien porque no constituya el objeto de su actividad o bien porque los elementos personales del beneficiario no hayan resultado esenciales en la valoración de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.5.&lt;/strong&gt; Esta subvención para las actividades presentadas es compatible con la concesión de otras ayudas que puedan otorgar esta u otras administraciones o entidades públicas o privadas, nacionales de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales, pero en ningún caso el importe puede ser de tal cuantía que aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones supere el costo de la actividad subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- Pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo aportará como máximo 100.000,00 euros y se cargarán a la partida presupuestaria 4220.48966, según se prevé en el Presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Ibiza del año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pago de la subvención nominativa del Consejo a la Cámara objeto del presente Convenio se efectuará en un único pago del 100% de la cuantía por un importe de 100.000 € a la firma del Convenio y previa fiscalización del reconocimiento de la obligación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relación con la presentación de garantía, dado que la beneficiaria es un ente instrumental de derecho público vinculado a una administración pública, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 42.2 del RLGS, la Cámara queda exonerada de la presentación de garantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- Forma de justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la justificación del Convenio, la Cámara deberá presentar la documentación que se relaciona a continuación entre el 15 y el 28 de febrero de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La justificación de la subvención se realizará mediante la presentación a través de la sede electrónica del Consejo de la cuenta justificativa que contendrá, como mínimo, la siguiente información: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Memoria explicativa de las actividades realizadas, los productos promocionados y los resultados obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Memoria económica justificativa del costo de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Relación clasificada de los gastos corrientes de la actividad, con indicación del proveedor, número de identificación fiscal, concepto, importe, fecha de emisión de la factura y fecha de pago. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; En el caso de actividades ejecutadas por entidades vinculadas con la entidad beneficiaria, se atenderá lo que dictamina la LGS, y en las facturas emitidas se detallarán los conceptos e importes en las facturas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Justificante de las medidas de publicidad relativas a la financiación pública por parte del Consejo Insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La justificación del gasto se entenderá efectuada mediante la presentación de: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Facturas pagadas o documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa que reúnan los requisitos y las formalidades previstos en el Real Decreto 1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento mediante el cual se regulan las Obligaciones de Facturación y Justificante de Pago. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:#151515"&gt;Certificado acreditativo de la prorrata del IVA, si corresponde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Copias de las nóminas de los trabajadores con contratación laboral como personal de la entidad, así como sus justificantes de pago. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Justificantes de pago de la Seguridad Social correspondientes al personal contratado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#151515"&gt;- Justificante acreditativo de la retención del IRPF a los autónomos, si corresponde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Justificantes de pago. Se considerarán como justificantes de pago los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Extracto bancario en el cual quede identificado el pago realizado mediante la indicación del importe y la identificación del pagador y del destinatario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Factura que incorpore la acreditación del cobro por parte de su emisor o de la persona responsable de la empresa con capacidad de cobro. A este efecto, en la factura se deberán consignar los siguientes datos: la fecha de cobro; la identificación con indicación del nombre, el NIF y la firma del declarante del cobro de la factura, y el sello de la empresa. Este último será facultativo si el emisor es una persona física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Comprobante de transferencia bancaria en el que quede identificado el pago realizado mediante la indicación del importe y la identificación del pagador y del destinatario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- Si procede, los tres presupuestos que haya solicitado el beneficiario, cuando el importe del gasto subvencionable supere las cantidades establecidas en la legislación estatal en materia de contratos del sector público para los contratos menores, en aplicación del art. 31 de la LGS, así como del art. 40, del TRLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.- Cualquier otro documento de valor probatorio equivalente, válido en derecho, mediante el cual se acredite la realización efectiva del pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.- Para la aceptación de las justificaciones, el gasto deberá estar pagado con anterioridad al final del período de presentación de justificantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- Deficiencias en la justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de que los documentos presentados como justificación sean incorrectos o incompletos, se requerirá a la entidad beneficiaria para que subsane las deficiencias detectadas en un plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de este requerimiento, con el aviso de que, de no hacerlo, se procederá a la revocación o a la reducción de la ayuda según corresponda, con la consiguiente obligación de reintegro de la cantidad percibida y, si es el caso, los correspondientes intereses de demora, en las condiciones previstas en la LGS y el TRLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si las actuaciones o los gastos finalmente realizados y justificados resultan inferiores al presupuesto aceptado como base para la concesión de la subvención, se reducirá proporcionalmente la cuantía de la ayuda de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Si la reducción es de hasta el 20% (incluido) del presupuesto aceptado como base para la concesión de la subvención, se reducirá la subvención proporcionalmente a la reducción del presupuesto no justificado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Si la reducción es superior al 20% y hasta el 60% (incluido) del presupuesto aceptado como base para la concesión de la subvención, se reducirá la subvención proporcionalmente a la reducción del presupuesto no justificado y, adicionalmente, se reducirá un 10% del presupuesto no justificado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Si la reducción es de más del 60% del presupuesto aceptado como base para la concesión de la subvención, se considerará que el objetivo de la actuación para la cual se ha concedido la ayuda no se ha realizado, lo que dará lugar al reintegro de las cantidades percibidas en los términos establecidos en la cláusula novena de este Convenio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- Revocación&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;y reintegro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Procederá la revocación de la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, la entidad beneficiaria incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, queda sin efecto, total o parcialmente, el acto de concesión y corresponde el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Además, será procedente el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y el interés de demora correspondiente en las causas y cuantías que prevén los artículos 36, 37 y 38 de la LGS, y en la normativa autonómica correlativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El incumplimiento de la obligación de justificar la finalidad de la ayuda económica recibida en la forma y los plazos establecidos supondrá, además de la revocación, la imposibilidad de recibir ayudas del Consejo mientras no se efectúe la devolución del importe reclamado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con el art. 44 del TRLGS, cuando el cumplimiento por parte del beneficiario se aproxime de manera significativa al cumplimiento total, de acuerdo con la documentación justificativa aportada por el interesado para la liquidación de la subvención, el eventual reintegro parcial que resulte de la aplicación de los criterios a los que se refiere la cláusula anterior no requerirá la exigencia de intereses de demora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procedimiento para el reintegro se regirá por lo dispuesto en los artículos 41 a 43 de la LGS, y en el Capítulo II del Título III del RLGS, y en la normativa autonómica correlativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- Devolución voluntaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria de la subvención, según lo previsto en el art. 90 del RLGS, podrá realizar voluntariamente la devolución de la totalidad de la cuantía recibida o parte de esta mediante su ingreso, en concepto de "devolución voluntaria de subvención", con indicación del proyecto concreto subvencionado, en una cuenta a nombre del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.- Infracciones y&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; sanciones administrativas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las posibles infracciones en materia de subvenciones que puedan ser cometidas por la entidad beneficiaria se graduarán y se sancionarán de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Título V del TRLGS y, con carácter supletorio, con lo que prevé el Título IV, Capítulos I y II de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procedimiento se adecuará a las previsiones establecidas en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (LPAC), y en la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público (LRJSP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.- Tratamiento de datos de carácter personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En lo que respecta al tratamiento de los datos, cada una de las partes, dentro del marco de las respectivas actuaciones, deberá garantizar lo dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ersonales y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;arantía de los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;erechos Digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Cámara debe garantizar la no recolección de datos personales de las personas usuarias de los diferentes servicios prestados en cumplimiento del objeto del presente Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En lo que respecta a las subcontrataciones que pueda realizar la Cámara para el cumplimiento de las actuaciones objeto del Convenio, ésta se compromete a solicitar la firma, por parte de los terceros, del correspondiente acuerdo de confidencialidad y de protección de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.- Mecanismos de seguimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para garantizar el seguimiento de este Convenio se podrá crear una comisión de seguimiento desde el momento de su firma, para dar cumplimiento a lo señalado en el artículo 49.f de la LRSJP. La comisión estará integrada por dos representantes de cada una de las entidades que firman el Convenio. Corresponde a la comisión el seguimiento y la valoración de las acciones derivadas del convenio, así como la resolución de los problemas de interpretación y de cumplimiento que pudieran plantearse, sin perjuicio de las competencias que correspondan al Consejo como entidad que concede la subvención. El funcionamiento de esta comisión se regirá por lo que se dispone en este Convenio y por las normas aplicables a los órganos colegiados de las administraciones públicas en la LRJSP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las controversias que puedan plantearse sobre la interpretación y la ejecución de este Convenio se intentarán resolver por mutuo acuerdo de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.- Modificación del Convenio &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cualquier modificación que altere las condiciones establecidas en este Convenio deberá pactarse por acuerdo escrito de las partes. En cualquier caso, el documento en el que se formalice la posible modificación deberá adjuntarse a este Convenio como una adenda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15.- Compatibilidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ningún caso el importe de la aportación de la ayuda puede superar los gastos de las funciones público-administrativas, según el presupuesto que obra en el anexo I del presente Convenio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.- Difusión de la colaboración del Consejo Insular&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento de los artículos 11.1 y 34.4 del RLGS, la Cámara se compromete a que en los carteles, anuncios, folletos, stands y en todo el material relativo a las actividades objeto de este Convenio, figurará expresamente la colaboración del Consejo y su logotipo. También hará constar esta subvención en su memoria anual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17.- Órganos competentes para ordenar, instruir y resolver el procedimiento. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza es el competente para instruir el procedimiento de este Convenio, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo tercero, punto 3, del Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000467, de 28 de junio de 2023, de estructura del gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y creación de departamentos (BOIB núm. 88, de 29-06-2023). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dentro de este Departamento, corresponde a la consejera ejecutiva la ordenación del procedimiento, en virtud del Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000472, de fecha 28 de junio de 2023, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y de las Vicepresidencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 88, de 29-06-2023), y de acuerdo con el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;onsejos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nsulares, y con el artículo 72 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 136, de 18-09-2020; corrección en BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10-2010; modificación en BOIB núm. 48, de 16-04-2016), donde se recogen las atribuciones y competencias de los consejeros y consejeras ejecutivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En lo que respecta a la competencia para aprobar este Convenio, corresponde al Consejo Ejecutivo, de conformidad con las atribuciones establecidas en el artículo 28.1 m de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares (BOIB núm. 88, de 7-07-2022): &lt;em&gt;Aprobar las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones&lt;/em&gt;, en relación con el artículo 65 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 136, de 18-09-2020; corrección en BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10-2010; modificación en BOIB núm. 48, de 16-04-2016). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pago de estas ayudas y su revocación, en caso de que corresponda, se realizará mediante resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, de conformidad con el artículo 33.2 l de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18.- Vigencia del Convenio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El presente Convenio desplegará sus efectos desde su formalización y tendrá vigencia hasta el 28 de febrero de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este Convenio de subvención no será susceptible de prórroga y podrá ser objeto de adenda manifestada por cualquiera de las partes por escrito y con una antelación mínima de 3 meses antes de su fecha de finalización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19.- Resolución y extinción del Convenio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Convenio podrá resolverse por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mutuo acuerdo, a instancia de cualquiera de las partes, que deberá notificar a la otra esta intención por escrito y con una antelación mínima de dos meses antes de la fecha de finalización de la vigencia de este Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Imposibilidad material o legal de cumplir con las obligaciones que derivan del objeto del Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Incumplimiento de las obligaciones asumidas en el Convenio por parte de cualquiera de las partes firmantes, o de ambas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En todo caso, será causa de resolución del Convenio el incumplimiento del proyecto, que, además, dará lugar al reintegro total o parcial en los términos señalados en la cláusula novena de este Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las causas generales previstas en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Convenio se extinguirá por agotamiento del período de vigencia convenido entre las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20.- Publicidad del Convenio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El presente Convenio se publicará en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) en los términos expresados en el artículo 18 de la LGS, en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y en el Portal de Transparencia del Consejo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Insular de Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;http://transparencia.conselldeivissa.es&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;), de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 5.4 y 8.1 de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;T&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ransparencia, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cceso a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nformación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ública y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;uen Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;21.- Régimen jurídico y jurisdicción competente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El presente Convenio no tiene carácter contractual, sino que articula una subvención, y se regirá por sus cláusulas, y en todo lo no previsto en este Convenio, por la LRJSP, por la LGS, por el RLGS y por el TRLGS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la realización de las actividades objeto de este Convenio se deberán observar las prescripciones contenidas en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rotección de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atos y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;arantía de los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;erechos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;igitales, en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rotección de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ersonas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;F&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ísicas en lo que respecta al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;T&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ratamiento de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ersonales y a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ibre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;irculación de estos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atos, y por el cual se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglamento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Protección de Datos -DOUE 4/5/2016-), y en el resto de la legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos personales que sea de aplicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las partes que suscribimos este Convenio nos comprometemos a intentar resolver en común las diferencias que puedan surgir en su aplicación y su interpretación. Pero si esto no fuera posible, las cuestiones litigiosas que puedan afectar la interpretación y la ejecución de este Convenio deberán ser de conocimiento y de competencia del orden jurisdiccional contencioso-administrativo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y en prueba de conformidad, firmamos este Convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
