![CDATA[Nombramiento de técnico/a superior de educación infantil, personal laboral fijo del ayuntamiento de Alaró y constitución de la bolsa de Trabajo]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Expediente número 1319/2022</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se hace público que en fecha 04 de octubre de 2024 se ha adoptado la resolución de alcaldía que se transcribe a continuación:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Nombramiento de técnico/a superior de educación infantil, personal laboral fijo del ayuntamiento de Alaró y constitución de la bolsa de Trabajo</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Hechos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.&nbsp;Las bases de la convocatoria del proceso selectivo, por el sistema de concurso, para cubrir una plaza de técnico superior en educación infantil, personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento de Alaró, aprobadas por acuerdo de la junta de gobierno local de 7 de diciembre de 2022, se publicaron en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, núm. 163, de 15.12.2022, y el anuncio de la convocatoria se publicó en el Boletín Oficial del Estado núm. 170, de 15.07.2024.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.&nbsp;Mediante la resolución de alcaldía núm. 2024-1025, de 02.08.2024, se aprobó la relación provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas en el proceso selectivo; la cual aconteció definitiva debido que no se presentaron alegaciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.&nbsp;En fecha 5 de agosto de 2024, se constituyó la comisión de valoración y se hizo la valoración provisional de los méritos de las personas aspirantes admitidas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.&nbsp;A causa de la detección de fallos en el procedimiento, mediante la resolución de alcaldía núm. 2024-1096, de 26.08.2024, se retrotrajo el proceso selectivo al momento de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de participación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.&nbsp;En esta misma resolución se aprobaron las relaciones provisionales de personas admitidas y excluidas en el proceso selectivo y se designaron los miembros de la comisión de valoración. La resolución se publicó en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica municipal en el mismo día 26.08.2024.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.&nbsp;Por erratas en la publicación del listado de personas admitidas y excluidas, mediante Resolución de Alcaldía 2024-1106, de 27.08.2024, se publicaron correctamente las personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7.&nbsp;Mediante resolución de alcaldía núm. 2024-1190, de 19.09.2024, se publicó la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas en el tablón de anuncios del ayuntamiento; en la cual se presentaron alegaciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8.&nbsp;Durante el plazo de cinco días concedidos al efecto, se presentó la instancia de Catalina Santoyo Isern, con DNI ***4210**, números de registro de entrada 2024-E-RE-1783 Y 1789, debido a la no valoración de su título de Grado de Educación Infantil.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9.&nbsp;Rectificación de erratas materiales, detectadas por entrada registrada con número 2024-E-RE-1783 de la aspirante Manuela Hernández Martín, donde la trascripción de su segundo apellido y el número de DNI no eran correctos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10.&nbsp;En fecha 02.10.2024, la comisión se reunió para valorar las alegaciones presentadas, aprobando por unanimidad la causa de alegaciones de Catalina Santoyo Isern y conformando la puntuación definitiva de méritos de las personas aspirantes y se considera propuesta de nombramiento, relación complementaria de aspirantes, y propuesta de bolsa de trabajo de acuerdo con el orden de puntuación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
