&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;1. Los señores Aina Fernández Vidal, Carlos García Caldentey y Antonia Alomar Galmes interpusieron un recurso contencioso administrativo PO 181/2023, tramitado en el Tribunal Superior de Justicia contra la Resolución publicada en el BOIB núm.165, del 20 de diciembre de 2022. Tras el mismo, se solicita la ampliación del recurso contencioso administrativo extendiéndolo a la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares por la que se aprueba la lista de personas que han superado el concurso oposición derivado de la oferta de empleo público adicional de estabilidad ordinaria y excepcional de estabilización para cubrir plazas vacantes en la categoría FEA psiquiatría del Servicio de Salud de las Islas baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. De manera directa o indirecta esta ampliación puede resultar relevante para una pluralidad de personas que podrían tener la condición de interesadas en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;1. El artículo 49 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de Julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;Por todo ello dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Emplazar a las personas interesadas en la ampliación del recurso contencioso administrativo interpuesto por los señores Aina Fernández Vidal, Carlos García Caldentey y Antonia Alomar Galmes (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;contra la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares por la que se aprueba la lista de personas que han superado el concurso oposición derivado de la oferta de empleo público adicional de estabilidad ordinaria y excepcional de estabilización para cubrir plazas vacantes en la categoría FEA psiquiatría del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares), para que puedan personarse ante el Tribunal Superior de justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de nueve días, a partir del día siguiente de publicarse esta notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: black"&gt;2. Comunicar a las personas interesadas que, si se personaran fuera del plazo indicado, se las considerará como parte, sin que por ello se tenga que retrotraer ni interrumpir el curso del procedimiento, y que, si no se personaran, el procedimiento continuará y no será procedente hacerles ninguna otra notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
