    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hacemos público, a los efectos previstos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, que mediante Resolución del alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Maó n.º 2024/DA/0003331, de día 2 de octubre, se ha convocado el proceso de elección de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers &lt;/em&gt;del&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;bienio 2025-2026&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;y se han aprobado las bases correspondientes, las cuales se reproducen a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE REGIRÁN EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE ELECCIÓN DE LA&lt;em&gt; JUNTA DE CAIXERS&lt;/em&gt; DE MAÓ DEL BIENIO 2025-2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposiciones generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas bases tienen por objeto regular el proceso para determinar las personas que deben formar parte de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; del bienio 2025-2026, conforme a los Protocolos de las fiestas patronales del término municipal de Maó (BOIB n.º 110 de 30 de agosto de 2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cargos de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los cargos que forman parte de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; son los relacionados a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. El &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera batlessa&lt;/em&gt;, que la preside&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. El &lt;em&gt;caixer capellà&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. El &lt;em&gt;caixer pagès&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera pagesa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. El caixer casat o la &lt;em&gt;caixera casada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. El &lt;em&gt;caixer fadrí&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera fadrina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Los dos &lt;em&gt;caixers&lt;/em&gt; o las dos &lt;em&gt;caixeres&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;vocals&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. El &lt;em&gt;caixer&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera&lt;/em&gt; que representa al alcalde o a la alcaldesa en Sant Climent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h. El &lt;em&gt;caixer&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera&lt;/em&gt; que representa al alcalde o a la alcaldesa en Llucmaçanes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. El &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;j. El jefe de unidad del Servicio Municipal de Cultura, que ejerce como secretario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En el núcleo de Sant Climent, la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; es la que se relaciona en el apartado primero, a excepción de los cargos siguientes, que cambian según el procedimiento de elección establecido en los Protocolos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. El &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera batlessa&lt;/em&gt;, cargo que ostenta el &lt;em&gt;caixer &lt;/em&gt;o la&lt;em&gt; caixera&lt;/em&gt; que representa al alcalde o a la alcaldesa de Maó en Sant Climent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. El &lt;em&gt;caixer capellà&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. El &lt;em&gt;caixer fadrí&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera fadrina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. El &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En el núcleo de Llucmaçanes, la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; es la que se relaciona en el apartado anterior, a excepción de los cargos siguientes, que cambian según el procedimiento de elección establecido a los Protocolos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. El &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera batlesa&lt;/em&gt;, cargo que ostenta el &lt;em&gt;caixer &lt;/em&gt;o&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;la&lt;em&gt; caixera&lt;/em&gt; que representa al alcalde o a la alcaldesa de Maó en Llucmaçanes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. El &lt;em&gt;caixer capellà&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. El &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Atribuciones de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las atribuciones de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; son las que marcan los artículos 16, 17 y 19 de los Protocolos y las restantes que puedan señalar las normas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Los cargos natos o de designación directa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Definición&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Son cargos natos o de designación directa aquellos que se ocupan para ostentar la representación del Ayuntamiento de Maó, una institución o entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En caso de que la designación sea adoptada por una institución o entidad externa al Ayuntamiento de Maó, esta debe producirse mediante un escrito dirigido a la Alcaldía, remitido, como muy tarde, a fecha 31 de diciembre de 2024 (inclusive).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o la&lt;em&gt; caixera batlessa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Preside la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; y la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt; de la ciudad de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera batlessa &lt;/em&gt;es el alcalde o la alcaldesa de Maó, o bien un concejal o concejala de la corporación en quien delegue. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El &lt;em&gt;caixer capellà&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El &lt;em&gt;caixer capellà&lt;/em&gt; representa a la Iglesia en la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Es designado por el rector de la parroquia de Santa María, de Maó, de entre los presbíteros que trabajan pastoralmente en la ciudad y entre quienes, a pesar de ser naturales de Maó, viven fuera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El rector de la parroquia de Santa María, de Maó, designará, en el mismo acto, a una persona suplente de este cargo, que cumpla los mismos requisitos que la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Los &lt;em&gt;caixers &lt;/em&gt;o las&lt;em&gt; caixeres&lt;/em&gt; representantes del alcalde o la alcaldesa de Maó en Llucmaçanes y Sant Climent&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los &lt;em&gt;caixers&lt;/em&gt; o las &lt;em&gt;caixeres&lt;/em&gt; que representan al alcalde o a la alcaldesa de Maó en Llucmaçanes y Sant Climent presiden la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt;, representan a la Asociación de Vecinos y a los &lt;em&gt;cavallers &lt;/em&gt;y &lt;em&gt;cavalleres&lt;/em&gt; de los respectivos núcleos ante la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;. Asimismo, acompañan a la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; en el resto de &lt;em&gt;colcades&lt;/em&gt; y ejercen aquellas funciones que se les atribuyan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El &lt;em&gt;caixer&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera&lt;/em&gt; representante del alcalde o la alcaldesa en Sant Climent es designado/a por la Asociación de Vecinos de Sant Climent, según los requisitos y criterios marcados por la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El &lt;em&gt;caixer&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixera&lt;/em&gt; representante del alcalde o la alcaldesa en Llucmaçanes es designado/a por la Asociación de Vecinos de Llucmaçanes, según los requisitos y criterios marcados por la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En el mismo acto, cada una de las asociaciones vecinales de Sant Climent y Llucmaçanes designará a una persona suplente para estos cargos, según los requisitos y criterios marcados por la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Los cargos electos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Definición&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son cargos electos aquellos que se ocupan por haber superado un proceso de elección entre los &lt;em&gt;cavallers&lt;/em&gt; y las &lt;em&gt;cavalleres&lt;/em&gt; del término municipal de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El &lt;em&gt;caixer casat&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera casada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El &lt;em&gt;caixer casat &lt;/em&gt;o la &lt;em&gt;caixera casada &lt;/em&gt;es el cargo abanderado de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; y, en la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt;, sustituye al &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o a la &lt;em&gt;caixera batlessa&lt;/em&gt; en caso de necesidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas candidatas deben haber salido en la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt; de las fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Gracia un mínimo de ocho años, no obligatoriamente consecutivos, y deben ser personas casadas o constituir pareja de hecho, con convivencia demostrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El &lt;em&gt;caixer fadrí&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera fadrina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El &lt;em&gt;caixer fadrí&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera fadrina&lt;/em&gt; es una persona joven que tiene el encargo de llevar la bandera de la fiesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas candidatas a ejercer el cargo deben ser solteras, no pueden haber estado anteriormente casadas o haber constituido pareja de hecho y, en el supuesto de que sean personas emancipadas, no pueden convivir en pareja. Esta condición debe mantenerse durante el ejercicio del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La candidatura deberá contar con dos personas candidatas, que ejercerán el cargo a razón de un año cada una, en la ciudad de Maó. Durante el año en el que no sean titulares del cargo, ejercerán de suplente, siempre que mantengan la condición de persona soltera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El &lt;em&gt;caixer pagès&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera pagesa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El &lt;em&gt;caixer pagès&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera pagesa&lt;/em&gt; representa a los trabajadores/as del campo en la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt; y, en esta, debe sustituir al &lt;em&gt;caixer casat&lt;/em&gt; o a la &lt;em&gt;caixera casada&lt;/em&gt; en caso de necesidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas candidatas a ejercer el cargo de &lt;em&gt;caixer pagès&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixera pagesa&lt;/em&gt; deben ser un payés o una payesa y llevar un &lt;em&gt;lloc&lt;/em&gt; del término municipal de Maó o de otro término municipal, cuyo propietario o propietaria sea, respectivamente, mahonés o mahonesa. No podrán formar parte de ninguna &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; de otro municipio durante el ejercicio de su cargo. También se admitirán en el cargo las personas jubiladas que, al finalizar su vida laboral dedicada al trabajo en el campo, lo hiciesen cumpliendo las condiciones señaladas en este artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Los &lt;em&gt;caixers vocals &lt;/em&gt;o las&lt;em&gt; caixeres vocals&lt;/em&gt; y sus suplentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los &lt;em&gt;caixers&lt;/em&gt; o las &lt;em&gt;caixeres&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;vocals&lt;/em&gt; ejercerán aquellas funciones que se les encomienden y contribuirán a mantener el buen orden de la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt; y el cumplimiento de los Protocolos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas candidatas a ocupar el cargo de &lt;em&gt;caixer&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixera vocal&lt;/em&gt; deberán cumplir las condiciones generales para formar parte del censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La candidatura deberá contar con dos personas candidatas suplentes al cargo de &lt;em&gt;caixer&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixera&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;vocal&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; tiene la responsabilidad de anunciar el paso de la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt; a toque de tambor y &lt;em&gt;fabiol&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Será propuesto o propuesta, respectivamente, por el &lt;em&gt;caixer casat&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera casada&lt;/em&gt;, una vez proclamados los resultados electorales. Será residente en el término municipal de Maó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El cargo se podrá ejercer por anualidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo IV&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El proceso de elección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 14. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Derecho de sufragio activo y censo electoral&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Tienen derecho de sufragio activo (derecho de voto) todas aquellas personas que, en el día de inicio de las votaciones, tengan 16 años, figuren empadronadas en Maó y hayan participado, como &lt;em&gt;caixer/a,&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;cavaller/a&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;fabioler/a&lt;/em&gt;, en las &lt;em&gt;colcades&lt;/em&gt; del término municipal de Maó al menos en uno de los últimos tres años de celebración de estas&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;(2022, 2023 y 2024). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En el plazo de 2 días hábiles, desde la publicación de la convocatoria, el Ayuntamiento hará público el censo electoral con las personas que cumplen los requisitos marcados en los apartados anteriores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El censo se podrá consultar en la oficina del Servicio Municipal de Cultura (Claustre de Carme, s/n, 1.º piso; de lunes a viernes y de 9.00 a 14.00 h) y en la Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (pl. de la Constitució, 22; de lunes de viernes i de 8.00 a 14.00 h; y los jueves, de 16.00 a 19.00 h), durante 15 días hábiles. En este documento, en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos, solo constarán las iniciales y el número parcial de DNI de las personas interesadas. En ningún caso se entregará copia de este documento, ni se permitirá su reproducción por cualesquiera de los medios posibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En el plazo de 15 días hábiles desde la publicación del censo, se podrán presentar las reclamaciones que se consideren oportunas respecto a su elaboración, que se resolverán en el plazo de 5 días hábiles desde la finalización de este plazo; se dará conocimiento de su resolución a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Derecho de sufragio pasivo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Tienen derecho de sufragio pasivo (derecho a ser elegidas) todas aquellas personas que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Tengan derecho de sufragio activo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Cumplan los requisitos específicos para el ejercicio de cada cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. No hayan sido sancionadas con la imposibilidad de ejercer un cargo en la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;, conforme al régimen disciplinario previsto en los Protocolos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. No estén inhabilitadas, por sentencia firme, para el ejercicio de profesión, oficio o comercio que tengan relación con los animales y para la tenencia de animales, conforme al art. 337 del Código Penal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Para poder ejercer correctamente la responsabilidad encomendada, se requiere que las personas que formen parte de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; sean mayores de edad en el momento del comienzo de la primera fiesta. Por la naturaleza de sus cargos, se exceptúan de dicho requisito los &lt;em&gt;caixers fadrins&lt;/em&gt; o las &lt;em&gt;caixeres fadrines&lt;/em&gt;, que deben tener, como mínimo, 16 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las circunstancias y requisitos exigidos para ejercer un cargo deberán mantenerse hasta que acabe el ejercicio del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Ninguna persona podrá repetir en un mismo cargo electo de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; más de dos bienios consecutivos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 16. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Sistema de elección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El sistema de elección es por votación secreta de candidaturas cerradas y bloqueadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Requisitos de las candidaturas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las candidaturas deberán ser completas y contar con un &lt;em&gt;caixer casat&lt;/em&gt; o una &lt;em&gt;caixera&amp;nbsp; casada&lt;/em&gt;, un &lt;em&gt;caixer pagès&lt;/em&gt; o una &lt;em&gt;caixera pagesa&lt;/em&gt;, dos &lt;em&gt;caixers&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;fadrins&lt;/em&gt; o dos&lt;em&gt; caixeres fadrines&lt;/em&gt;, dos &lt;em&gt;caixers&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixeres&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;vocals&lt;/em&gt; y dos &lt;em&gt;caixers&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixeres&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;vocals&lt;/em&gt; suplentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas que formen parte de la candidatura deben cumplir los requisitos para el ejercicio de sufragio activo y pasivo, así como los específicos para cada cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Ejercerá como portavoz de la candidatura la persona que opte al cargo de &lt;em&gt;caixer casat&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixera casada&lt;/em&gt;, que será la persona representante de la candidatura ante el Ayuntamiento y la única interlocutora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Las candidaturas deben ser avaladas por un 10 % del censo electoral. La recogida de los avales se llevará a cabo mediante modelo normalizado que pondrá a disposición el Ayuntamiento el mismo día de la publicación de la convocatoria, momento en el cual también empezará el inicio del periodo de recogida. Una persona solo podrá avalar una candidatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 18. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Manifestación de la predisposición individual a formar parte de una candidatura&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el plazo de 15 días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de edictos electrónico municipal (https://ajmao.org/Tauler/EdictesX.aspx?TIPO=), las personas que quieran manifestar su predisposición individual a formar parte de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; podrán realizarlo mediante un escrito presentado en el registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Lo podrán manifestar las personas interesadas en ejercer alguno de los cargos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) &lt;em&gt;Caixer pagès&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixera pagesa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) &lt;em&gt;Caixer fadrí&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixera fadrina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) &lt;em&gt;Caixers&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;caixeres&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;vocals&lt;/em&gt;, titulares o suplentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) &lt;em&gt;Fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En este caso, el Ayuntamiento de Maó no comprobará el cumplimiento de los requisitos de estas personas para poder ejercer estos cargos hasta la efectiva formalización de una candidatura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Ayuntamiento de Maó pondrá el listado de las personas que han manifestado la predisposición individual a formar parte de una candidatura de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; a disposición de las personas interesadas. El plazo de consulta se extenderá desde el día siguiente al acabado del plazo de manifestar el interés individual al formar parte de una candidatura de &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; hasta el último día del plazo de presentación de candidaturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 19. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Presentación de candidaturas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las personas interesadas en formar una candidatura para ser elegidas para formar parte de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; tienen de plazo entre el 4 y el 15 de noviembre de 2024 para presentar su candidatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La presentación de las candidaturas deberá llevarse a cabo mediante el registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Maó o en cualesquiera de los puntos a los cuales hace referencia el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 38/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Ayuntamiento dispondrá de un modelo electrónico normalizado de solicitud, que deberá presentar la persona portavoz de la candidatura, junto la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Documento de adhesión a la candidatura, firmada por el resto de personas que formen parte de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Documento de avales, con la firma de al menos un 10 % de las personas que forman el censo electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Documentos que acrediten el estado civil de cada uno de los &lt;em&gt;caixers&lt;/em&gt; o las &lt;em&gt;caixeres&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;casat&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;casada&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;fadrins&lt;/em&gt; o &lt;em&gt;fadrines&lt;/em&gt;, respectivamente (Libro de Familia o similar).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Documento que acredite el trabajo en el campo, por parte del &lt;em&gt;caixer pagès &lt;/em&gt;o la &lt;em&gt;caixera pagesa&lt;/em&gt; (contrato laboral, alta en el régimen agrario o similar). Este documento debe hacer referencia explícita a un &lt;em&gt;lloc&lt;/em&gt; de Maó o de otro término municipal, cuyo señor o señora, respectivamente, sea mahonés o mahonesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 20. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Validación y proclamación de candidaturas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el plazo de 3 días hábiles desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de candidaturas, el Ayuntamiento validará y resolverá las solicitudes, por resolución de Alcaldía. A continuación, las proclamará y hará públicas en el tablón de edictos electrónico municipal (https://ajmao.org/Tauler/EdictesX.aspx?TIPO=). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Si alguna de las solicitudes no reuniera los requisitos exigidos, se admitirá provisionalmente y la persona interesada dispondrá de 10 días hábiles para subsanar las deficiencias de la misma. Una vez concluido este plazo, el Ayuntamiento dispondrá de 3 días hábiles para resolver. Si no se atiende este requerimiento o si la enmienda resulta incompleta, se entenderá que la persona interesada desiste de su solicitud. Esta circunstancia se indicará explícitamente en la resolución a la cual hace referencia el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 21. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Campaña electoral y promoción del voto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las candidaturas podrán darse a conocer y solicitar el voto desde el día de la proclamación definitiva de las candidaturas hasta el día anterior al inicio de la celebración de las votaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las candidaturas que lleven a cabo acciones de captación de voto fuera de este plazo serán invalidadas. Fuera de este plazo, solo podrán realizarse llamamientos a la participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las candidaturas podrán utilizar los medios que crean oportunos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Ayuntamiento podrá ofrecer un espacio municipal, por cada candidatura, para la realización de un acto de presentación, previa solicitud de las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El contenido de la información difundida por las candidaturas debe integrar la convivencia y el respeto entre estas, y no podrá contener, en ningún caso, referencias directas a otras candidaturas que no puedan justificarse documentalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El Ayuntamiento promoverá la participación de todos los electores y electoras en este proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 22. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Votación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La votación se desarrollará en la oficina del Servicio Municipal de Cultura (pl. Miranda, s/n, Claustre del Carme, 1r piso).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los días y horas de votación serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Jueves 19 de diciembre de 2024, de 9.00 a 15.00 h y de 18.00 a 20.30 h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Viernes 20 de diciembre de 2024, de 9.00 a 15.00 h y de 18.00 a 20.30 h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Sábado 21 de diciembre de 2024, de 11.00 a 13.00 h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 23. Mesa electoral&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La mesa electoral, que será única, será la encargada de custodiar las urnas y papeletas, velar por el buen desarrollo de las jornadas votaciones y llevar a cabo el escrutinio, del cual extenderá el acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Estará formada por el personal del Servicio Municipal de Cultura, presidida por el técnico de Cultura del Ayuntamiento; ejercerá la secretaría la administrativa responsable del área de Fiestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Servicio Municipal de Cultura podrá solicitar la colaboración otros departamentos del Ayuntamiento para la cobertura de los horarios de votación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En todo momento deberá haber, como mínimo, dos personas en la mesa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Las candidaturas podrán designar a una o a varias personas apoderadas, que podrán supervisar el proceso electoral. En la mesa solo podrá haber un apoderado o apoderada por candidatura, excepto en el momento del escrutinio, durante el cual podrán ser más. Lo serán de oficio las personas que formen parte de la candidatura. Si se quisiera designar a más, la persona representante de la candidatura lo deberá solicitar mediante escrito dirigido al Servicio Municipal de Cultura, hasta 3 días hábiles antes del inicio de las votaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Al final de la primera y segunda jornadas electorales, la mesa depositará la urna con las papeletas en un lugar cerrado, hasta el final de la tercera jornada electoral, cuando se lleve a cabo el escrutinio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 24. Papeletas y sobres electorales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las papeletas tendrán formado A5 y constará en ellas lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Escudo del Ayuntamiento de Maó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Título, escrito en letra tipo Century Gothic, de cuerpo 13 y en negrita: “ELECCIONS JUNTA DE CAIXERS 2025-2026”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 25. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Escrutinio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El escrutinio se llevará a cabo, de forma inmediata, al finalizar la última jornada de votación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El escrutinio será público. Las personas asistentes no podrán intervenir en el acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Primero se recontarán los votos emitidos durante los días de las elecciones y, posteriormente, los votos anticipados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Los votos para cada una de las candidaturas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Los votos en blanco y el porcentaje sobre los votos emitidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Los votos nulos y el porcentaje sobre los votos emitidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Si procede, la propuesta de candidatura ganadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. Las incidencias o reclamaciones que quieran hacer constar los miembros titulares de la mesa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h. Las firmas del presidente o presidenta y del secretario o secretaria de la mesa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El acta será publicada en el tablón de edictos electrónico municipal (https://ajmao.org/Tauler/EdictesX.aspx?TIPO=) y será elevada al alcalde o alcaldesa para que resuelva el proceso. Al mismo tiempo, las papeletas serán destruidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Una vez publicada la resolución provisional del proceso electoral, las personas representantes de las candidaturas disponen de 5 días hábiles para formular reclamaciones. Estas serán resueltas en el plazo de 3 días hábiles, momento en el cual se publicará la resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 26. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cuórum mínimo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se establece un cuórum de participación mínima para dar validez a los resultados, del 50 % del censo, contando los votos a las candidaturas y los votos en blanco. En el caso de que no se llegue a este porcentaje, corresponderá al alcalde o alcaldesa la decisión de nombrar la candidatura más votada o de elegir otra opción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Los cargos propios de las &lt;em&gt;juntes de caixers&lt;/em&gt; de Sant Climent y Llucmaçanes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 27. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Los cargos propios de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; de Sant Climent&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Cuando la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; actúe específicamente en el pueblo de Sant Climent, ejercerán las funciones los mismos miembros que en la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; de Maó, excepto los miembros que se detallan a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El cargo de &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o de &lt;em&gt;caixera batlessa&lt;/em&gt; será ejercido por la persona que represente al alcalde o a la alcaldesa en Sant Climent, conforme a lo que establece el artículo 7.2 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El &lt;em&gt;caixer fadrí&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera fadrina&lt;/em&gt; será un joven soltero o soltera, respectivamente, de Sant Climent, designado/a según el criterio de la Associació de Veïns de Sant Climent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El &lt;em&gt;caixer capellà&lt;/em&gt; será el rector de la parroquia de Sant Climent u otro presbítero en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; será designado/a por la Associació de Veïns de Sant Climent, según su propio criterio, entre las personas empadronadas o residentes en el núcleo. Si ello no fuese posible, el cargo será ejercido por el &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; de la Junta de Caixers de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El &lt;em&gt;caixer fadrí&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera fadrina&lt;/em&gt; de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; de Maó participará en la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt; de Sant Climent como un &lt;em&gt;caixer o &lt;/em&gt;una&lt;em&gt; caixera &lt;/em&gt;vocal más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 28. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Los cargos propios de la Junta de Caixers de Llucmaçanes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Cuando la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; actúe específicamente en el pueblo de Llucmaçanes, ejercerán las funciones los mismos miembros que en la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; de Maó, excepto los miembros que se detallan a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El cargo de &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o de &lt;em&gt;caixera batlessa&lt;/em&gt; será ejercido por la persona que represente al alcalde o a la alcaldesa en Llucmaçanes, conforme a lo que establece el artículo 7.3 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El &lt;em&gt;caixer capellà&lt;/em&gt; será el rector de la parroquia de Sant Antoni, de Maó, u otro presbítero en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; será designado/a por la Associació de Veïns de Llucmaçanes, según su propio criterio, entre las personas empadronadas o residentes en el núcleo. Si ello no fuese posible, el cargo será ejercido por el &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Proclamación y constitución de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 29. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Proclamación de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los resultados de la elección serán proclamados mediante resolución de Alcaldía, que incluirá la designación de los diferentes miembros de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; de Maó y los cargos específicos de las &lt;em&gt;colcades&lt;/em&gt; de Llucmaçanes y Sant Climent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Antes de la proclamación, el &lt;em&gt;caixer casat&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera casada&lt;/em&gt; comunicará al Ayuntamiento la propuesta de un &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o de una &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; para el periodo de uno o dos años, persona que también formará parte de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;. También se podrá designar un &lt;em&gt;fabioler&lt;/em&gt; o una &lt;em&gt;fabiolera&lt;/em&gt; suplente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 30. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Constitución de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En el plazo de un mes desde la proclamación, se constituirá formalmente la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;, que reunirá a los miembros elegidos por votación y a los cargos de representación directa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La duración de los cargos será de dos años, hasta el día de Sant Antoni del año 2027, excepto en aquellos casos en que se prevea una duración inferior. Si en aquel momento no se pudiera formar una nueva &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;conforme a los Protocolos, el actual seguiría en funciones hasta que esta se constituyera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 31. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Sustitución de los miembros de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Si, a lo largo del bienio, algún miembro de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt; tuviera que renunciar al cargo o bien si las circunstancias personales hicieran que ya no cumpliera los requisitos por los cuales ha sido nombrado, será la persona suplente, si la hubiera, quién lo relevará en el cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Si no existe persona suplente, será el propio órgano o entidad que las ha designado el que propondrá a la persona sustituta. En el caso de los miembros electos de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;, será el &lt;em&gt;caixer casat&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera casada&lt;/em&gt; quien tendrá esta potestad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Si, durante la celebración de la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt;, se debiera sustituir urgentemente algún cargo de la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;, será el &lt;em&gt;caixer batle&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera batlessa&lt;/em&gt;, oída la &lt;em&gt;Junta de Caixers&lt;/em&gt;, mediante el &lt;em&gt;caixer casat&lt;/em&gt; o la &lt;em&gt;caixera casada&lt;/em&gt;, quién podrá decidir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición adicional primera. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Publicidad de los actos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todos los actos que deban hacerse públicos lo serán mediante el tablón de edictos electrónico municipal (https://ajmao.org/Tauler/EdictesX.aspx?TIPO=), conforme al artículo 45.1.a de la Ley 39/2015, al tratarse de actos que tienen por destinataria una pluralidad indeterminada de personas. En ningún caso se efectuarán notificaciones o comunicaciones personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición adicional segunda. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Fiestas de Sant Nicolau&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los &lt;em&gt;caixers fadrins&lt;/em&gt; o las &lt;em&gt;caixeres&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;fadrines&lt;/em&gt; de las &lt;em&gt;colcades&lt;/em&gt; de Maó y de Sant Climent representarán, si procede, a las respectivas poblaciones en la fiesta de Sant Nicolau, de Es Mercadal. En ambos casos, la persona que ejerza de suplente del cargo también ostentará la condición de suplente en la &lt;em&gt;Colcada&lt;/em&gt; de Sant Nicolau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Associació de Veïns de Llucmaçanes designará a un &lt;em&gt;caixer fadrí&lt;/em&gt; o una &lt;em&gt;caixera fadrina&lt;/em&gt; titular y a uno/a de suplente para representar al pueblo en las fiestas de Sant Nicolau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
