&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“Delegación de competencias y nombramiento de miembro de Junta de Gobierno Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Previo acuerdo favorable de Pleno de fecha 26 de septiembre de 2024, el Sr. Esteve Gomila Candel tomó posesión del cargo de regidor del Ayuntamiento de Búger, por el grupo político “Tot per Búger” en sustitución de la regidora Maria Antònia Pons-Estel Tugores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Mediante decreto de Alcaldía n.º 133 de fecha 19 de junio de 2023 el alcalde efectuó las delegaciones de competencias entre los regidores del equipo de gobierno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Mediante decreto de Alcaldía n.º 142 de fecha 27 de junio de 2023 el alcalde nombró los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En virtud de lo que dispone la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril reguladora de las bases de régimen local, la Ley 20/2006 municipal de las Islas Baleares y el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar al regidor Sr. Esteve Gomila Candel como miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sustitución del regidor Sr. Josep Buades Pons quien deja de formar parte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar al regidor Sr. Esteve Gomila Candel las competencias en materia de Educación, Cultura y Patrimonio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La presente delegación incluye la facultad de gestionar las materias y los servicios correspondientes, pero no la facultad de resolver sobre estas materias mediante actos administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el presente decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.- &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión ordinaria que&amp;nbsp;celebre”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
