Esta Resolución ha sufrido dos modificaciones publicadas en el BOIB nº. 87, de 11 de junio de 2015 y la otra en el BOIB núm. 86, de 30 de junio de 2016.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3.</span></span><span style="color:#000000">En fecha 6 de febrero de 2020 se publicó, en el BOIB nº. 16, la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2020, de les ajudes per prorrogar els compromisos assumits per al foment de l'agricultura ecològica.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. En fecha 30 de enero de 2021 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 13, la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2021, de las ayudas para prorrogar por segundo año los compromisos asumidos para el fomento de la agricultura ecológica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">5.</span></span><span style="color:#000000">Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6. </span></span><span style="color:#000000">Los interesados ​​que figuran en el anexo1 han presentado, en tiempo y forma, toda la documentación necesaria prevista en la convocatoria, pero se ha comprobado que incumplen con alguno de los requisitos para poder ser beneficiarios del ayuda, con las incidencias y penalizaciones que figuran en el Anexo I.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7.<span style="color:#000000">En fecha 11 de abril de 2022 se notifica, mediante publicación en la página web del FOGAIBA, el informe desfavorable y la propuesta provisional de denegación de la ayuda, emitida por el Servicio de ayudas al Desarrollo Rural a los interesados, concediendo -le un plazo de 10 días para presentar las alegaciones oportunas.</span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">8. </span></span></span><span style="color:#000000">En fecha 11 de febrero de 2023, en el BOIB nº19, se publica la resolución de denegación de la prórroga 2020 de compromisos para la agricultura ecológica.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">9. </span></span><span style="color:#000000">En fecha 15 de febrero de 2024 se notifica mediante la publicación en el BOIB núm. 22, la Resolución de revocación total de las ayudas para el fomento de la agricultura ecológica para el año 2015.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6.</span></span><span style="color:#000000">Reglamento delegado (UE) núm. 640/2014 de la Comisión, de 11 de marzo de 2014, por el que se completa el Reglamento (UE) núm. 1306/2013 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, en lo que se refiere al sistema integrado de gestión y control ya las condiciones sobre la denegación o retirada de los pagos y sobre les sanciones administrativas.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Propuesta de resolución de denegación</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Por todo ello, se informa y propone al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte resolución en los siguientes términos: </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; Denegar las solicitudes de ayuda a las personas beneficiarias detalladas en el anexo 1.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y proceder al archivo de los expedientes detallados en el anexo I, así como al reintegro, si procede.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">3.
