    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; n.º&amp;nbsp;175, de 28 de diciembre de 2023, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de autoconsumo con o sin almacenamiento eléctrico con fuentes de energía renovable, así como actuaciones en eficiencia energética en el alumbrado y/o en los equipos de presión para el suministro de agua promovidas por comunidades de propietarios, dentro de las actuaciones previstas en el Plan de Inversiones para la Transición Energética de las Illes Balears en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea (NextGenerationEU). Esta convocatoria fue modificada por Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Ocupación y Energía de 11 de julio de 2024 (BOIB n.º 92, de 13 de julio de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial del Estado &lt;/em&gt;n.º&amp;nbsp;46, de 21 de febrero de 2024, se publicó el Real Decreto&amp;nbsp;186/2024, de 20 de febrero, por el que se modifica el Real Decreto&amp;nbsp;451/2022, de 14 de junio, por el que se regula la concesión directa de ayudas destinadas a la financiación de estrategias de energía sostenible para las Illes Balears y Canarias, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, para su adaptación a la Adenda de este Plan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el punto cuatro del artículo único del Real Decreto&amp;nbsp;186/2024 se modifican las tablas III.A.1 y III.A.2 para adecuar los hitos de control de acuerdo con los nuevos valores recogidos en el apartado dos de este Real Decreto, así como las tablas III.A.3 y III.A.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que la convocatoria incluye la realización de actuaciones de capacidad adicional de producción de energía renovable, y dado que las fechas de control que figuran en las tablas anteriores se extienden hasta el segundo semestre de 2026, no hay inconveniente en ampliar el plazo de la actual convocatoria para la realización de las actuaciones, sin que esto suponga un incumplimiento de los hitos y objetivos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la letra &lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;del punto 1 del apartado sexto de la convocatoria se establece que el periodo de inversión es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Las actuaciones se tendrán que hacer desde el día de la presentación de la solicitud hasta el plazo que fije la resolución de otorgamiento. Este plazo no podrá ser posterior al 31 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que hay crédito disponible, y para favorecer y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos e hitos antes mencionados, se considera adecuado ampliar el plazo máximo para la realización de las actuaciones hasta el 31 de marzo de 2026. Con esta ampliación de plazo se hace necesario incorporar la anualidad 2026 en el importe económico, y también se considera adecuado actualizar las anualidades de la convocatoria a los importes comprometidos (AD) y las previsiones actuales de ejecución de las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Modificar el punto&amp;nbsp;1 del apartado cuarto de la convocatoria, que queda redactado de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El importe económico máximo de esta convocatoria será de 8.000.000 euros. Las subvenciones se concederán con cargo al presupuesto de la Comunidad Autónoma para los ejercicios de 2024, 2025, 2026, y, concretamente, del centro de coste 19701, subprograma 731A01, capítulo 7* MR052, con la siguiente distribución de anualidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Año 2024:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;53.827,00&amp;nbsp;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Año 2025:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 4.000.000,00&amp;nbsp;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Año 2026:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 3.946.173,00&amp;nbsp;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Modificar la letra b) del punto&amp;nbsp;1 del apartado sexto de la convocatoria con la siguiente redacción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;El periodo de inversión será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Las actuaciones se tendrán que hacer desde el día de la presentación de la solicitud hasta el plazo que fije la resolución de otorgamiento. Este plazo no podrá ser posterior al 31 de marzo de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;124 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo&amp;nbsp;57 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;46 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
