    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto que fecha 12 de septiembre de 2024, esta Alcaldía presentó su propuesta en la que se argumentaba la necesidad de tramitar el procedimiento por los siguientes motivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“El Ayuntamiento de Llubí tiene necesidad de adquirir las propiedades descritas e identificadas en Inmueble 2 y 3, porque dichos solares confrontan con la guardería municipal, en los momentos actuales el ayuntamiento ha optado a una subvención por la ampliación de la guardería y con estos solares se podrá construir una nueva aula y una serie de estacionamientos para la llegada y recogida de los niños, liberando estacionamiento en la calle Roca Llisa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El solar descrito en el inmueble 1 confronta con el polideportivo y así nos da posibilidad de la construcción de otras pistas deportivas y realizar zonas verdes.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Iniciando expediente de Permuta de Bienes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Iniciado el expediente y realizada la tramitación establecida en la normativa aplicable, que ha quedado plasmada mediante la incorporación de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto los diferentes informes técnicos de valoración de los distintos bienes inmuebles (incorporados al expediente).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto el informe del secretario interventor de fecha 13 de septiembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto que la aprobación corresponde al Ayuntamiento Pleno conforme a lo fijado en la Disposición Adicional Segunda de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se trasladan al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014, se emite la siguiente propuesta de acuerdo del Ayuntamiento Pleno:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
