    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El artículo 21.1 y 21.2 de la Ley 4/2011, de 31 de marzo, de la Buena Administración y del Buen Gobierno de las Illes Balears, dispone que los entes del sector público instrumental autonómico tienen que enviar al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears en los primeros veinte días de los meses de enero, mayo y septiembre de cada año, una relación de los convenios de colaboración suscritos en el cuatrimestre anterior, tanto si son con otra administración pública como con una entidad privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El artículo 8.1. b) de la Ley 19/2013 de 9 de diciembre, de transparència, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno dispone que debe hacerse pública la relación de los convenios suscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En consecuencia, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Publicar la relación de convenios de colaboración suscritos por la Fundació Banc de San i Teixits de les Illes Balears en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears en el segundo cuatrimestre del año 2024 (ver anexo adjunto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
