&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con el articulo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2017, del 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, por medio del presente edicto se publican las referidas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El texto íntegro de la convocatoria y los modelos normalizados de solicitud y justificación de las subvenciones se puede encontrar en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es desarrollar y aprobar la convocatoria pública de ayudas en el marco del Componente 2, Inversión C02. I01 “Programa de rehabilitación para la recuperación económica y social en entornos residenciales“ del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiadas por la Unión Europea “Next Generation EU” y gestionado por el Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana correspondientes al Programa 1, denominado Actuaciones de Rehabilitación a nivel de barrio, que tiene por objeto la financiación de la realización conjunta de obras de rehabilitación en edificios de uso predominantemente residencial y viviendas, incluidas las viviendas unifamiliares dentro del ámbito de actuación denominado Entornos Residenciales de Rehabilitación Programada (ERRP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Beneficiarios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarios destinatarios últimos de las ayudas y solicitar las ayudas a las actuaciones de rehabilitación a nivel de barrio previstas en esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los propietarios o usufructuarios de viviendas unifamiliares aisladas o agrupadas en fila y de edificios existentes de tipología residencial de vivienda colectiva, así como de sus viviendas, bien sean personas físicas o bien tengan personalidad jurídica de naturaleza privada o pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las administraciones públicas y los organismos y demás entidades de derecho público, así como las empresas públicas y sociedades mercantiles participadas, íntegra o mayoritariamente, por las administraciones públicas propietarias de los inmuebles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las comunidades de propietarios, o las agrupaciones de comunidades de propietarios constituidas conforme a lo dispuesto por el artículo 5 de la Ley 49/1960, de 21 de julio, de Propiedad Horizontal o equivalente en normas forales de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los propietarios que, de forma agrupada, sean propietarios de edificios que reúnan los requisitos establecidos por el artículo 396 del Código Civil y no hubiesen otorgado el título constitutivo de propiedad horizontal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las sociedades cooperativas compuestas de forma agrupada por propietarios de viviendas o edificios que reúnan los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 396 del Código Civil, así como por los propietarios que conforman comunidades de propietarios o agrupaciones de comunidades de propietarios constituidos conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 5 de la Ley 49/1960, de 21 de julio, de Propiedad Horizontal, o equivalente en normas forales de aplicación, y por cooperativas en régimen de cesión de uso de sus viviendas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las empresas arrendatarias o concesionarias de los edificios, así como cooperativas que acrediten dicha condición, mediante contrato vigente, que les otorgue la facultad expresa para acometer las obras de rehabilitación objeto del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Son actuaciones subvencionables con cargo a este programa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Las actuaciones de mejora o rehabilitación de edificios de uso predominante residencial para vivienda, siempre que se obtenga una reducción de al menos un 30 % en el indicador de consumo de energía primaria no renovable, referida a la certificación energética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el importe objeto de subvención podrán incluirse los honorarios de los profesionales intervinientes, el coste de la redacción de los proyectos, informes técnicos y certificados necesarios, los gastos derivados de la tramitación administrativa, y otros gastos generales similares, siempre que todos ellos estén debidamente justificados. No se consideran costes subvencionables los correspondientes a licencias, tasas, impuestos o tributos. No obstante, el IVA o el impuesto indirecto equivalente, podrán ser considerados elegibles siempre y cuando no puedan ser susceptibles de recuperación o compensación total o parcial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Dotación presupuestaria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Durante el ejercicio 2024 se destinarán las siguientes cantidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Plazos y lugar de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.1 El plazo para presentar las solicitudes se iniciará al día siguiente hábil de la publicación de estas Bases y Convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y finalizará el 31/12/2024 o hasta que se agote, en este período, la cuantía económica asignada a esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.2 Tanto la solicitud como la documentación, se presentará preferentemente de forma telemática a través de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sóller. (https://soller.sedelectronica.es/info.0).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En los supuestos en que los interesados no estén obligados a relacionarse electrónicamente y no hayan podido presentar la solicitud y la documentación electrónicamente, la solicitud se presentará en cualquiera de los lugares que establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.3 Las personas o entidades interesadas deberán rellenar los modelos de solicitud de esta convocatoria que están disponibles en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sóller: https://soller.sedelectronica.es/info.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
