    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 11/09/2024, y previa ratificación de la urgencia se aprobó con enmiendas lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar los puestos de trabajo de órganos directivos, coordinaciones generales y direcciones generales de cada Área o Concejalía, que se relacionan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Modificación de los lugares de Director General de Presupuestos y de Directora de General de Función Pública y Contratación en el sentido que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Allí donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Consecuencia de lo expuesto, el Sr. José Garrido Grueso, actual Director General de Presupuestos, pasará a denominarse Director General de Gestión Pública y Contratación; y la Sra. Bàrbara Martí Mora, actual Directora General de Función Pública y Contratación pasará a denominarse Directora General de Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Modificación del lugar de Coordinador General de Cultura en el sentido que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Área de Área de Turismo, Cultura, Deportes y Coordinación Municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Coordinador/a General de Turismo y Cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Consecuencia de lo expuesto, el Sr. Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta, actual Coordinador General de Cultura y Artes visuales, pasará a denominarse Coordinador/a General de Turismo y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Modificación del puesto de Dirección general de Mercados, Ferias, Sanidad y Consumo, en el sentido que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modificación del puesto de Subgerente-Director /a General de Urbanismo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Allí donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;- Amortizar los siguientes puestos de órganos directivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Coordinador/a General de Turismo y Restauración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Coordinador/a General de Economía, Comercio, Autónomos, Mercados y Ferias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Director/a General de Seguridad Ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. -&lt;/strong&gt; Crear los siguientes puestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;- Director/a General de Comunicación Digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;- Coordinador/a General de Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud, Gente Mayor e Interculturalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Área delegada de Gente Mayor e Interculturalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;- Director/a General de Interculturalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Área delegada de Seguridad Ciudadana y Civismo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;- Coordinador/a General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Civismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. - &lt;/strong&gt;Proceder al cese y nombramiento de los órganos directives siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cesar al Sr. Pedro Miró Martínez como Coordinador general de de Economía, Comercio, Autónomos, Mercados y Ferias atendida la amortización del puesto establecida en el apartado segundo del presente Acuerdo y nombrar al Sr. Miró Coordinador General de Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud, Gente mayor e interculturalidad, puesto que se crea en el apartado tercero del presente Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cesar al Sr. Jaume Pla Forteza como Director General de Seguridad Ciudadana atendida la amortización del puesto establecido en el apartado segundo del presente Acuerdo y nombrar al Sr. Pla Forteza Coordinador General de Seguridad Ciudadana y Civismo, puesto que se crea en el apartado tercero del presente Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efectos el Acuerdo de JGL_20230726_01_U030 de fecha 26 de julio de 2023 mediante el cual se le atribuían temporalmente las funciones de gerencia del Instituto Municipal de Innovación, al Coordinador general de Innovación y Distrito Digital, Sr. David Díez Herreros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Eximir los puestos de trabajo de órgano directivo, del requisito de ser nombrados entre personal funcionario de carrera del Estado, de las Comunidades Autónomas, de las Entidades Locales o con habilitación de carácter nacional que pertenezcan a cuerpos o escalas clasificados al subgrupo A1, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 47 del Reglamento orgánico del gobierno y administración del ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.- &lt;/strong&gt;La jornada laboral será de 40 horas semanales y las retribuciones a percibir son las determinadas en el vigente Presupuesto de Gastos para las direcciones y coordinaciones generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Para garantizar el funcionamiento de la Administración Municipal, quien ostente coordinaciones y direcciones generales nombradas por parte de la Junta de Gobierno, continuarán en su puesto de trabajo a pesar de haya expirado el mandato de la Corporación, no produciéndose su cese de forma automática, sin perjuicio de la decisión que pueda tomar con posterioridad la nueva Junta de Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Este acuerdo se ratificará por el Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre y se incluirá en el Decreto de Alcaldía que aprueba la estructura de la organización del gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el presente Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la intranet municipal.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que lo haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar del día siguiente a la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
