    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria de 26 de septiembre de 2024, ha adoptado el acuerdo que a continuación se hace público:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPEDIENTE 2395/2024. MODIFICACIÓN DEL REGLAMENTO ORGÁNICO MUNICIPAL DEL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL PLENO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se pasa a la votación y el Pleno acuerda, con 13 votos a favor (PP y VOX) y 4 en contra (Endavant &amp;nbsp;y MÉS):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Se modifica el artículo 9 del Reglamento orgánico municipal de funcionamiento del Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, que quedará redactado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. Lugar de las sesiones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Pleno mantiene sus sesiones en la sala de sesiones de la Casa Consistorial, salvo en los casos de fuerza mayor, en los que a través de la convocatoria o de una resolución de la alcaldía dictada previamente y notificada a todos los miembros de la Corporación , se puede habilitar otro edificio o local para tal efecto; asimismo, la convocatoria podrá prever la celebración de sesiones de forma telemática en los supuestos en que esté permitido legalmente en los términos del artículo 46.3 LRBRL. En todo caso se hará constar en el acta esta circunstancia. Los miembros del Pleno podrán participar en las sesiones de forma telemática, a través de videoconferencia, previa identificación fehaciente, siempre que se garantice su identidad y el sentido de su voto en cada uno de los asuntos que se traten, en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) En caso de baja laboral que impida o dificulte la movilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) En caso de baja por embarazo de riesgo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) En caso de encontrarse fuera del término municipal pero dentro del territorio español.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) En caso de encontrarse en una situación excepcional de fuerza mayor, grave riesgo o catástrofe pública, que impida o dificulte el normal desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para garantizar la identidad de los miembros que asistan telemáticamente, se tendrán que identificar previamente a través de la Sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento y conectarse con una videoconferencia.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Exponerlo al público, mediante anuncio en el BOIB y en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento, por plazo de treinta días, dentro de los cuales, los interesados ​​y, en su caso, las asociaciones vecinales que guarden relación directa con el objeto del reglamento, podrán examinarlo y presentar, en su caso, las alegaciones que estimen oportunas; si no se presentan, la modificación será definitivamente aprobada y se publicará íntegramente el nuevo texto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
