&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En fecha 30 de julio de 2024, la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas y presidenta de la EBAP dictó la Resolución mediante la cual se fijan las áreas de formación y los ámbitos funcionales en los que han de estructurarse los planes de formación que organiza la EBAP, que fue publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 101, de 1 de agosto de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez establecida la estructura de las áreas formativas y la estructura de los ámbitos funcionales, se ha considerado oportuno, al objeto de dar mayor seguridad y transparencia a los empleados públicos a la hora de conocer en cuál de las áreas y ámbitos se inscribirá en el Registro General de personal la distinta formación realizada (tanto la llevada a cabo por la EBAP, como la formación externa y homologable, impartida por otros organismos) incluir unas siglas, tanto en las distintas áreas formativas generales de anexo 2, como en las áreas formativas sectoriales estructuradas de conformidad con unos determinados ámbitos funcionales, descritos en el anexo 3 de la citada Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las siglas relativas a las áreas formativas (general y sectorial) son las que se llevan utilizando internamente en la EBAP para identificar dichas áreas en el sistema informático. En cambio, en lo que se refiere a las siglas de los ámbitos funcionales, éstas se han establecido por primera vez en la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas por la que se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, el baremo de méritos y la designación de las comisiones técnicas de valoración del procedimiento para proveer puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario de carrera de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, publicada en el BOIB núm. 116, de 4 de septiembre de 2024 y, son las siglas que en adelante se utilizarán para clasificar y codificar toda la formación, tanto la llevada a cabo por la EBAP como la formación externa de otros organismos en los mismos ámbitos funcionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La disposición adicional tercera de la Ley 10/2003, de 22 de diciembre, de medidas tributarias y administrativas, creó la Escuela Balear de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Administración Pública (EBAP) como entidad autónoma de carácter administrativo, con personalidad jurídica propia, adscrita a la consejería&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;competente en materia de función pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El artículo 12 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, establece que corresponde a la EBAP la formación, la capacitación y el perfeccionamiento del personal empleado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El artículo 5.2 del Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, por el que se aprueban los Estatutos de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, establece como una de las funciones de la EBAP promover, organizar y gestionar la formación, el reciclaje y el perfeccionamiento del&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;personal empleado público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Decreto 191/1996, de 25 de octubre, por el que se regulan las condiciones generales de las actividades formativas que organiza la consejería de Interior (actualmente, Consejería de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas y i presidenta de la EBAP por la que se fijan las áreas de formación y los ámbitos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;funcionales en los que se deben estructurar los planes de formación que organiza la EBAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo 2 y 3 de la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y administraciones Públicas y presidenta de la Escuela Baleares de Administración Pública (EBAP) por la que se fijan las áreas de formación y los ámbitos funcionales en los que deben estructurar los planes de formación que organiza la EBAP, incluyendo las siglas de cada una de las áreas formativas (general y sectorial) y cada uno de los ámbitos funcionales de los puestos de trabajo del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, tanto en lo que se refiere a la estructura horizontal como vertical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas y presidenta de la EBAP en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;― Organización, estructura y competencias del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2 . Área económico-presupuestaria (EP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Normativa específica de los ámbitos económico, presupuestario y financiero y de los procedimientos de gestión derivados de estos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se incluyen en el área económico-presupuestaria las siguientes materias, sin perjuicio de ser ampliables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;― Normativa financiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;― Normativa reguladora de finanzas públicas y de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;― Presupuestos, gestión y contabilización&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comprende la protección, la conservación y la gestión del medio ambiente, incluyendo la planificación y la ordenación del medio ambiente, es decir, de los elementos bióticos (flora y fauna) y abióticos (energía solar, agua, aire y tierra mineral), la prevención, la protección y la evaluación ambiental, la gestión de la calidad ambiental, la gestión de la biodiversidad y la gestión forestal, así como el fomento en materia de medio ambiente, la política hidráulica, la gestión de los residuos y la contaminación marítimo-terrestre, así como la inspección y el control en materia de medio ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Movilidad (MOB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ámbito encaminado a la planificación, la ordenación, la creación y la gestión de las infraestructuras y los servicios relacionados con la movilidad sobre los que el Gobierno de las Illes Balears tiene competencia: el transporte terrestre, marítimo, ferroviario y los puertos. Incluye el fomento en materia de movilidad, la planificación y la gestión portuaria y la gestión del dominio público marítimo-terrestre. Incluye la ordenación y la gestión de los vehículos de recreo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23. Ordenación del territorio y arquitectura (TER)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se centra en la planificación y la definición de los usos del suelo, el desarrollo y el planeamiento urbanístico, asegurando un crecimiento ordenado y sostenible del territorio. Incluye la inspección y el control en materia de ordenación del territorio. Incluye la elaboración de proyectos de construcción y reforma de edificios y espacios públicos, y la elaboración de tasaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24. Participación ciudadana (PAC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promueve y gestiona la participación ciudadana en las decisiones gubernamentales, fomentando la implicación activa de los ciudadanos en los procesos democráticos y comunitarios. Incluye las actividades de coordinación y de despliegue de las relaciones externas con las comunidades baleares en el exterior y las actividades relacionadas con la reparación y el reconocimiento de la memoria democrática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Pesca y medio marino (PMM)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comprende la gestión y la regulación de las actividades pesqueras y la conservación del medio marino, promoviendo la sostenibilidad y la protección de los recursos marinos, así como la planificación, la ordenación y el fomento en materia de pesca y medio marino, la formación y la cualificación marítima y pesquera, la regulación de la comercialización pesquera y la inspección y el control en materia de pesca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26. Política lingüística (LIN)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promueve el uso y la normalización de la lengua catalana, incluyendo la protección y el fomento en materia de política lingüística y las actividades de certificación de conocimientos en lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27. Protección y seguridad ciudadana (PRC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se ocupa de la seguridad pública y la protección ciudadana, y comprende desde la gestión de emergencias y catástrofes hasta la protección civil. Incluye la coordinación de cuerpos de seguridad. Incluye la potestad inspectora y la sancionadora que pueda resultar de aquella, la evaluación de la seguridad y las emergencias y todo lo relacionado con la regulación y la ordenación de los locales de juego, las actividades clasificadas y los espectáculos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;28. Ganadería (RAM)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incluye la promoción y el desarrollo del sector ganadero, y comprende la sanidad animal, la producción ganadera y el bienestar de lo animales. Incluye el control y la promoción de estrategias y programas para el desarrollo del medio rural, así como las actividades relacionadas con la producción y la protección animal, la ordenación de la sanidad animal ganadera y la vigilancia epidemiológica de los animales, la ordenación de la seguridad alimentaria ganadera y las de fomento e inspección y control en materia de ganadería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;29. Salud (SAL)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comprende la acreditación y la investigación sanitaria, las actividades relacionadas con la asistencia sanitaria la formación en materia de, salud, la inspección y el control en materia de salud, la planificación y ordenación sanitaria, la promoción de la salud pública, la sanidad mortuoria, la ordenación de la sanidad alimentaria dirigida a la ciudadanía, la ordenación farmacéutica, la gestión de las prestaciones sanitarias y el fomento en materia de salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30. Servicios y sectores sociales (SSS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se centra en la gestión, la planificación, la ordenación de servicios y políticas sociales, incluyendo la asistencia a colectivos vulnerables; la integración social y la promoción de la igualdad de oportunidades, así como el fomento en materia de servicios sociales. Incluye la gestión y la financiación de centros o servicios sociales concertados, la gestión de prestaciones económicas de los servicios sociales, la formación y el ocio en materia de juventud, la inspección y el control en materia de servicios sociales y la cooperación y la inmigración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;31. Trabajo (TRE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incluye la regulación, la gestión, la promoción y la inspección del empleo y la intermediación laboral, las relaciones laborales y la negociación colectiva. Incluye el fomento del autoempleo y la economía social. Comprende desde la formación profesional para el empleo y el desarrollo laboral hasta la supervisión y el control del mercado de trabajo y la salud laboral. Las cooperativas y las funciones de mediación, el arbitraje, el registro, el depósito y la tramitación de convenios colectivos y sociedades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;32. Turismo (TUR)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ámbito que comprende la planificación, la regulación y la ordenación del sector turístico y de los establecimientos turísticos. Promueve el sector turístico, la promoción de destinos y la sostenibilidad del turismo. Incluye el fomento del turismo, la regulación de los derechos y los deberes de los usuarios y los prestadores de servicios turísticos, la gestión de reclamaciones y la inspección turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
