    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 20.8a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y en el punto 4.1 de la Resolución de 10 de diciembre de 2015, de la Intervención General de la Administración del Estado, por la cual se regula el proceso de registro y publicación de convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas en el Sistema Nacional de Publicidad de Subvenciones (BOE núm. 299, de 15 de diciembre de 2015), el texto del extracto de la Convocatoria de ayudas para el mantenimiento de la ganadería de la isla de Eivissa, para el año 2024, remitido a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;(BDNS), es el siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Extracto de la Convocatoria de ayudas para el mantenimiento de la ganadería de la isla de Eivissa, para el año 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I) Disposiciones generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria prevé dos líneas de ayuda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línea a). Ayudas para el mantenimiento de la ganadería de Eivissa, mediante las cooperativas agrícolas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Línea b). Ayudas para el mantenimiento de la ganadería de Eivissa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Normativa de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presente convocatoria se rige al amparo de lo que disponen las bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural, ganadero, pesquero y cinegético en la isla de Ibiz&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cantidad máxima que se destina a la presente convocatoria es 300.000,00 € con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4100-47900 del Presupuesto General de Consell Insular d'Eivissa del año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Solicitud y documentación a adjuntar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para cada una d&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e la líneas de ayudas hay un impreso de solicitud que consta en el Anexo I, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la Convocatoria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;disponible en la Sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (&lt;/span&gt;https://seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;). &lt;/span&gt;El período para presentar las solicitudes contará desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB y finalizará el 31 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias, una vez finalizada la actuación y hasta &lt;strong&gt;el día 31 de octubre de 2024,&lt;/strong&gt; comunicarán y justificarán al Departamento competente en materia de agricultura la finalización de las actuaciones objecto de la ayuda mediante la solicitud de pago, acompañándola de la documentación justificativa que se indica en cada línea de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II) Líneas de ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línea A. Ayudas para el mantenimiento de la ganadería de Eivissa, mediante las cooperativas agrícolas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objetivo específico es fomentar el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mantenimiento de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cabaña ganadera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la isla de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Eivissa,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por parte de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; person&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s titular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ganaderías con rumiante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (bovino, ovino &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;caprino&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; porcino&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a isla de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Eivissa,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a través de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cooperativas agrícolas de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a isla de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, palian&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;do el efecto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;negati&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;vo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;causado por la grave sequía que ha sufrido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cantidad máxima destinada a esta línea de subvención es de 100.000,00 € (cien mil euros), con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4100 47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Actividades objeto de la ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se subvencionará &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el mantenimiento del cens&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ganadero &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del 1 de julio al 31 de octubre de 2024 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;explotacion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la isla de Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;con unidades de rumiantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (bovino, ovino &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;caprino&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y/o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; porcino; que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cuenten con un censo mínimo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, según la especie ganadera, de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ovino/caprino: 10 animales reproductores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bovino: 5 animales de 24 meses o más de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Porcino: 1 cerda reproductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las limitaciones de las cantidades subvencionables a cooperativas beneficiarias de esta ayuda y por personas titulares de explotaciones ganaderas que sean beneficiarias, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a. &lt;/em&gt;En ningún caso, la cantidad total subvencionada, por ganadero/a, podrá exceder los 3.000,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b. &lt;/em&gt;El máximo de subvención por cooperativa agrícola solicitante es de 70.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sta ayuda es in&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;compatible con cualquier otra ayuda que por los mismos conc&lt;/span&gt;eptos y período otorgue ésta u otra administración pública, o entidad privada. Es decir, si una persona es beneficiaria o solicitante de ésta línea de ayudas, en ningún caso se podrá incluir como persona beneficiaria en la Sublínea B de ayudas para el mantenimiento de la ganadería de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concesión de estas ayudas se llevará a cabo mediante un régimen de concurrencia no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los animales susceptibles de ser subvencionables se corresponden con la siguiente población:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bovino: Animales de 24 meses de edad o más, presentes en la explotación beneficiaria el 1 de enero de 2024, que consten en la Declaración Anual obligatoria (en adelante DAO) de 2024 y presentes en el Registro de Identificación Individual Animal (en adelante RIIA); siempre y cuando, a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga el mismo censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ovino y caprino: Animales de la especie ovina o caprina, presentes en la explotación beneficiaria el 1 de enero de 2024 y declarados como reproductores en la DAO de 2024 y presentes en el RIIA, siempre y cuando a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga el mismo censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Porcino: Animales de la especie porcina,presentes en la explotación beneficiaria el 1 de enero de 2024 y declarados como reproductores en la DAO de 2024, siempre y cuando a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga el mismo censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe de las ayudas que se podrán conceder a las cooperativas agrarias para las personas titulares de ganaderías de la isla de Eivissa es de un máximo de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ovino y/o caprino.- Por cada animal se subvencionará un máximo de: 40 €/animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bovino.- Por cada animal se subvencionará un máximo de: 250 €/animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Porcino.- Por cada animal se subvencionará un máximo de: 70 €/animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. Justificación &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;y pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para acreditar la realización de las actividades subvencionables es el mismo plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, hasta el 31 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b) Línea B. Ayu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;das para el mantenimiento de la ganadería de Eivissa.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objetivo específico es fomentar el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mantenimiento de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cabaña ganadera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la isla de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Eivissa,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por parte de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; person&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s titular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ganaderías con rumiante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (bovino, ovino &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;caprino&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;), porcino, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;apicultura y/o avicultura,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a isla de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Eivissa, palian&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;do el efecto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;negati&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;vo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;causado por la grave sequía que ha sufrido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cantidad máxima destinada a esta línea de subvención es de 200.000,00 € (doscientos mil euros), con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4100 47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Actividades objeto de la ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se subvencionará el mantenimiento del censo ganadero del 1 de julio al 31 de octubre de 2024 de las explotaciones de la isla de Eivissa, con unidades de rumiantes (bovino, ovino y caprino), porcino, apicultura y/o avicultura; que comptin amb un dels següents censos mínims, de alguna de las especies ganaderas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ovino y/o caprino: 50 animales reproductores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bovino: 10 animales de 24 meses, o más, de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Avicultura: 150 ponedoras y/o 250 pollos de engorde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Porcino: 4 animales reproductores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Apicultura: 70 colmenas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de solicitar ayuda para más de una especie, para las otras, deberá contar con los siguientes censos mínimos, según la especie:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ovino y/o caprino: 10 animales reproductores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bovino: 5 animales de 24 meses, o más, de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Avicultura: 150 ponedoras y/o 250 pollos de engorde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Porcino: 1 cerda reproductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Apicultura: 70 colmenas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las limitaciones de las cantidades subvencionables de esta ayuda, a las personas titulares de explotaciones ganaderas que sean beneficiarias, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.&lt;/em&gt; En ningún caso, la cantidad total subvencionada, por ganadero/a, podrá exceder los 9.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.&lt;/em&gt; Esta ayuda es incompatible con cualquier otra ayuda que por los mismos conceptos y período otorgue ésta u otra administración pública, o entidad privada. Es decir, si una persona es beneficiaria o solicitante de ésta línea de ayudas, en ningún caso se podrá incluir como persona beneficiaria en la Sublínea A de ayudas para el mantenimiento de la ganadería de Eivissa, mediante cooperativas ganaderas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Régimen de l&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;as ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concesión de estas ayudas se llevará a cabo mediante un régimen de concurrencia no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los animales susceptibles de ser subvencionables se corresponden con la siguiente población:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bovino: Animales de 24 meses de edad o más, presentes en la explotación beneficiaria el 1 de enero de 2024, que consten en la Declaración Anual obligatoria (en adelante DAO) del 2024 y presentes en el Registro de Identificación Individual Animal (en adelante RIIA); siempre y cuando, a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga el mismo censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ovino y caprino: Animales de la especie ovina o caprina, presentes en la explotación beneficiaria el 1 de enero de 2024 y declarados como reproductores en la DAO del 2024 y presentes en el RIIA; siempre y cuando a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga el mismo censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Porcino: Animales de la especie porcina,presentes en la explotación beneficiaria el 1 de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;enero de 2024 y declarados como reproductores en la DAO del 2024; siempre y cuando a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga el mismo censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Avicultura de puesta: Animales de la especie Gallus gallus presentes en la explotación beneficiaria y declaradas como gallinas ponedoras en la DAO del 2024; siempre y cuando a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga el mismo censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Avicultura de carne: Cens&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o medio de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;animal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;esp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cie Gallus gallus &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mantenidos en la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;explotació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; benefici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ria durant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;últim&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s 4 mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s; siempre y cuando a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga la misma actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Apicultura: Colmenas activas presentes en la explotación beneficiaria el 1 de enero de 2024, que consten inscritas en la DAO del 2024; siempre y cuando a fecha de finalización de la presentación de las solicitudes se mantenga el mismo censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los importes máximos de las ayudas que se podrán conceder, a los diferentes animales subvencionables, en concepto de mantenimiento del censo ganadero de las personas titulares de ganaderías de la isla de Eivissa, son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ovino y/o caprino.- Por cada animal se subvencionará un máximo de: 40 €/animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bovino.- Por cada animal se subvencionará un máximo de: 250 €/animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Porcino.- Por cada animal se subvencionará un máximo de: 70 €/animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Avicultura de carne.- Por cada animal se subvencionará un máximo de: 3 €/animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Avicultura de puesta.- Por cada animal se subvencionará un máximo de: 3 €/animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Apicultura.- Por cada colmena se subvencionará un máximo de: 5 €/casera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. Justificación &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;y pago &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para acreditar la realización de las actividades subvencionables es el mismo plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, hasta el 31 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
