&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha 21 de agosto de 2021 se publicó en el BOIB 111, la Resolución del consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, y Presidente del Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria de subvenciones con el objeto de financiar especialidades formativas dirigidas a trabajadores preferentemente desempleados, (SOIB Formación para desempleados), durante el periodo 2022-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;2. En fecha 20 de junio de 2024, se aprobó la 5ª Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Trabajo y Energía, y Presidente del Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears, a propuesta de la directora del Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears, por la que se autoriza y dispone el gasto, se reconoce la obligación y se propone el pago para compensar prácticas profesionales no laborales correspondientes a especialidades formativas dirigidas prioritariamente a trabajadores desocupados para el periodo 2022-2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;3. Desde el Servicio de Gestión de Programas de Ocupación 1 se ha detectado un error en el anexo de la mencionada Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;1. El articulo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que “las administraciones públicas podrán, así mismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;2. El articulo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears establece que “la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y&amp;nbsp; disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo eso, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo de la Resolución del conseller de Empresa, Empleo y Energía, y Presidente del Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears de fecha 23 de abril de 2024 en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la página web del Servicio de Ocupación de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer recurso de reposición ante el Consejero de Empresa, Trabajo y energía, en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y del artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, por la que se regula la competencia contencioso-administrativa (BOE nº 167, de 14 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
