    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De la convocatoria de ayudas específicas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero de la isla de Formentera para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobado por el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter Ordinario de 29 de agosto de 2024, que adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en estos momentos el Consejo Insular de Formentera no dispone de Junta de Gobierno, las competencias delegadas del arte 17.1 letra h, del Pleno a la Junta de Gobierno han devuelto al Pleno y por tanto, corresponde al Pleno la aprobación de las bases reguladoras de una subvención. En este caso, se aprueban simultáneamente las bases reguladoras y la convocatoria de las subvenciones, que según el arte. 28.1 letra m y el arte. 132.2, las competencias corresponderían a la Junta de Gobierno, pero como que esta no existe, devuelven al Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, en virtud de las atribuciones legalmente conferidas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; las "Bases reguladoras y convocatoria simultánea para la concesión de ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito agrícola y ganadero de la isla de Formentera para el año 2024" las cuales constan adjuntas a este documento como &lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo y el contenido de las Bases a la Base Nacional de Subvenciones, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Formentera, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases reguladoras y convocatoria simultánea para la concesión de ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito agrícola y ganadero de la isla de Formentera para el año 2024.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige al amparo del que disponen las siguientes bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Formentera, de conformidad con la siguiente normativa aplicable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige al amparo del que disponen las siguientes bases reguladoras de las ayudas para el desarrollo del ámbito rural y ganadero en la isla de Formentera, de conformidad con la siguiente normativa aplicable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Aprobación definitiva del Presupuesto General del Consejo Insular para el año presente 2024 (BOIB n.º 12, de 25 de enero de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Aprobación definitiva del Plan Estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Formentera para el periodo 2024 y 2025 aprobado por Pleno en fecha de 21 de marzo de 2024 (BOIB n.º 40, de 23 de marzo de 2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estructura organizativa y competencial del Consejo Insular de Formentera, así como de las delegaciones de presidencia y del Pleno, para el mandato 2023-2027 (BOIB n.º 112, 12 de agosto de 2023) modificada por las Resoluciones de presidencia de fecha 26 de febrero de 2024 de cese de los cargos del consejero Sr. José Manuel Alcaraz Escandell y los Decretos de Presidencia de 20 de junio de 2024, de renuncia de los miembros del equipo de Gobierno (BOIB núm. 85, de 27 de junio de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE n.º 276, de 18/11/2003)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Real Decreto 887/2003, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE n.º 176, de 27/07/2006),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Real Decreto 130/2019, de 18 de marzo, por el cual se regula la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la CAIB (BOIB n.º 196, de 31/12/2005)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE n.º 236, de 2/10/2015)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público (BOE n.º 236, de 2/10/2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ley 8/1999, de 12 de abril, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares de Menorca y de Ibiza y Formentera en materia de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Artesanía (BOCAIB n.º 051 de 1999) afectada por el Decreto 3/2011, de 14 de enero, de ampliación de los medios económicos adscritos a las funciones y los servicios inherentes a las competencias que en su momento fueron traspasadas al extinto Consejo Insular de Ibiza y Formentera por la Ley 8/1999, de 12 de abril, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares de Menorca y de Ibiza y Formentera en materia de agricultura, ganadería, pesca y artesanía, la titularidad y el ejercicio de las cuales asume hoy, también por mandato legal, el Consejo Insular de Formentera, en el ámbito territorial de esta isla, desde el momento de la entrada en vigor de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (financiación de los costes vinculados a la ejecución de programas de asistencia y asesoramiento técnico y capacitación del sector agrario, como también de promoción, seguimiento y protección territorial de los productos agroalimentarios, en la isla de Formentera) (BOIB n.º 9, de 18 de enero 2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.Objeto de la subvención.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.Dar ayudas al sector agrícola y ganadero para paliar el sobre coste de la triple insularidad y reducir los efectos de la sequía para mantener la actividad agrícola y ganadera tradicional de la isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cantidad máxima que se destinará a la presente convocatoria es de 50.000 € a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 2024.1.410.48000.01, de agricultura, ganadería, pesca y caza, y a las aplicaciones presupuestarias establecidas a cada línea de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que, dentro del mismo capítulo, una línea no agote el presupuesto establecido, se imputará la cuantía sobrante a las líneas presupuestariamente agotadas, publicadas en esta misma convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.Procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en estos momentos el Consejo Insular de Formentera no dispone de Junta de Gobierno, las competencias delegadas del arte 17.1 letra h, del Pleno a la Junta de Gobierno han devuelto al Pleno y por tanto, corresponde al Pleno la aprobación de las bases reguladoras de una subvención. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) El órgano competente para aprobar las presentes bases reguladoras y la convocatoria para el 2024 es el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez aprobadas, las bases reguladoras se publicarán al BOIB de acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, así como al tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónico del Consejo Insular de Formentera. Así mismo, será obligatoria su inscripción a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Las solicitudes de subvención y toda la documentación que se requiere se dirigirá a la Consejería de Sector Primario del Consejo Insular de Formentera y se presentarán, dentro del plazo establecido — al día siguiente a la publicación hasta 15 días naturales desde la publicación—, en el registro general de Entrada del Consejo Insular de Formentera y en otros lugares previstos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (en lo sucesivo, LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) La Consejería de Sector Primario será la competente para instruir el procedimiento de tramitación de los expedientes de solicitud de ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y el informe del órgano colegiado —comisión evaluadora— formulará la propuesta de resolución provisional, la cual se notificará a los interesados y dispondrán de un plazo de diez días naturales para presentar alegaciones, documentos y/o justificantes que estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) La comisión evaluadora estará integrada por los técnicos de agricultura y ganadería del área de sector primario y la letrada adscrita al área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) La propuesta de resolución definitiva de las ayudas se resolverá mediante Decreto de presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por razones de eficacia y eficiencia procedimental cada línea de ayudas se tramitará como un sub-expediente respeto el expediente matriz de la presente convocatoria de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.Régimen de ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria no son compatibles con otro tipo de ayuda o subvención que por los mismos conceptos otorgue el Consejo Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin embargo, sí son compatibles con otras ayudas o subvenciones que por los mismos conceptos otorgue otra Administración o entidad privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas reguladas en esta convocatoria son compatibles entre sí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención otras ayudas en ejercicios posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas que se conceden no pueden superar en ningún caso, de forma aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Requisitos y obligaciones de las personas beneficiarías&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A) Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas (físicas o jurídicas) solicitantes de las ayudas que se prevén en la presente convocatoria tendrán que cumplir los siguientes requisitos generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estar al corriente de todas las obligaciones económicas con el Consejo Insular de Formentera con la AEAT y con la Seguridad Social. El Consejo Insular de Formentera comprobará de oficio este requisito una vez formulada la solicitud de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) El ámbito territorial de la actividad de las personas beneficiarías será la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Los requisitos específicos que se detallan a cada línea de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) No pueden ser beneficiarías de las subvenciones las personas, las entidades o las agrupaciones en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13.2 y 13.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (BOE n.º 276, de 18/11/2003) (adelante, LGS); Prohibiciones que en el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB n.º 196, de 31/12/2005) (adelante, TRLSCAIB) están recogidas en los apartados 1 y 2 de su artículo 10. Tampoco, además, las empresas y entidades que se encuentren en los supuestos que prevé el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de junio, de Igualdad de Mujeres y Hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B) Obligaciones y régimen sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas (físicas o jurídicas) beneficiarias tendrán que cumplir las obligaciones previstas en el artículo 14 LGS; en caso de incumplimiento se aplicará el régimen sancionador previsto en el Título IV de la mencionada Ley. Obligaciones que en el TRLSCAIB están recogidas en su artículo 11, estando previsto el régimen sancionador en el Título IV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo, tendrán que aceptar los compromisos y las obligaciones establecidas en la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Solicitud y documentación a adjuntar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para cada una de las líneas de ayudas hay un impreso de solicitud que constan a los diferentes anexos de estas Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El periodo para presentar esta solicitud es del día siguiente a la publicación hasta 15 días naturales desde la publicación, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para solicitar las ayudas se tendrá que presentar el formulario de solicitud correspondiente a cada línea correctamente rellenado y firmado, así como:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además de la que se especifica en cada línea de subvención, se aportará la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Solicitud firmada, que supondrá la asunción de las declaraciones anteriormente mencionadas, así como la autorización al Consejo Insular de Formentera por la comprobación del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el apartado 6.b mediante certificados telemáticos, siempre que técnicamente sea posible. Sin embargo, la persona solicitante podrá denegar expresamente el consentimiento; en este se tendrá que presentar la documentación en los términos previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DNI/CIF del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la persona solicitante es persona jurídica, escritura o documento de constitución o modificación de los estatutos o del reglamento interno debidamente inscrito en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la solicitud se presenta a nombre de otro, hace falta acreditar la representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Certificado de titularidad de cuenta bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de personas jurídicas, acuerdo del órgano competente en que se apruebe la solicitud de subvención del Consejo Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Copia de la resolución de concesión y/o pago en el caso de haber solicitado subvención por el mismo concepto a otro Administración pública o entidad privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo Insular podrá pedir toda la documentación complementaria que considere para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para formalizar la solicitud de subvención, se tendrá que presentar mediante el registro telemático a través del OVAC (www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat/) o bien, físicamente a la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano, ubicada en la calle de Ramon Llull n.º 6, de Sant Francesc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Selección de personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán beneficiarios de la ayuda les persones, físiques o jurídiques, que acrediten cumplir los requisitos generales, así como los requisitos correspondientes a la línea específica de ayuda respectiva de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda superen la cuantía prevista en cada línea de ayuda de esta convocatoria, se reducirán todas y cada una de las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda en el mismo porcentaje unitario resultando del ajuste presupuestario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es decir, el órgano competente procederá al prorrateo entre los beneficiarios de la subvención del importe global máximo destinado a la ayuda correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarías&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas beneficiarías de las subvenciones están obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Realizar la actividad que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención en la forma, condiciones y plazos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Justificar ante la Consejería de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Caza del Consejo Insular de Formentera la realización de la actividad para la cual se ha concedido la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se da el caso, los beneficiarios tendrán que hacer constar expresamente y de forma claramente visible en cualquier de los medios que utilicen para la difusión de las actividades subvencionadas, que estas se realizan con la financiación del Consejo Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, seguimiento y evaluación de la aplicación de la subvención a efectuar por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar, de forma inmediata, a la Consejería de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Caza la obtención de las subvenciones que con la misma finalidad obtenga otras Administraciones Públicas o entidades públicas o privadas, así como su importe y aplicación a las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Proceder al reintegro de la ayuda percibida en los supuestos regulados en el Título II de la LGS y en el título III del Reglamento de la mencionada Ley, así como en los regulados al TRLSCAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Justificación y pago de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias tienen la obligación de justificar y comunicar la finalización de las actuaciones objeto de la ayuda a la Consejería de Sector Primario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dada la particularidad de cada línea de subvención, la justificación y pago de cada una queda desarrollado en el apartado 8 de cada ayuda específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención se tramitará una vez que se haya presentado toda la documentación requerida como justificante y que se haya comprobado el cumplimiento de las actuaciones objeto de la subvención, mediante la correspondiente resolución de pago emitida por Decreto de Presidencia, la cual se notificará en la forma establecida en el punto 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Revocación de la subvención, reintegro y régimen sancionador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Será procedente la revocación de la subvención cuando la persona beneficiaria incumpla totalmente las obligaciones adquiridas o parcialmente si con este incumplimiento se frustra el cumplimiento del objetivo de las ayudas. Los incumplimientos parciales poco relevantes podrán dar lugar a una revocación parcial proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención queda sin efecto, total o parcialmente, el acto de concesión y/o pago, y es procedente el reintegro de las cantidades recibidas indebidamente, todo esto teniendo en cuenta el que dispone el Título II de la LGS en lo referente al reintegro de subvenciones, y el que prevé su Título IV en lo referente al régimen sancionador; supuestos de igual manera previstos en los artículos 43,44 y 45 del TRLSCAIB, así como el Título V en lo referente al régimen sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Publicidad y vigencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El acuerdo de aprobación de esta convocatoria se comunicará a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), así como en su extracto, tal como establecen los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y a la vista del que dispone el Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el cual se regula la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo, este acuerdo se publicará en el BOIB, se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios y edictos electrónicos del Consejo Insular de Formentera, y se anunciará en dos diarios locales, todo esto de acuerdo con el que establece el TRLSCAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cuanto a la publicidad de las subvenciones otorgadas, de acuerdo con el que establecen el artículo 18 LGS y el artículo 34 TRLSCAIB, se remitirá a la BDNS información sobre las resoluciones recaídas en los términos que exige el artículo 20 LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Régimen de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución de concesión de las ayudas agota la vía administrativa y ante esta se puede interponer, o bien, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, es decir, ante la presidencia del Consejo Insular de Formentera, en el plazo de un mes desde la notificación, según el establecido en el artículo 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o bien, recurso contencioso-administrativo ante los juzgados del contencioso–administrativo de Palma (Mallorca), en el plazo de dos meses desde la notificación, según el establecido en el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Régimen jurídico y publicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por estas bases, y en aquello que no esté previsto, por aquello establecido en el artículo 96.2 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares y en la disposición adicional novena de esta Ley sobre Normativa en materia de subvenciones que se remite a la legislación de subvenciones de la comunidad autónoma (representada por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares a aplicar en todo aquello que no contradiga la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En especial, hay que atender al que establece el artículo 17.2 de la citada Ley de subvenciones respecto a la aprobación de las bases presentes, en el marco de las Bases de ejecución del Presupuesto general del Consejo Insular para el año 2024, así como a la disposición adicional 14.ª de la mencionada Ley, reglas también aplicables a los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas bases se publicarán al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y se aplicarán el día siguiente a la publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Líneas específicas de ayuda para el 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Ayuda asociada a las explotaciones ganaderas de ovino y/o caprino&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Se concederá una ayuda asociada a los titulares de explotaciones de ganado ovino y caprino a fin y efecto de garantizar la viabilidad económica de estas explotaciones y reducir el riesgo de abandono de esta actividad productiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Las ayudas se concederán por animal elegible y año. Serán animales elegibles las hembras de la especie ovina y cabruna mantenidas como reproductoras de conformidad con la declaración censal obligatoria establecida en el artículo 11.4 del Real Decreto 685/2013, de 16 de septiembre, por el cual se establece un sistema de identificación y registro de los animales de las especies ovina y cabruna, y que estén correctamente identificadas y registradas, de conformidad con la normativa vigente, a 1 de enero del año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) La explotación a la cual pertenezcan los animales susceptibles de percibir la ayuda tendrá que cumplir las disposiciones establecidas en el Real Decreto 479/2004, de 26 de marzo, por el cual se establece el Registro general de explotaciones ganaderas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía máxima de esta línea de ayuda es de 25.000 €, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 2024.1.410.48000.01.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que las actuaciones no agoten el presupuesto que se establece, se imputará la cuantía sobrante en la línea de ayuda que se haya agotado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisitos y actuaciones objeto de la ayuda de los solicitantes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las explotaciones donde se tendrán que ubicar los animales elegibles tendrán que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estar inscritas en el registro general de explotaciones ganaderas (RIEGA) con el tipo de explotación “Producción y reproducción” o “Pasto”. En el primer caso, en el ámbito de subexplotación, tendrán que estar clasificadas como explotaciones de ovino o cabruno con una clasificación zootécnica de «reproducción para producción de leche», «reproducción para producción de carne» o «reproducción para producción mixta».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Tener un censo de hembras elegibles de 9 o más...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Tener un umbral de movimientos de salida de la explotación de al menos 0,3 corderos/cabritos por hembra elegible en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de mayo del 2023 y el 30 de abril del 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin embargo, también se pueden considerar, a efectos del cumplimiento del umbral mínimo de movimientos de salida de la explotación, los animales nacidos en la explotación del solicitante comercializados para reposición con menos de 12 meses que salen de la explotación de origen con identificación individual, y de los cuales haya constancia que no se han considerado como reproductores en la declaración censal del 1 de enero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para el cálculo del número de corderos por hembra elegible, se cogerá el resultado de redondeado a 1 decimal, de forma que este decimal que determina el resultado quedará invariable si el segundo decimal es menor de 5 y se elevará al número natural inmediatamente superior si el segundo decimal es 5 o superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) La explotación ganadera se tendrá que mantener de alta en el Registro de Explotaciones Ganaderas de las Islas Baleares durante el periodo mínimo de un año desde la resolución de otorgamiento de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Solicitud y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A la solicitud (anexo I) se adjuntará, además de la documentación que se menciona en las disposiciones generales, la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Si el solicitante es persona jurídica, escritura o documento de constitución o modificación, de los estatutos o del reglamento interno de funcionamiento, debidamente inscrito en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Cartilla ganadera con la correspondiente declaración del censo de animales a fecha 1 de enero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Copias acreditativas de las guías sanitarias realizadas en el periodo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A los solicitantes que cumplan los requisitos y los compromisos establecidos en esta convocatoria, se los podrá conceder una ayuda resultante de multiplicar el número de hembras elegibles por un importe unitario de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 50 €/hembra elegible miedo explotaciones cono un umbral de movimientos de animales igual o superior a 0,3 corderos/*cabritos miedo hembra elegible en el periodo comprendido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 75 €/hembra elegible por explotaciones con un umbral de movimientos de animales igual o superior a 0,6 corderos/cabritos por hembra elegible en el periodo comprendido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía total subvencionada no podrá exceder la cuantía de 3.000 € por titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de estas ayudas se llevará a cabo mediante régimen de concurrencia no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda superen la cuantía prevista en el punto 2 de esta línea de ayuda, se tendrá en cuenta el que dispone el punto 3 y se reducirán proporcionalmente todas y cada una de las solicitudes con derecho a ayuda que queden.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los titulares de explotaciones ganaderas que hayan obtenido esta ayuda tendrán que cumplir con todas aquellas obligaciones que resulten de la aplicación de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria, y del resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Justificación y pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta subvención se concede en consideración a la concurrencia de la condición de ganadero registrado y que cumple las obligaciones como tal, por lo tanto, de acuerdo con el establecido en el artículo 30.7 de LGS, la presentación de la documentación requerida en su punto 4, solo hará falta la justificación de la acreditación de la situación mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Ayuda asociada a las explotaciones agrícolas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de esta línea de ayuda asociada a los titulares de explotaciones a fin y efecto de garantizar la viabilidad económica de estas explotaciones se reducir el riesgo de abandono de esta actividad productiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La ayuda va destinada a aquellas explotaciones agrarias activas, que en los últimos 3 años han realizado actualizaciones y modificaciones de su explotación, y que, a la última declaración del IRPF, impuesto de sociedad o cualquiera otra forma admitida con derecho, hayan declarado unos ingresos mínimos de 300€, y generen al menos 0,15 UTA (Unidades de Trabajo Agrícola).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con estas ayudas se pretende reducir los costes derivados de la triple insularidad a las explotaciones agrícolas bonificando los gastos derivados de los insumos necesarios como entonces, plantel, abonos, fertilizantes, material de riego, asesoramiento técnico... por el correcto desarrollo de la actividad agraria, para conseguir que esta actividad económica sea viable y evitar un abandono de las explotaciones agrarias que contribuyen a mantener el paisaje rural de la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cantidad máxima asignada a esta línea de ayuda es de 25.000 € con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 2024.1.410.48000.01&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que las actuaciones no agoten el presupuesto que se establece, se imputará la cuantía sobrante en la línea de ayuda que se haya agotado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Solicitantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán solicitar la subvención aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas titulares de una explotación agraria, siempre que reúna los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Que la explotación esté situada en Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Disponer alguno de estos grupos de cultivos con una de las siguientes superficies mínimas de cultivos, con la densidad de plantación mínima indicada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cultivos en extensivo de secano (cereales): 2 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cultivos herbáceos en regadío: 0,5 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cultivos hortícolas al aire libre (incluida patata): 0,3 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fruteros de fruta secano y olivar: 1 ha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Viña de vinificación: 0,5 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Olivos: 60 árboles/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Almendros: 80 árboles/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Algarrobos/higueras y otras: 30 árboles/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Viña de vinificación: 2.000 cepas/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fruteros en regadío: 0,5 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hortícolas bajo plástico: 0,15 ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Que la explotación esté inscrita en el Consejo Balear de la Producción Agraria Ecológica (CBPAE) y la inscripción sea válida para el año en curso, o bien que esté en fase de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. En el caso de explotaciones con viña por vinificación, esta superficie tiene que estar inscrita al Registro Vitícola de las Islas Baleares para computar las UTAs. Esta comprobación se hará de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Actuaciones objeto de la ayuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La compra de materias primas necesarias para la producción agraria como son: abonos, semillas, plantel, plantones de árboles frutales, productos fitosanitarios autorizados, trampas para el control de plagas y otros materiales para la lucha biológica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los servicios de asesoramiento técnico y analíticas, el alquiler de maquinaria o la contratación otros servicios prestados como por la Cooperativa del campo u otra empresa de servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los de elementos para la protección de cultivos, como vallas, protectores para plantones de viña y árboles, redes, cintas u otros elementos para asustar animales, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La compra de elementos como bombas, cañerías, filtros, cabezales, aspersores, gotas y otros materiales por las instalaciones de riego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Otros gastos justificables por el correcto desarrollo de la actividad agraria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La compra de maquinaria agrícola y otras inversiones de infraestructuras agrarias como almacenes, corrales, paredes u otras construcciones no se bonificarán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las compras realizadas tienen que ser en el plazo comprendido entre el 1 de enero de 2023 y el 30 de junio de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Solicitud y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A la solicitud (anexo II) se adjuntará, además de la documentación que se menciona en las disposiciones generales, la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuenta justificativa simplificada de las facturas (anexo III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Facturas con justificante de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documento acreditativo de inscripción o de renovación en el CBPAE o, si procede, copia de solicitud de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documento acreditativo de la condición de agricultor profesional y/o de la titularidad de una explotación agraria prioritaria o preferente, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe de las ayudas que se podrán conceder a las explotaciones son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las explotaciones agrarias prioritarias inscritas en el RÍA de Formentera podrán ser beneficiarias de una ayuda máxima de hasta 5.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las explotaciones agrarias preferentes inscritas en el RÍA de Formentera podrán ser beneficiarías de una ayuda máxima de hasta 3.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El resto de las explotaciones agrarias inscritas en el RÍA de Formentera que cumplen los requisitos mínimos ya descritos en su punto 1 y punto 3 de las presentes bases podrán ser beneficiarios de una ayuda máxima de hasta 1.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada solicitud de ayuda tendrá que presentar la cuenta justificativa simplificada de las facturas (anexo III) de los gastos realizados en el periodo definido, acompañado de las facturas correspondientes y justificante de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se subvencionará el 35% del coste total realizado bonificable del periodo estipulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de explotaciones ecológicas se subvencionará hasta un 50% del coste total bonificable del periodo estipulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Requisitos de selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criterios a tener en cuenta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que la solicitud se adecue a los objetos y a las condiciones de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que los gastos previstos guarden relación con las actividades productivas que se realicen en la explotación y sean las efectivas para desarrollarlas, tal y como se detallan en el apartado 4 de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se valorarán en primera instancia las explotaciones agrarias Prioritarias, en segundas instancias las explotaciones agrarias de categoría Preferente, y por último el resto de las explotaciones agrarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez valorada económicamente la subvención de las explotaciones agrarias Prioritarias, la partida económica restante servirá para subvencionar las solicitudes de explotaciones agrarias Preferentes, en caso de no disponer suficiente crédito para llegar al máximo establecido por esta categoría de explotaciones, se hará un prorrateo. En el caso de disponer permaneciendo, este se usará para subvencionar el resto de las explotaciones agrarias, si no se puede llegar al máximo establecido por esta categoría de explotaciones, se hará un prorrateo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los titulares de explotaciones agrícolas y ganaderas que hayan obtenido esta ayuda tendrán que cumplir con las siguientes obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos con el CBPAE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Realizar las prácticas agrarias necesarias para el mantenimiento de cultivos de agricultura ecológica para los cuales se haya concedido la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todas aquellas que resulten de la aplicación de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria, y del resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Justificación y pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cuanto a la justificación y el pago, se comprobará la documentación específica del apartado 5 de esta línea de ayuda (anexo II, cuenta justificativa, facturas con justificante de pago, documento acreditativo de inscripción al CBPAE y documento acreditativo de la condición de agricultor/a profesional, de titular de explotación agraria preferente y/o prioritaria), y la que dispone el punto 9 de las disposiciones generales de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditar el cumplimiento del objeto de la ayuda pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Que conozco las condiciones establecidas por la normativa vigente para la concesión de ayudas que pido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Que cumple con las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado y ante la hacienda autonómica, y me compromete a mantener el cumplimiento de este requisito durante el periodo de tiempo inherente al reconocimiento o el ejercicio del derecho al cobro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acreditar ante el Departamento el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones que se exigen para conceder las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Adoptar las medidas necesarias para proporcionar información al público y dar publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- ADJUNTO&lt;/strong&gt; a esta solicitud de ayuda, de acuerdo con lo establecido a la normativa vigente, la documentación exigida que figura a continuación y que marco con una X&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; )&amp;nbsp;DNI/CIF del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo y el contenido de las Bases a la Base Nacional de Subvenciones, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Formentera, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Anexo. - Se da por transcrito el texto reproducido más arriba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
