    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En virtud del Decreto de Alcaldía nº 2024-0218, de fecha 18 de septiembre de 2024, se ha dispuesto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;De conformidad con los artículos 91.1 de la Ley 7/1985 de bases del régimen local y 128.1 del Texto refundido 781/1986 del régimen local sobre formulación por las Corporaciones Locales de la Oferta de Empleo Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 70 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación y en concreto el 21.1 g) de la LBLR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Primero.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Aprobar la Oferta de Empleo Público de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2024, que contiene el siguiente puesto de trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt; Que se publique en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, en su página web y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Contra la presente, se puede interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación del presente anuncio, ante la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso administrativo,&amp;nbsp; ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Si se optase por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que aquél sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
