    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracto de la sesión del día 29 de agosto del Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, por el que se aprueba, entre otras, las bases reguladoras y la convocatoria que deben regir el procedimiento de concesión de la beca de investigación del área de Igualdad Y LGTBI del Consell Insular de Formentera del año 2024, de conformidad con el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. APROBAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;las bases reguladoras que deben regir el procedimiento de concesión de la Beca de investigación del área de Igualdad y LGTBI del Consell Insular de Formentera de 2024 que se adjuntan como anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. APROBAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la convocatoria y abrir un plazo para presentar las solicitudes de treinta días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente del día de publicación de estas bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. APROBAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el importe de 8.000 € y reservarlo para el proyecto que resulte ganador en el procedimiento de selección, con cargo a los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera para 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. PUBLICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;este acuerdo y su contenido en el tablón de anuncios de la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la Base Nacional de Subvenciones, a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS QUE RIGEN EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN DE LA BECA DE INVESTIGACIÓN DEL ÁREA DE IGUALDAD Y LGTBI DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA DEL AÑO 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objeto y finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Esta convocatoria tiene por objeto regular la concesión de una beca de investigación para el año 2024, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva y de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad y publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La finalidad de esta beca es el impulso de la investigación científica vinculada por la suya a la temática de la igualdad en el ámbito de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuantía de la ayuda y crédito presupuestario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuantía de la beca es de ocho mil euros (8.000 euros), con cargo a los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera para el año 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actividades becadas y proyecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Pueden ser objeto de esta beca, los proyectos de investigación vinculados a la recuperación histórica de las mujeres en la isla de Formentera teniendo en cuenta todas las etapas de la vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los proyectos deberán plantear investigaciones inéditas y deberán contener, como mínimo, los apartados siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Título&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Descripción de las características del proyecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Planteamiento teórico y metodología de la investigación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objetivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Calendario de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presupuesto detallado que incluya todos los gastos previsibles, especificando, si es el caso: remuneración del trabajo, gastos corrientes, gastos de viajes, material inventariable y otros conceptos necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisitos de las personas solicitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Podrán solicitar esta beca todas las personas mayores de edad y con plena capacidad de actuar que estén en posesión de una titulación mínima de diplomatura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los y las aspirantes podrán solicitar acogerse a la convocatoria como investigadores/as a título individual o bien constituidos en equipos de investigación. En este caso, uno de los miembros que tenga la titulación mínima de diplomatura deberá asumir la coordinación de la investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Para valorar los currículos de los equipos se efectuará una media ponderada de manera que el currículo del coordinador/a supondrá un 50% de la valoración y el del resto de miembros del equipo, el 50% restante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las solicitudes deben formalizarse mediante el modelo normalizado que se adjunta como anexo I de estas bases. Se podrán presentar de las siguientes formas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De manera presencial, en el Registre General del Consell Insular de Formentera, en la Oficina Atención Ciudadana (OAC), al c/ de Ramon Llull, 6, CP 07800 Sant Francesc, Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Telemáticamente, a través de la Oficina Virtual de Atención Ciudadana (OVAC), a la que se puede acceder desde la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cualquiera de las formas establecidas en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En cualquier caso, las solicitudes deberán acompañarse de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Fotocopia del DNI, pasaporte, NIE o tarjeta de residencia de la persona solicitante o, en su caso, de cada uno de los miembros que formen el equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Declaración responsable de la persona o, en su caso, de cada uno de los miembros del equipo, de no estar sometidos a ninguna causa de responsabilidad o prohibición de obtener ayudas o subvenciones, de acuerdo con el artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares, y con el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (se adjunta modelo como anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Copia de la titulación académica de la persona solicitante o, en su caso, de cada uno de los y de las miembros que forman el equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Proyecto de la investigación propuesto para la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Currículo de la persona o, en su caso, de las personas que forman el equipo. La documentación acreditativa de los méritos, mediante originales o copias cotejadas, deberá aportarse sólo en el caso de resultar ganadores en el concurso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Se considerarán excluidas de manera definitiva, sin que sea posible enmendarlas, aquellas solicitudes que no estén acompañadas del proyecto de investigación (apartado 2.d de este punto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Con el fin de evitar presentar documentos que ya figuren en el área de Igualdad-LGTBI, los solicitantes podrán acogerse a lo establecido en el artículo 13 y 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, siempre que se haga constar la fecha y el órgano o dependencia en que fueron presentados o, en su caso, emitidos, y cuando no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde la finalización del procedimiento al que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. No se podrán presentar a la convocatoria aquellos proyectos de investigación que ya cuenten con algún tipo de ayuda por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plazo de presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes será de treinta días hábiles a partir del día siguiente del día de publicación de estas bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB). Esta convocatoria también se hará pública en el tablón de anuncios de Igualdad del sitio web del Consell Insular de Formentera (www.conselldeformentera.cat)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Enmienda de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, el Consell Insular de Formentera publicará la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos en el procedimiento. Esta información se hará pública en la página web de la institución y en su tablón de anuncios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Se establecerá un plazo de 10 días naturales desde el día siguiente de la publicación para que las personas que hayan quedado excluidas puedan enmendar las causas especificadas como motivo de exclusión, de acuerdo con el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Una vez valoradas las enmiendas que se puedan presentar, se publicará la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos, así como la composición de la Comisión Evaluadora, siguiendo los mismos canales de difusión que la lista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Selección de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El procedimiento de concesión de la beca se realizará en régimen de concurrencia competitiva. Así, se establecerá un único proceso comparativo de las solicitudes presentadas, con la finalidad de obtener una valoración de las mismas de acuerdo con los criterios fijados en estas mismas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La persona o equipo científico que obtenga mayor puntuación en el proceso de selección deberá acreditar la veracidad de la documentación presentada, mediante la aportación de originales, copias cotejadas o por otro medio que permita dicha validación. El hecho de no acreditar la veracidad de todos los documentos presentados y alegados inicialmente supondrá la pérdida de la condición de ganador y se procederá a requerir dicha documentación a la siguiente persona o equipo con más puntuación. La falsedad en la documentación presentada conlleva la exclusión del proceso de selección, así como la posibilidad de aplicar sanciones por falsedad documental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Una vez validada la veracidad de toda la documentación, la consellera responsable del área de Igualdad-LGTBI elevará a la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, a instancias de la Comisión Evaluadora, la propuesta de adjudicación de la beca a la persona o equipo que haya obtenido mayor puntuación en la lista definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criterios de selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los proyectos se valorarán sobre una puntuación máxima prevista de 100 puntos, y se evaluarán teniendo en cuenta los siguientes aspectos y porcentajes máximos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Relevancia del tema que se propone investigar: 40 %&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Coherencia y metodología del proyecto: 30 %&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Currículum: 20 %&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Incorporación de perspectiva feminista interseccional de la diversidad sexual, familiar y de género: 10%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. No podrán obtener la beca de investigación aquellos proyectos con una puntuación final inferior a 60 puntos, de manera que el procedimiento de selección se puede declarar desierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En caso de que el estudio de la documentación no sea suficiente para determinar un orden de prioridad entre las solicitudes, la Comisión Evaluadora podrá solicitar información adicional y/o concertar entrevistas con las personas solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Comisión Evaluadora será el órgano colegiado que se encargará de examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emitir el informe que debe servir de base para la resolución de concesión por parte del órgano competente. Su composición respetará el principio de presencia equilibrada entre hombres y mujeres de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres, y estará formada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidencia: un técnico o una técnica del Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocalías: cuatro personas, empleadas del Consell y/o externas, designadas a partir de su perfil de formación académica con relación a la naturaleza de los proyectos presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretaría: un letrado o una letrada a asignado/a por el área de Secretaría del CIF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Comisión evaluadora tiene potestad para resolver las dudas que puedan plantear estas bases, así como para tomar los acuerdos necesarios sobre su interpretación, a fin de garantizar un buen desarrollo del proceso de evaluación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Renuncias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona o equipo ganadores de la beca tendrán un plazo de cinco días contados desde el siguiente al de la notificación para renunciar. Excepcionalmente, comenzados los trabajos y por causas de fuerza mayor e imprevistas, se reconoce el derecho a renunciar a la beca. En este supuesto, será necesario que el beneficiario o beneficiarios lo comuniquen mediante un escrito dirigido al área de Igualdad-LGTBI del Consell Insular de Formentera. Esta renuncia conlleva la revocación de la totalidad de la ayuda económica de la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligaciones de la persona beneficiaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que la persona o personas beneficiarias no renuncien a la beca en el plazo de cinco días desde la notificación, implicará la plena aceptación de lo establecido en estas bases, así como del ajuste a los procedimientos legales que rigen para las justificaciones del uso de los fondos públicos recibidos. Así, la persona o personas beneficiarias de la beca deberán ajustarse al siguiente funcionamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. El trabajo de investigación objeto de la beca concedida deberá realizarse dentro del plazo de doce meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la notificación de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. En caso de que se necesite una prórroga, los autores deberán justificar los motivos y pedirla al área de Igualdad-LGTBI del CIF. La solicitud deberá hacerse con una antelación de treinta días naturales antes de que se cumpla el plazo acordado. En caso de que se agote el plazo fijado sin haber solicitado prórroga, el CIF tendrá derecho a revocar la ayuda concedida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. El órgano competente del CIF asignará a una persona para hacer el seguimiento de beca, a propuesta de la Comisión evaluadora, que realizará el proceso de seguimiento de la investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Trimestralmente se deberá presentar un informe a la persona que haga el seguimiento de beca. Este documento servirá para hacer balance del trabajo realizado y de las previsiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Una vez acabado el trabajo se deberá entregar un ejemplar del estudio completo al área Igualdad-LGTBI del CIF en soporte informático y una copia impresa en papel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. El CIF se reserva los derechos de edición del trabajo durante un periodo máximo de 3 años, con la posibilidad de acordar la traducción al catalán de aquellos estudios entregados en otras lenguas. Transcurrido este plazo, el autor podrá promover su edición sin necesidad de solicitar autorización al CIF. En cualquier caso, en los créditos deberá hacerse constar el Consell como institución que financió el estudio mediante la beca de investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. La posesión de la beca no implica relación contractual o estatutaria de ningún tipo con el CIF, sin ningún compromiso posterior por parte de esta institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constatación del incumplimiento de los requisitos necesarios o de las obligaciones asumidas como consecuencia de la concesión de la beca podrá dar lugar a la extinción del derecho de su disfrute o a la modificación de la resolución de la concesión, al reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y, en su caso, a la incoación del correspondiente expediente sancionador, de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, así como a todas aquellas responsabilidades de todo orden que pudieran derivarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Instrucción y resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 . Los expedientes se resolverán en un plazo máximo de seis meses desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes que se establece en esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Por Decreto de Presidencia de 20 de junio de 2024 (BOIB núm. 85, de 27 de junio de 2024) se acepta que determinados consejeros y consejeras como miembros de la Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular hayan renunciado a ser miembros de la Junta de Gobierno, así como a las Vicepresidencias primera y segunda, y a su cargo de consejeros y consejeras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que no hay Junta de Gobierno (que es el órgano competente, por defecto, de cara a la aprobación de Convenios y acuerdos, salvo que se trate de un supuesto urgente, y donde el Pleno no sea explícitamente competente, razón por la que se considera ponderado que lo pueda aprobar el Presidente y así documentar su aprobación y asunción por la institución) y atendiendo a la necesidad inexcusable del Consell Insular de Formentera de iniciar y aprobar nuevos expedientes y convenios/acuerdos de colaboración (de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 21.1.f) y 34.1.f) en relación con lo establecido en la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 21.1.p) de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consells insulares) y la aprobación y la firma de convenios y acuerdos de colaboración (ex artículo 133.3 de la citada Ley de consells insulares), en lo que le corresponde al Presidente del Consell Insular el ejercicio de las competencias no atribuidas expresamente a otros órganos y toda la normativa aplicable que esté en vigor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por tanto, visto que no hay Junta de Gobierno y vista la necesidad inexcusable del Consell Insular de Formentera de continuar con la tramitación de los expedientes ya iniciados, y de iniciar y aprobar nuevos expedientes, los Servicios Jurídicos de esta corporación estiman proporcionado con la necesidad de dotar de eficacia a esta Administración considerar que el órgano de resolución competente, La Presidencia del Consell Insular de Formentera adoptará el acuerdo de concesión de la beca a propuesta del conseller o consellera competente en la materia en base al informe propuesta emitido por la Comisión Evaluadora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El acuerdo de resolución final especificará el candidato o candidata o candidatos o candidatas a quien se concede la beca y aquellos o aquellas a quienes, en lista ordenada de acuerdo con los resultados de la selección, figuren como suplentes en caso de renuncias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pago de la beca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El abono de la cuantía de la beca se realizará en dos pagos iguales, uno para cada semestre, una vez que la persona que realice el seguimiento de la investigación (según el punto 12.c de estas bases) haya presentado un informe del trabajo realizado hasta el momento y el visto bueno para el pago de la parte de la dotación económica. El último pago de la beca se abonará con el informe de la citada persona que haga el seguimiento aceptando el resultado final del trabajo de investigación becado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Régimen de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de concesión de la beca de investigación agota la vía administrativa. Una vez publicada se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado (el Pleno del CIF) en el plazo de un mes desde la notificación, o bien recurso contencioso administrativo ante los juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses desde la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposiciones supletorias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por lo dispuesto en las bases anteriores, la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares, la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en lo que sea de aplicación.
