font-size:12px">Contra este acuerdo que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Directamente, un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente a haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Junta de Gobierno Local de este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente a haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimación por silencio administrativo del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya notificado la resolución expresa del mismo, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
