&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Por Resolución de la Presidencia del organismo autónomo del Ajuntament de Calvià denominado Oficina Municipal de Tributos de fecha 14 de noviembre de 2022 se aprobaron las bases y convocatorias correspondientes del proceso de estabilización (BOIB núm. 148, de día 17 de noviembre de 2022) en la que se convocaron seis plazas de auxiliar administrativo/a, Grupo C, Subgrupo C2, Escala de Administración General, Subescala auxiliar, por el sistema de concurso oposición, turno libre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Finalizado el proceso selectivo, en fecha 16 de septiembre de 2024 la comisión de selección designada elevó la propuesta de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización por el sistema de concurso oposición de las plazas de auxiliar administrativo/a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En el BOIB núm. 123 de 19 se septiembre de 2024 se publicó la lista de personas que han superado el concurso-oposición del proceso de estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Calvià de auxiliar administrativo/a de Administración General, en la que las personas aspirantes que se relacionan han quedado en los seis primeros puestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Requerir a las personas nombradas funcionarias de carrera para que tomen posesión de las plazas el día 24 de septiembre de 2024 a las 14,20 horas en los jardines exteriores del edificio consistorial del Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Dar traslado de esta resolución a las personas interesadas y al Servicio de Recursos Humanos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado (arts. 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/ 2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas). También pueden interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo (artículos 8.1. 14.1.2ª y 46.1 de la Ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
