El</span> 11 de septiembre de 2021, en el BOIB núm.125, se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable, con o sin almacenamiento, en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos de la economía; y para la incorporación de almacenamiento en instalaciones de autoconsumo, con fuentes de energía renovable, ya existentes en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo mediante la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 6 de septiembre de 2021, modificada por la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 19 de octubre de 2022 (BOIB núm.137, de 22 de octubre de 2022).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 18 de abril de 2024 se emitió la Propuesta de resolución provisional del director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático por la cual se conceden las subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable, con o sin almacenamiento, en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos de la economía; y para la incorporación de almacenamiento en instalaciones de autoconsumo, con fuentes de energía renovable, ya existentes en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo (Programas 1,2 y 3) (BOIB nº. 54, de 23 de abril de 2024).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error en el anexo de la Propuesta mencionada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición. Así mismo, la rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actas que han sido notificados o publicados.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
