&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Los códigos asignados por la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones corresponden a un mismo texto de convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Pueden acceder a las ayudas que les corresponda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Para la L1, las personas físicas o jurídicas o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que tenga el domicilio fiscal y un establecimiento operativo en Menorca de naturaleza productiva (fabricante, productor o artesano), el cual, bajo la figura de micro, pequeña o mediana empresa, conste de alta del impuesto de actividades económicas en las divisiones 0 (siempre que la explotación esté dada de alta en el Registro insular de explotaciones agrarias en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, como actividad complementaria de venta directa y de transformación, si es el caso), 1, 2, 3 o 4 de la sección primera o la agrupación 86 de la sección segunda del Real decreto legislativo 1175/1990, de 28 de septiembre, por el cual se aprueban las tarifas y la instrucción del impuesto sobre actividades económicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) Para la L2, las asociaciones empresariales con un ámbito de actuación circunscrito, totalmente y en exclusiva, en la isla de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c) Para la L3, las cooperativas agrarias o las cooperativas de consumidores y usuarios que consten inscritos en el Registro de cooperativas de las Illes Balears en el momento de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Para la L4, las personas físicas o jurídicas o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que tenga el domicilio fiscal y un establecimiento comercial ubicado en cualquier término municipal de Menorca (excepto urbanizaciones y polígonos industriales), el cual, bajo la figura de comercio al por menor, conste de alta en el impuesto de actividades económicas (IAE) en alguno de los epígrafes relacionados en el anexo I (extraído de las agrupaciones 64 y 65 de la primera sección del Real decreto legislativo 1175/1990, de 28 de septiembre, por el cual se aprueban las tarifas y la instrucción del IAE). Solo será subvencionable un establecimiento comercial por empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El objeto de estas ayudas, mayoritariamente de minimis, es promocionar los productos agroalimentarios autóctonos, estimular al pequeño comercio local y las cooperativas agrarias y de consumo, apoyar al sector industrial y avivar la artesanía de la isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La convocatoria se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;regirá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; las bases reguladoras aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión de carácter ordinario de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;26&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;agosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 1.500.000 € (un millón quinientos mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Para las líneas L1 y L4, en caso de que un establecimiento tenga más de un titular, solo se podrá llevar a cabo una única solicitud por establecimiento; también se tiene que presentar una única solicitud por beneficiario en el supuesto de que este sea titular de más de un establecimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Exceptuando la línea dedicada a entidades sin ánimo de lucre (L2), las líneas restantes (L1, L3 y L4) contienen ayudas con la consideración de minimis según la normativa europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
