&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad de 26 de octubre de 2023, publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears del día 28 de octubre de 2023, se recogió en el anexo 2 el Tribunal Calificador de las pruebas para la obtención del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de la cualificación inicial de los conductores de determinados vehículos destinados al transporte por carretera que se realizarán en 2024 en la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se han producido cambios de personal en la Dirección General de Movilidad a raíz de procedimientos de selección y provisión para la cobertura de plazas de personal funcionario en la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y que, concretamente, afectan a la composición del Tribunal arriba mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En consecuencia, se considera adecuado, por motivos organizativos y funcionales, modificar la composición del Tribunal Calificador de las pruebas para la obtención del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de la cualificación inicial de los conductores de determinados vehículos prevista en el anexo 2 de la Resolución de la consejera de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad de 26 de octubre de 2023; y , al mismo tiempo, designar a los miembros suplentes de la presidencia y de la secretaría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Real Decreto 284/2021, de 20 de abril, por el que se regula la cualificación inicial y la formación continua de los conductores de determinados vehículos destinados al transporte por carretera y por el que se modifica el Reglamento de la Ley de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres, aprobado por el Real Decreto 1211/1990, de 28 de septiembre (BOE n.º 98, de 24 de abril de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Ley 13/1998, de 23 de diciembre, de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares de Menorca y de Ibiza y Formentera en materia de transporte por carretera (BOE n.º 166, de 31 de diciembre de 1998).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB ext. n.º 94, de 10 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo 2 de la Resolución de la consejera de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad de 26 de octubre de 2023 por la que se convocan las pruebas para la obtención del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de la cualificación inicial de los conductores de determinados vehículos destinados al transporte por carretera que se realizarán durante el año 2024 en la isla de Mallorca (BOIB n.º147, de 28 de octubre de 2023), que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se podrá interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
