    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;núm. 114, de 31 de agosto de 2024, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la que se autoriza la apertura y funcionamiento del centro de educación infantil privado CEI Kaia con 4 unidades de educación infantil de primer ciclo (0-3 años)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se ha observado un error en la publicación en lo que se refiere a la configuración del centro, concretamente en el punto 2 de la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Según el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o disposición; la rectificación de errores debe especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan, y debe notificarse o publicarse preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho, o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se ha comprobado que hubo un error de transcripción en el punto 2 de la Resolución, a la hora de consignar la denominación genérica y la titularidad del centro privado de educación infantil de primer ciclo CEI Kaia, y es necesario corregirlas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Corregir los errores advertidos, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el punto 2 de la resolución &lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Determinar que, como consecuencia de esta autorización, el centro queda configurado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
