    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 270, de día 12 de septiembre de 2024, adoptó el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Asunto: modificación de la actual composición de la Junta de Govern a raíz de la toma de posesión de un regidor del PSM MxM&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 200, de día 22 de julio de 2024, aprobó, entre otras cosas, el nombramiento de los miembros de la Junta de Govern Local, a raíz de la moción de censura del pasado 19 de julio de 2024;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dada la toma de posesión del regidor señor Miquel Ametller Gomila, en el Ple extraordinario de día 5 de septiembre de 2024, en sustitución, por renuncia, de la señora Estefanía Moll Cardona, se hace necesario hacer un cambio en la composición de la Junta de Govern;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto el escrito de la portavoz del Grupo Municipal del PSM Més por Menorca (PSM MxM), la señora Maria Jesús Bagur Benejam, con registro de entrada telemático 018325, de día 9 de septiembre de 2024;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local y, en concreto, los artículos 41 y 52 del ROF;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar la actual composición de la Junta de Govern y nombrar al señor Miquel Ametller Gomila, en sustitución del señor Pepe Capella Pons.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Determinar, en consecuencia, que la Junta de Govern Local, presidida por el alcalde, quedará integrada por los siguientes regidores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sr. LLORENÇ FERRER MONJO (PSOE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sra. ESTHER MASCARÓ PUNTÍ (PSOE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sra. ALEXANDRA MOLL TALTAVULL (PSOE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
