&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; OFERTA DE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCUPACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; PÚBLICA 202&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. Visto que en virtud del artículo 20.Tres.4 de la Ley 31/2022, de 23 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2023 “&lt;em&gt;No computar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;á&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;para la tasa de reposición y, por tanto, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;no &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;se tendrán en cuenta para su cálculo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;: (...) f) L&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;as plazas necesarias para la puesta en marcha y funcionamiento &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;uevos servicios &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;que &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;su establecimiento venga impuesto en virtud de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;una norma estatal, auton&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;mica o local&lt;/em&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. Vistos los informes técnico y jurídico del técnico informático municipal y del TAG de Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. Vista la negociación previa de la Oferta de Ocupación Pública para el ejercicio 2024 con los representantes sindicales del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí en la Mesa de Negociación de fecha 2 de julio de 2024, en la cual se acordó su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;4.Visto el informe favorable de fiscalización emitido por la Interventora de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- Ley 22/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales del Estado para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- Artículos 37.1 y 70 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- Artículo 21.1 g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;En virtud de la competencia de esta Junta de Gobierno Local, conferida&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;r delegació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&amp;nbsp;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;alcaldía mediante la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; núm. 2023/1697 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fecha &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;03 d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;octubre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 137 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;fecha &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; 07 d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;octubre de 2023), s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;e acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar la Oferta de Ocupación Pública para el año 2024 con el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
