<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.El artículo 82 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en el cual se regula la ocupación de puestos de trabajo en comisión de servicios.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La Instrucción 1/2021, del presidente del IMAS, de 29 de enero, de establecimiento de los criterios generales para la ocupación temporal de puestos de trabajo del IMAS por medio de comisiones de servicio.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por ello, y al amparo de la competencia que me atribuye el artículo 7.17 de los Estatutos del Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de Mallorca de día 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019).</span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Funciones del puesto de trabajo:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Dirigir, coordinar y supervisar los puestos de trabajo del Servicio.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Mantener actualizada la normativa que afecte a la materia propia del servicio.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Llevar a cabo las actuaciones de prevención y vigilancia de la salud en los aspectos asistenciales, preventivos, periciales y gestores.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Coordinar las distintas ramas profesionales de la prevención de riesgos laborales.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) Redactar las propuestas de resolución en los expedientes de cambio o adaptación de puestos de trabajo por motivos de salud.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f) Colaborar con la inspección médica del Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social y del Ib-Salut, con la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social y con otras autoridades laborales.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">g) Llevar a cabo las funciones establecidas en el artículo 37 del Real Decreto 39/1997, de 17 de enero, correspondientes al nivel superior (seguridad en el trabajo, higiene industrial y ergonomía y psicología aplicada).</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">h) Cualquier otra que le sea encomendada por el superior jerárquico de entre los que corresponde a la escala, subescala, clase, especialidad o categoría de adscripción.</span></span></p>

<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. REQUISITOS DE LOS ASPIRANTES</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A esta convocatoria se puede presentar el personal funcionario de carrera del IMAS, del Consejo de Mallorca, de otras administraciones locales y administraciones autonómicas que reúna los requisitos exigidos referentes a grupo, Escala, Subescala, clase, especialidad, conocimientos de lengua catalana y otros requisitos del puesto de trabajo, especificados en la convocatoria.</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. EL PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) El plazo para presentar solicitudes empieza el día siguiente a la publicación del anuncio de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) y finaliza en el plazo de siete días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado el anuncio de la convocatoria en el BOIB.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Las solicitudes se ajustarán al modelo que se recoge en el anexo de esta convocatoria.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) La solicitud se tiene que presentar telemáticamente de acuerdo con lo que establece la disposición adicional primera de la Ordenanza por la cual se regula la Administración electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y sus organismos dependientes, aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de febrero de 2013 (BOIB n.º 69, de 16 de mayo), modificada por Acuerdo de día 9 de junio de 2022 (BOIB n.º 122, de 17 de septiembre de 2022).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A través de la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca y siguiendo la tramitación electrónica del procedimiento de comisión de servicios; accediendo a través de la Sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca, Ciudadanía, tipos de actuaciones, Recursos Humanos, Comisión de Servicios CS 165/2024, Solicitud de participación en la comisión de servicios, trámite electrónico, o directamente en el siguiente enlace https://imas.secimallorca.net/carpetaciudadana/tramite.aspx?idtramite=13419 ; y se acompañará el Curriculum-vitae y la documentación acreditativa del cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos, mediante los documentos originales o fotocopia compulsada. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) No se tomarán en consideración las solicitudes de los aspirantes que no reúnan los requisitos exigidos para acceder al puesto de trabajo solicitado.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) La fecha de referencia para el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos alegados por los aspirantes será el día que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. FORMA DE ACREDITAR</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Acreditación de requisito: A la solicitud se acompañarán originales o fotocopias compulsadas de los documentos acreditativos de la titulación o titulaciones y los demás requisitos que se exigen en las bases de la convocatoria.</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. DURACIÓN</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La duración inicial de esta comisión es de doce meses, prorrogable a instancia del órgano correspondiente.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las publicaciones sucesivas a la de la convocatoria en el BOIB se harán en el «Tablón de anuncios» de la Sede electrónica.
