&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, por medio del presente edicto se publican las bases referidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, para la adquisición de libros de texto y/o material escolar sustitutivo, para el curso 2024/2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- FINALIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La finalidad de estas bases es otorgar ayudas económicas a las familias del municipio de Alcudia, para la adquisición de libros de texto y/o de material escolar sustitutivo de carácter obligatorio para el alumnado, para el curso 2024 -2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.-OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria pública es sentar las bases de las subvenciones para la concesión de ayudas a las familias de Alcudia, con hijos de hasta 18 años que cursen enseñanza obligatoria (Educación Primaria y Educación Secundaria), en centros de Alcudia. Estas ayudas son para hacer frente a la adquisición de libros de texto y/o material escolar sustitutivo para el curso 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se entiende por material escolar sustitutivo el conjunto formado por todos aquellos documentos, fotocopias y/u otros materiales que sustituyen a los libros de texto, siempre que éste sea el método que utiliza de forma unánime el centro escolar donde cursa los estudios el alumnado. Los libros de texto en formato digital, así como los dispositivos electrónicos para acceder a los mismos, tendrán también la consideración de material escolar sustitutivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, con esta convocatoria se pretende fomentar y facilitar la reutilización de los libros de texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.-DESTINATARIOS DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podrán solicitar las ayudas o becas el padre, la madre o tutor/a legal del alumno/a, en representación de éste/a, siempre que el niño esté matriculado en cualquier curso de educación primaria o secundaria obligatoria, en los centros públicos y concertados del municipio de Alcúdia, durante el curso escolar 2024/2025 y que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas solicitantes deben estar empadronadas en el municipio de Alcudia, con una antigüedad mínima de tres meses anteriores a la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El alumnado debe estar matriculado en centros escolares ubicados en el municipio de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas solicitantes deben comprometerse a reutilizar los libros de texto por los que sean becados. Si el centro escolar en el que están matriculados los alumnos, o la APIMA, cuenta con programa de reutilización de libros de texto, se depositarán en el mismo centro al finalizar el curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No haber solicitado y/o recibido ninguna subvención del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia para la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Seguridad Social, el Estado y el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia y no hallarse sometida a ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones públicas o procedimiento sancionador incoado por este motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No encontrarse sometida dentro de ninguna causa de prohibición contemplada en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.-NATURALEZA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las subvenciones de esta convocatoria serán de carácter voluntario, excepcional y anulables. Son revocables y reintegrables en cualquier momento por las causas previstas en la Ley o en estas bases. No generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no pueden alegarse como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.-DOTACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La subvención objeto de estas bases figuran dentro del objetivo estratégico tercero, &amp;quot;Ayudar a las familias a cubrir los gastos de material escolar y libros de texto&amp;quot;, del Plan estratégico de Subvenciones para el trienio 2023-2025 (BOIB núm. 19, de 11 de febrero de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El importe de esta convocatoria es de 30.000,00 euros, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria EN 326 481001, &amp;quot;BECAS LIBROS DE TEXTO&amp;quot;, del Presupuesto General del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia para el ejercicio 2024, aprobado definitivamente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión extraordinaria urgente día 11 de julio de 2024 (BOIB núm. 92, de 13 de julio de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.-SOLICITUDES Y DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas (tutor/a legal del alumno/a, en representación de éste) en solicitar una ayuda, que cumplan los requisitos que determinan estas bases o estén en condiciones de cumplirlas en el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, deben presentarlo preferentemente utilizando el trámite habilitado al efecto en la sede electrónic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;a, (https://alcudia.eadministracio.cat/catalog/t/89ae8b5e-5690-4625-bc7e-ecb7710ba675)&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;, o en cualquiera de los registros que se relacionan en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015 y aportar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Solicitud utilizando e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;l trámite habilitado al efecto&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt; en la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento, que contendrá la declaración responsable de no encontrarse incurso en las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiario/a señalados en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; Declaración responsable de no haber recibido ninguna otra ayuda por el mismo concepto y estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y fiscales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Declaración de la Renta del ejercicio 2023 del padre y la madre del alumno/a, o de sus representantes legales, y personas que conformen la unidad familiar (ver Base 8a). En caso de familias monoparentales, justificante de que la patria potestad recae en un solo progenitor. En caso de no estar obligado a presentar la declaración de la renta, deberá aportarse el certificado correspondiente. En ambos casos podrá otorgar autorización para consultar los datos económicos a la Agencia Tributaria correspondientes al nivel de renta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Fotocopia del Libro de Familia o certificado de nacimiento en el que pueda identificarse al menor y a sus progenitores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Factura/s justificativas de haber abonado el precio de los libros de texto o del material escolar sustitutivo. Éstas deberán estar pagadas, debidamente justificadas (sello/firma del vendedor, justificante bancario…) y &lt;strong&gt;deben contener los datos del emisor, del receptor y el número de factura&lt;/strong&gt;. Deben hacer referencia a los libros de texto o material escolar substitutivo del curso 2024-25.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de hijos con discapacidades, fotocopia del documento oficial acreditativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de separación de los padres, sentencia judicial y régimen de manutención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el caso de que la escuela esté adherida al programa de reutilización de libros, compromiso de que el alumno/a beneficiario/a, al finalizar el curso, depositará los libros en el centro escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los datos relativos a la matrícula en un centro educativo de Alcudia sólo tendrán que aportarse en caso de que los interesados se opongan a que el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia realice esta consulta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los datos de empadronamiento y convivencia en el mismo domicilio sólo deberán aportarse en caso de que los interesados ​​se opongan a que el Ayuntamiento de Alcudia realice esta consulta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los datos relativos a la acreditación de encontrarse al corriente de pago con las Administraciones Públicas sólo deberán aportarse en caso de que los interesados ​​se opongan a que el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia realice esta consulta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El ayuntamiento solicitará a los centros escolares municipales un certificado que acredite que los alumnos utilizan material escolar lectivo sustitutorio de los libros de texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud implicará la autorización al Ayuntamiento de Alcudia para que, en nombre del solicitante, realice las gestiones y comprobaciones pertinentes para la tramitación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el caso de que la solicitud sea presentada en un punto de registro de los establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, ésta deberá contener la misma información, declaraciones responsables y documentos adjuntos que se predeterminan en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; trámite habilitado al efecto.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.-PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de &lt;strong&gt;15 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.-DETERMINACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD FAMILIAR O DE CONVIVENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A efectos de esta convocatoria, se considera que conforman la unidad familiar o de convivencia todas las personas que residan en un mismo domicilio y que estén unidas entre sí por vínculo matrimonial o como pareja de hecho en los términos del artículo 221.2 del Texto Refundido de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social, o por vínculo hasta el segundo grado de consanguinidad, afinidad, adopción, y otras personas con las que conviva en virtud de guarda con fines de adopción o acogimiento familiar permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En ningún caso una misma persona podrá formar parte de dos o más unidades de convivencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La separación o divorcio se acreditará de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la separación de hecho, deberá presentarse un documento justificante de interposición de demanda, u otros documentos que avalen esta situación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si la separación es legal o divorcio, deberá presentarse la sentencia judicial o el convenio regulador donde conste la custodia del menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A efectos de cálculo de renta per cápita, computarán por dos los padres y/o hijos de la unidad familiar con una discapacidad igual o superior al 33 por ciento, situación que deberá acreditarse fehacientemente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- RENTA POR CAPITA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La renta familiar o de convivencia será el resultado de sumar las rentas de todos los miembros de la unidad familiar o de convivencia computables que hayan generado ingresos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se calculará realizando la suma de las casillas correspondientes a los siguientes conceptos de la declaración de la renta de 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Rendimientos del trabajo (total ingresos íntegros computables) +&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Rendimientos del capital mobiliario (total ingresos íntegros) +&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Rendimientos de capital inmobiliario (ingresos íntegros computables) +&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Rendimientos de actividades económicas (total ingresos computables) +&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Ganancias patrimoniales de la declaración de la renta de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.-CUANTÍA Y NÚMERO DE AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La cuantía por otorgar será el total de la partida, 30.000,00€, dividido entre el número de ayudas aprobadas por la comisión de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las ayudas no excederán en ningún caso del 80% del coste de los libros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El número de ayudas se establecerá de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración que se establecen en la base 11 de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.-CRITERIOS DE VALORACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para calcular los ingresos máximos de las unidades familiares o de convivencia utilizaremos como referencia el Indicador Público de Renta de Efectos Múltiples (IPREM). Este índice, utilizado como referencia para la concesión de ayudas, subvenciones, etc., se publica anualmente en la Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado. El último IPREM oficial en vigor es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.-COMISIÓN DE VALORACIÓN Y OTORGAMIENTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración estará formada por un técnico y un auxiliar administrativo del Área de Cultura, Educación y Fiestas, o personas en quien deleguen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La técnica de Cultura y Educación o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Secretario/a: Auxiliar administrativo del Área de Cultura, Educación y Fiestas (con voz, pero sin voto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las funciones de la citada comisión serán las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Evaluar y baremar cada una de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Admitir o excluir las solicitudes que corresponda, en relación con los criterios que se enmarcan en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En cuanto al proceso administrativo de concesión de las ayudas, la Comisión Evaluadora atenderá los siguientes períodos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez examinadas todas las solicitudes, esta Comisión emitirá informe con la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos y los motivos de exclusión, que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución por parte de la concejala delegada de Educación, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración y requisitos establecidos en estas bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta lista provisional se expondrá en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;tablón de anuncios (https://alcudia.eadministracio.cat/board)&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt; del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el plazo de 10 días hábiles contados a partir del siguiente a la exposición de la lista provisional, los solicitantes podrán presentar las oportunas reclamaciones acompañadas de la documentación que estimen conveniente. Esta documentación deberá presentarse en el registro general del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, en horario de atención al público, o en cualquiera de los registros que se relacionan en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.- OBLIGACIONES DE LAS PERSONAS BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que pueda llevar a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia o cualquiera de los órganos de control financiero competentes y colaborar y facilitar toda la documentación que se les requiera en el ejercicio de estas funciones de control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona beneficiaria deberá comunicar al Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entes públicos o privados, nacionales o internacionales. Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión de la subvención y, en cualquier caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.-RESOLUCIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez la Comisión Evaluadora haya analizado la documentación para subsanar las deficiencias y a la vista de las alegaciones presentadas, en el plazo de 3 días hábiles, elaborará un informe que debe servir de base para elaborar la resolución definitiva de concesión o denegación de las ayudas. Éste expresará la lista de personas beneficiarias y la cantidad de la ayuda otorgada, así como las solicitudes excluidas con indicación de la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La alcaldesa/concejal delegada, a la vista del informe, aprobará la resolución de la convocatoria, que será expuesta en los lugares de información señalados en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15.-PAGO DE LAS BECAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El pago de la beca se realizará mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta indicada por la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.-COMPATIBILIDAD DE LAS BECAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las becas concedidas en virtud de esta convocatoria no son compatibles con cualquier otra ayuda que pudiera percibirse por la misma finalidad de otras entidades públicas. A tal efecto, los solicitantes tendrán que firmar una declaración jurada que forma parte de la solicitud. En caso de que el beneficiario hubiera recibido una subvención por el mismo concepto y período de tiempo, deberá proceder al reintegro de la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17.-RÉGIMEN DE RECURSOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución se podrá interponer recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes desde su publicación o recurso contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;]]</env:contingut>
