    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de EMSA SAU, Empresa Municipal de Servicios de Alcúdia SAU, de fecha 22 de diciembre de 2022, se aprobó la Oferta de Ocupación Pública por la Estabilización de la ocupación temporal y esta se publicó al BOIB N.º 169 de 29 de diciembre de 2022, en cumplimiento del que prevé la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en la ocupación pública y en la Ley 22/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Nombramiento de las personas ganadoras de las plazas por concurso.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de EMSA, Empresa Municipal de Servicios de Alcúdia SAU de fecha 18 de julio de 2024, se aprueba publicar el listado de personas ganadoras de las plazas, los procesos selectivos de las cuales han finalizado, en el anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Toma de posesión de la plaza.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.1. La toma de posesión, constituye el último paso obligado para la adquisición de la condición de personal laboral fijo en la plaza adjudicada por concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.2. La toma de posesión se realizará telemáticamente o presencial. Cada persona recibirá por correo electrónico los documentos de toma de posesión. En un periodo no superior a los 5 días hábiles desde la publicación de la adjudicación de la plaza tendrá que firmarlo, para que este sea válido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.3. La toma de posesión se hará efectiva al día siguiente a la firma del documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.4. La no aceptación de la toma de posesión implicará la renuncia en la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
