&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad con lo que regula el artículo 9 i) de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones y los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, el texto completo de la cual se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http: //www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Pueden optar a estas subvenciones los ayuntamientos de los municipios donde radiquen el/los yacimiento/s arqueológico/s objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. No pueden ser beneficiarios de subvención los ayuntamientos en los cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el arte. 8 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la adquisición pública de terrenos donde se localicen yacimientos arqueológicos dentro del ámbito territorial de la isla de Mallorca, con la finalidad de fomentar su puesta en valor dirigida a la conservación, restauración, estudio, investigación, conocimiento, difusión y acceso, mediante visita pública, del yacimiento, y al mismo tiempo contribuir a incrementar la oferta cultural de los municipios de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las adquisiciones de los terrenos donde radiquen los yacimientos se tienen que producir entre el 1 de enero de 2023 y 15 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; lo establecido en las bases reguladoras recogidas en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca (BOIB nº. 21, de 18/02/2017), modificada por acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 04/08/2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Dotación presupuestaria e importe máximo subvencionable.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.El importe total máximo que se destinará a la convocatoria es de seiscientos mil euros (600.000,00€).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Las subvenciones que se otorguen en el marco de esta convocatoria no podrán superar los siguientes porcentajes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En todo caso, el importe máximo podrá obtener el beneficiario de la subvención no podrá superar los 100.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Solicitud, documentación y plazo&lt;/span&gt; de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Las solicitudes se formalizan mediante la instancia que figura como anexo I que, junto con los otros anexos, se puede descargar desde el siguiente enlace: https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/ca/la-seu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Junto con la solicitud, también se tendrá que aportar la documentación que se detalla en el punto 6.2 de la convocatoria, (6.2 A) Documentación administrativa general y 6.2 B) Documentación específica).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de que el Consejo Insular de Mallorca no disponga de los datos bancarios del solicitante o estas se hayan modificado tiene que realizar el trámite electrónico accediendo al enlace siguiente:&amp;nbsp; (https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/es/ficha?key=72772).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.-El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes y toda la documentación empieza a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares por conducto de la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS). Este plazo finaliza una vez transcurridos VEINTE días hábiles desde la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB mediante la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las instancias se tienen que presentar a través del Registro electrónico del Consejo de Mallorca: https://cim.sedipualba.es/segex/tramite.aspx?idtramite=12082, o mediante el establecido en los artículos 14 y 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE nº. 236, de 02/10/2015).&amp;nbsp; En caso de presentación en las oficinas señaladas en el artículo 16, se tiene que comunicar esta circunstancia en el órgano concedente, dentro del mismo día, mediante correo electrónico dirigido al servicio de Patrimonio Histórico del Departamento de Cultura y Patrimonio: patrimoni@conselldemallorca.net.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Otros datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El texto completo de la convocatoria, así como, los anexos pueden descargarse desde la Sede Electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca (&lt;/span&gt;https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/ca/la-seu&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para la concesión de las subvenciones se aplica el régimen de concurrencia competitiva de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos en el punto 10 de la convocatoria, por lo tanto, se concederán las subvenciones según el orden de puntuación obtenido hasta agotar el crédito.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El pago se efectuará de oficio una vez concedida la subvención mediante anticipo&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[adelanto|anticipo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; del 100% del importe de las subvenciones concedidas sin la obligación de presentar aval, de conformidad con el artículo 37.2 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, visto el interés público de las subvenciones con la exigencia de las garantías que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo de presentación de la cuenta justificativa será como fecha máxima el día 15 de diciembre de 2025, si bien las facturas presentadas tienen que estar emitidas y pagadas entre el 1 de enero de 2023 y 15 de octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
