&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Por Resolución de 21 de junio de 2024 (BOIB n.º 86, de 29 de junio) se publicaron la convocatoria y las bases del procedimiento para proveer lugares de trabajo de personal funcionario de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares por el procedimiento de libre designación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Mediante Resolución de 11 de julio de 2024 (BOIB n.º 91, de 11 de julio) se rectificaron los errores detectados en el anexo 1 y en el anexo 2 de la Resolución mencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. El día 22 de julio de 2024 finalizó el plazo previsto en la convocatoria para presentar las solicitudes para participar en el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. En fecha 26 de julio de 2024 se publicó en la página web http://ebap.caib.es la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, de la misma fecha, por la que se aprueban las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con indicación de las causas de exclusión, de este procedimiento de provisión de puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Mediante Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, de 16 de agosto de 2024, publicada en la misma fecha, se aprobaron las listas de las listas definitivas de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con indicación de las causas de la exclusión, del concurso de referencia, a la vez que dió por desistidas a las personas interesadas que no subsanaron o aportaron los correspondientes documentos preceptivos, dentro del plazo establecido por la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. En fechas 22 y 23 de agosto de 2024 presentaron escrito de renuncia para participar en el procedimiento de provisión de puestos de trabajo, la sra. Esperança Coll Bestard y la sra. Maria Lourdes Calafat Nadal, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. De acuerdo con la base 7 del Anexo 1 de la convocatoria, los órganos responsables/titulares de las consellerías/órganos autónomos donde figuran adscritos los puestos de trabajo objeto de convocatoria, han formulado las propuestas de adjudicación, de entre las personas más idóneas para desarrollar las funciones específicas de estos puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Por otro lado, han quedado desiertos los siguientes puestos de trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprobar el nombramiento de los funcionarios que han obtenido, por el sistema de libre designación, los puestos de trabajo objeto del &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;procedimiento de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;provisión &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;indicado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;, de conformidad con las propuestas de adjudicación de las conse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;j&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;erías &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;y Organismos Autónomos donde están adscritos estos puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El plazo para tomar posesión del nuevo destino obtenido es de tres días hábiles si el destino radica en la misma localidad a la cual ya estaba destinado, o de un mes si el nuevo destino se ubica en una localidad diferente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En los casos en que la persona adjudicataria lo pida y, además, lo justifique debidamente, la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas puede conceder una prórroga del plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Sin embargo, en el caso de las personas que están en situación de excedencia voluntaria especial prevista en el artículo 29 de la Ley 12/2023, de 29 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para el año 2024, el plazo para tomar posesión se entiende aplazado hasta que acabe el periodo de la excedencia. El personal funcionario que está en alguna situación que implica el derecho a la reserva del puesto de trabajo de acuerdo con el artículo 23.2 del Real Decreto 365/1995, de 10 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de situaciones administrativas de los funcionarios civiles de la Administración General del Estado, permanecerá en la situación que corresponda, con reserva del lugar obtenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. La consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas puede decidir excepcionalmente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) Aplazar la fecha del cese del funcionario o funcionaria durante un plazo máximo de un mes, completada la prórroga que prevé el apartado anterior, por exigencias del funcionamiento normal de los servicios. En este caso, si el funcionario o funcionaria lo solicita, se le tienen que respetar las retribuciones del nuevo puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) Prorrogar, por un plazo de hasta veinte días hábiles, la incorporación del funcionario o funcionaria al nuevo destino si implica cambio de localidad y se alegan razones justificadas de la prórroga solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. En todo caso, el cómputo de los plazos para tomar posesión se tienen que iniciar cuando acaben los permisos o las licencias que se hayan podido conceder a las personas interesadas, salvo que por causas justificadas el órgano competente decida suspenderlos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. Las personas funcionarias a las que se adjudique la titularidad de un puesto de trabajo en esta convocatoria tendran la obligación de permanecer en el puesto de trabajo adjudicado un mínimo de dos años antes de participar en otro procedimiento de provisión ordinario, sin perjuicio que se apliquen las excepciones que prevé el apartado 4 del citado mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A estos efectos, las personas a las que se adjudique un puesto de trabajo no podrán participar en convocatorias de provisión de puestos de trabajo en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;comisión de servicios durante dos años. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas excluidas pueden interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente que se haya publicado la Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar a partir del día siguiente que se haya publicado esta Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
