    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento Pleno en sesión de día 5 de septiembre de 2024, el Reglamento de régimen interno de los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios Básicos de sa Pobla, de conformidad con los artículos 49 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y 102 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, se somete a información pública por plazo de 30 días &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a contar desde el día siguiente al de publicación del presente anuncio en este &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durante este plazo podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias municipales para que se formulen las alegaciones que se estimen pertinentes. Asimismo, estará a disposición de los interesados en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;[dirección https://sapobla.eadministracio.cat/board/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Constitución establece en su artículo 41 la garantía de un régimen público de seguridad social para toda la ciudadanía, así como la asistencia y prestaciones suficientes para todas y todos los ciudadanos que se encuentren en situación de necesidad. El artículo 16 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears dispone, bajo el título de derechos sociales, que la actuación de las administraciones públicas de las Illes Balears deberá centrarse, primordialmente, y entre otros ámbitos, en el de la asistencia social a las personas que sufran marginación, pobreza o exclusión social. La Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del régimen local, modificada por la Ley 27/2013, de 27 de diciembre, de racionalización y sostenibilidad de la Administración Local, establece en su artículo 25.2. e), que el municipio ejercerá en todo caso como competencias propias, en los términos de la legislación del Estado y de las Comunidades Autónomas, la evaluación e información de situaciones de necesidad social y la atención inmediata a personas en situación riesgo de exclusión social. Igualmente, la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, da competencias en materia de servicios sociales a los ayuntamientos en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de Servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares, actualmente vigente, y el Decreto 48/2011, de 13 de mayo, por el que se regulan los principios generales y las directrices de coordinación de los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos, así como los posteriores decretos de cartera básica; el Decreto 66/2016, de 18 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba la cartera básica de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares 2017-2020 y el Decreto 32/2023, de 26 de mayo, por el que se aprueba la cartera básica de servicios sociales de las islas baleares 2023-2027, se establecen principios generales para las carteras insulares y locales y se modifican diversas normativas del ámbito social, también, la cartera municipal de servicios sociales aprobada inicialmente (BOIB Núm. 48 11 d abril de 2024.- 3281) por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento sa Pobla, constituyen el actual marco normativo que regula los servicios sociales comunitarios del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La aprobación de una norma de carácter reglamentario para regular el funcionamiento de los servicios sociales comunitarios responde a la necesidad de disponer de un marco jurídico adecuado para el ejercicio de las atribuciones del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla en esta materia. La evolución de los servicios sociales en los últimos años, hace necesario adaptar la normativa actual a la realidad que vivimos mediante la aprobación de un texto de régimen interno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 129.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, es necesario regular las competencias, organización y funcionamiento de los servicios sociales comunitarios de sa Pobla previstos en la cartera municipal con el fin de garantizar los derechos sociales y, particularmente, la atención de las necesidades sociales de las personas ciudadanas en el municipio mediante la aprobación de un reglamento. Por tanto, la regulación reglamentaria de esta materia supone una garantía adicional de los derechos de la ciudadanía y se garantizan los principios de necesidad, eficacia y proporcionalidad así como el de seguridad jurídica. El principio de transparencia queda garantizado con la publicación del proyecto reglamentario en la página web del Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por último, en cuanto al principio de eficiencia, este reglamento no impone cargas administrativas teniendo en cuenta que no regula propiamente un procedimiento administrativo que implique actuaciones por parte de las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CAPÍTULO I. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 1. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objeto del reglamento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este Reglamento tiene por objeto regular las competencias, organización y funcionamiento de los servicios sociales comunitarios del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla previstos en la cartera municipal con el fin de garantizar los derechos sociales y, particularmente, la atención de las necesidades sociales de las personas ciudadanas en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 2. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Titulares de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Con carácter general, son titulares de derecho de acceso a los servicios sociales comunitarios a efectos de información, asesoramiento, orientación y derivación en materia de atención social, las personas ciudadanas residentes en sa Pobla incluidas en el artículo 5 de la ley 4 /2009, de 11 de junio, de Servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Podrán acceder a la totalidad de los servicios y de las prestaciones incluidas en la cartera municipal de servicios sociales aquellas personas de sa Pobla, empadronadas con residencia efectiva y que se encuentren en situación de necesidad social previa valoración profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El acceso a los servicios sociales comunitarios es a petición de la persona interesada ya través de los distintos dispositivos habilitados al efecto que se regulan en este reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CAPÍTULO II. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ORGANIZACIÓN Y FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS SOCIALES COMUNITARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 3. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Organización y funcionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos son la puerta de entrada al sistema de servicios sociales municipales y son la garantía de accesibilidad a las personas usuarias y sus ámbitos personal, familiar y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los servicios sociales comunitarios municipales comprenden de acuerdo con el arte. 18 del decreto 48/2011 por el que se regulan los principios generales y las directrices de coordinación de los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos los siguientes niveles de atención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Servicios sociales comunitarios básicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Servicios sociales comunitarios específicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin detrimento de la atribución puntual que pueda desprenderse de acuerdos y delegaciones competenciales con otras administraciones al respecto de los servicios sociales especializados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos y específicos atienden a la población del municipio de sa Pobla en función de unas características y necesidades determinadas reguladas en la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Los espacios municipales de servicios sociales constituyen el equipamiento fundamental para ofrecer servicios sociales comunitarios básicos y específicos, dotados de recursos humanos, materiales y financieros necesarios para el desarrollo de las prestaciones previstas en la cartera municipal de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 3.1. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Servicios sociales comunitarios básicos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos tienen un carácter universal, abierto y polivalente, constituyen el canal normal de acceso al sistema de servicios sociales, garantizando la universalidad del sistema y su proximidad a las personas usuarias y los ámbitos familiar y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos se desarrollan desde el centro, servicios y programas de servicios sociales polivalentes, mediante equipos multidisciplinares integrados por el personal profesional necesario en función de la estructura orgánica y funcional que se establece en este reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos tienen las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Detectar las situaciones de riesgo y necesidad personal, familiar y comunitaria en su ámbito territorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Valorar las situaciones de necesidad y realizar su diagnóstico social, desde una perspectiva interdisciplinar, que se hace a petición de la persona usuaria, de su entorno familiar, de convivencia o social oa petición de otros servicios de la red pública de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Ofrecer información, orientación y asesoramiento a las personas con relación a los derechos y recursos sociales ya las actuaciones sociales a las que pueden tener acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Elaborar un plan de intervención comunitaria que dé respuesta a las necesidades detectadas y evaluarlo periódicamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Cumplir las actuaciones preventivas, el tratamiento social y las intervenciones necesarias en situaciones de necesidad social, y realizar su evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Intervenir en los núcleos familiares o de convivencia en situación de necesidad social, especialmente si existen menores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Proponer y establecer el programa individual de atención a la dependencia y promoción de la autonomía personal, excepto en las situaciones en las que la persona esté ingresada de forma permanente en un centro de la red pública. En estos últimos casos, deben elaborarlo los servicios de trabajo social del centro de la red pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Revisar el programa individual de atención a la dependencia y promoción de la autonomía personal, cuando corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Impulsar proyectos comunitarios y programas transversales, especialmente los que buscan la integración y participación sociales de las personas, las familias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j. Fomentar la participación activa de la ciudadanía mediante estrategias socioeducativas que impulsen la solidaridad y la cooperación social organizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k. Prestar servicios de ayuda a domicilio, teleasistencia y soporte a la unidad familiar o de convivencia, en coordinación con los servicios sanitarios a domicilio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l. Prestar servicios de intervención socioeducativa no residencial para niños y adolescentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m. Orientar el acceso a los servicios sociales especializados, especialmente los de atención diurna, tecnológica y residencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n. Promover medidas de inserción social, laboral y educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o. Gestionar prestaciones de urgencia social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;p. Aplicar protocolos de detección, prevención y atención frente a malos tratos a personas de los colectivos más vulnerables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;q. Gestionar la tramitación de las prestaciones económicas de ámbito municipal y las demás que le sean atribuidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;r. Coordinarse con los servicios sociales especializados, con los equipos profesionales de otros sistemas de bienestar social, con las entidades del mundo asociativo y con las que actúan en el ámbito de los servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 3.2. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Servicios sociales comunitarios específicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los servicios sociales comunitarios específicos centran su intervención en colectivos vulnerables de características homogéneas, facilitándoles la inserción y la normalización social, así como por la tipología de las necesidades que requieren de una especialización técnica y/o de recursos más ajustados .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los servicios sociales comunitarios específicos tienen las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. El desarrollo de programas y actividades para prevenir la exclusión de grupos vulnerables de características homogéneas y facilitarles su inserción y normalización sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. La atención directa a colectivos con déficits de autonomía o en riesgo de exclusión que se encuentren en el ámbito comunitario o en centros de carácter no residencial o residencial temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. La intervención en los núcleos familiares o de convivencia en situación de necesidad social, especialmente si existen menores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Aplicar protocolos de detección, prevención y atención frente a malos tratos a personas de los colectivos más vulnerables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Con carácter general, el régimen jurídico y de funcionamiento de los servicios comunitarios específicos se despliegan y concretan mediante reglamentos específicos por cada tipología de servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;La planificación de los servicios sociales comunitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las actuaciones y la intervención social se enmarca en la correspondiente propuesta de programación que se concreta, por orden de jerarquía, en los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Plan Estratégico de la Concejalía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Planes, programas y proyectos sectoriales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cada documento debe incluir como mínimo los objetivos generales y específicos, los indicadores cuantitativos y cualitativos, la temporalidad y los criterios de evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 5. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ubicación y horario de los servicios sociales comunitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los servicios sociales comunitarios básicos son los referentes de proximidad de la atención social de personas y familias con necesidades sociales y son la puerta de entrada en el sistema público de servicios sociales municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ubicación está en la Calle Cort 4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El horario de atención para información es de lunes a viernes de 8 a 15 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La atención a las necesidades sociales de las personas-familias puede ser realizada desde una vertiente individual/familiar, grupal y comunitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 6.1. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Intervención individual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La intervención individual y familiar se basa en la personalización de la atención, es decir, en la adaptación del proceso de valoración diagnóstica, soporte, seguimiento y evaluación de la situación de cada persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la atención individual y familiar, se establece una relación entre las personas que presentan una situación de necesidad social y las personas profesionales de los servicios sociales comunitarios responsables de su atención. Está basada en la voluntad de la persona de cambiar y mejorar una situación de necesidad mediante el asesoramiento y el soporte profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas que se encuentren en situación de necesidad tienen derecho a una valoración profesional ya un itinerario individual de inserción o plan de trabajo consensuado así como a la asignación de uno o una profesional de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las demandas y consiguientes valoraciones diagnósticas profesionales previas determinarán el tipo de intervención a realizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 6.2. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;La intervención grupal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La atención individual/familiar es compatible con intervenciones y actividades grupales cuya finalidad es complementar objetivos individuales del plan de trabajo bien por el refuerzo de competencias, capacidad y habilidades de la persona o bien por el seguimiento de las mismas actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se pueden realizar actuaciones grupales por cuestiones de eficacia en la atención de demandas individuales de un mismo perfil y necesidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 6.3. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Intervención comunitaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La intervención comunitaria tiene la finalidad de fomentar la búsqueda de soluciones a problemas sociales que existen en un territorio concreto. Esta intervención tiene siempre una finalidad colectiva con una doble vertiente, preventiva y participativa-dinamizadora, en base al trabajo en red desde la participación e implicación del personal técnico de servicios sociales, técnicos o técnicas de otros servicios, vecindad y entidades territoriales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 7. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Profesionales de referencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Todas las personas que sean atendidas por los servicios sociales comunitarios se les asignará uno o una profesional de referencia que tendrá las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Canalizar las distintas prestaciones que la persona o la unidad de convivencia necesita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Velar por la globalidad de las intervenciones y por la coordinación entre el equipo de profesionales de los servicios sociales y los de otras redes de bienestar social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Favorecer la toma de decisiones y agilizarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Custodia y responsabilidad del expediente físico de la persona atendida, así como del cierre del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Velar por la elaboración conjunta del diagnóstico, pronóstico, plan de trabajo y evaluación de todo el equipo de caso, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Prestar información relativa a su expediente, en cualquier momento del proceso de intervención, al usuario, así como a profesionales de servicios de otras administraciones que lo requieran en los casos con intervención conjunta, siempre de acuerdo con la legislación de protección de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las demandas de cambio de profesional se atenderán y valorarán en primera instancia por la persona responsable del servicio. Si la valoración de cambio es positiva, ésta le asignará otro u otra profesional de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los o las profesionales podrán pedir justificadamente a la persona responsable del servicio inhibirse o retirarse de un caso cuando existan causas motivadas como por ejemplo enemistad manifiesta, relaciones de vínculo familiar o personal o circunstancias vitales coincidentes con la persona que impidan la adecuada distancia en la relación de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Los proyectos y actuaciones grupales y comunitarias también deben tener uno o una profesional responsable de los mismos, así como un equipo de proyecto. El o la profesional responsable tiene las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Canalizar las demandas de entidades y/o servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Velar por la globalidad de las intervenciones y por la coordinación entre los profesionales del proyecto y los de otros servicios/entidades implicadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Favorecer la toma de decisiones y agilizarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La custodia y responsabilidad de la carpeta de proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Velar por la elaboración conjunta del proyecto/actuación y la evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Prestar información relativa al desarrollo del proyecto/actuación, en cualquier momento del proceso de intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 8. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Plan o itinerario individual de inserción o incorporación social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La intervención social de proceso, seguimiento y acompañamiento social requerirá un plan o itinerario individual-familiar de inserción o incorporación social que tiene por objeto la individualización y personalización de la atención a partir de la elaboración conjunta entre personal técnico y persona usuaria del diagnóstico, el plan de trabajo y la evaluación de la intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 9. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Valoración profesional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier intervención profesional requiere una valoración profesional previa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 10. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Acceso a la información&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Toda persona puede solicitar el acceso a su expediente de servicios sociales comunitarios de acuerdo con las condiciones y límites que establece la legislación vigente y con la reglamentación interna de la Concejalía prevista a tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 11. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Prestaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las prestaciones del sistema público de servicios sociales pueden ser técnicas, económicas o tecnológicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Concejalía de Derechos y Bienestar sociales tendrá reguladas todas las prestaciones en la cartera municipal de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Concejalía de Derechos y Bienestar sociales dispondrá y aprobará un reglamento específico de prestaciones económicas de urgencia social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 12. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Prestaciones técnicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. De acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, las prestaciones técnicas son los servicios y las intervenciones que llevan a cabo los equipos profesionales que se dirigen a la prevención, diagnóstico, valoración , la protección, la promoción de la autonomía, la atención y la inserción de las personas, las unidades de convivencia y los grupos en situación de necesidad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Se pueden prestar, con carácter temporal o permanente, en el domicilio, en el entorno de la persona usuaria, de forma ambulatoria y en centros. En este último caso, pueden ser de régimen diurno, de régimen nocturno, de régimen residencial u otros, de acuerdo con la normativa específica reguladora de cada servicio concreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La aplicación de cualquier tipo de prestación social debe ir acompañada de la aplicación de prestaciones técnicas adaptadas en cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 13. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Prestaciones económicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 22 de la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, son prestaciones económicas las aportaciones dinerarias que tienen como finalidad atender determinadas situaciones de necesidad en las que se encuentran las personas que no disponen de recursos económicos suficientes para hacerles frente y no están en condiciones de conseguir o recibir otras fuentes y que están reguladas por un reglamento municipal específico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 14. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Prestaciones tecnológicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 22 de la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, son prestaciones tecnológicas las que por medio de un producto atienden a las necesidades sociales de la persona y pueden asociarse con otras prestaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CAPÍTULO IV. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;EL PERSONAL TÉCNICO DE LOS SERVICIOS SOCIALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 15. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Dotación profesional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los servicios sociales deben tener la plantilla adecuada y suficiente con la formación, la titulación, los conocimientos, las capacidades, las aptitudes y la estabilidad laboral para garantizar la eficiencia, la eficacia y la calidad en la prestación de los servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuestión de ratios profesionales, los centros de servicios sociales se ajustarán a la normativa vigente en esta materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los servicios sociales comunitarios municipales contarán con los perfiles profesionales de trabajador o trabajadora social, psicólogo o psicóloga, educador o educadora social, auxiliar administrativo o administrativa y trabajador o trabajadora familiar sin perjuicio de lo que establece la normativa correspondiente en cada momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 16. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Deontología profesional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal técnico de servicios sociales debe cumplir los deberes relativos a la deontología profesional. En los casos de presunto incumplimiento de estos deberes, la dirección resolverá pudiendo evacuar informe previo al Comité de Ética de las Illes Balears regulado por el decreto 62/2010, de 23 de abril, por el que se regula la composición, funciones y las atribuciones del Comité de Ética de los Servicios Sociales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 17. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Derechos de los profesionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los y las profesionales de los servicios sociales tienen, en el ejercicio de sus funciones, además de los reconocidos como personal empleado público en el real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley del estatuto básico del empleado público, y en el resto del ordenamiento jurídico, los siguientes derechos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recibir un trato respetuoso, con corrección y comprensión, tanto por parte de los responsables del servicio y del resto de profesionales como por parte de las personas usuarias de los servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trabajar en red con personas profesionales de los servicios sociales de otros equipos, con el resto de sistemas públicos de protección social, así como con las entidades del tercer sector y las organizaciones de voluntariado social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Participar, de acuerdo con sus conocimientos e información, en la elaboración de instrumentos técnicos, de seguimiento o evaluación, que se elaboren desde los respectivos niveles funcionales y territoriales, e informar de posibles mejoras en el funcionamiento, organización o las instalaciones en las que se efectúa la provisión de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proteger su identidad y datos personales, en su caso, para cumplir con las funciones encomendadas y prestar correctamente el servicio, teniendo en cuenta la normativa aplicable en materia de transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Concejalía de Derechos y Bienestar sociales deberá garantizar un mínimo anual de formación obligatoria y específica dirigido a los y las profesionales de los servicios sociales comunitarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 18. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Deberes de los y de las profesionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los y las profesionales de los servicios sociales tienen, en el ejercicio de sus funciones, además de los reconocidos como personal empleado público en el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley del estatuto básico del empleado público, y en el resto del ordenamiento jurídico, los siguientes deberes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conocer y cumplir la normativa reguladora vigente en el ámbito de servicios sociales, y de forma particular, aquellas normas que afecten a los servicios y programas en los que lleven a cabo su actividad profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poner en conocimiento de la autoridad competente cualquier situación que, según ellos o ellas, y en base a los elementos de valoración de los que disponen, pudiera comportar una vulneración de derechos, en los términos previstos en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facilitar la participación de los usuarios en el diseño de la intervención profesional a realizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hacer un uso responsable de la información relativa a la persona usuaria, siendo respetuosas o respetuosas en la obtención de ésta, justificando su necesidad y solicitando su consentimiento para utilizarla cuando sea necesario para una intervención coordinada y efectiva , en los términos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Garantizar la integridad, confidencialidad y seguridad de las opiniones, criterios y decisiones que los o las usuarias tomen por sí mismos y mismas oa través de su o su representante legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facilitar a las personas usuarias información sobre el proceso de intervención, sus contenidos, necesidad de implicación e itinerario previsto, de forma comprensible y accesible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que sea necesaria la derivación de la persona usuaria a otro u otros servicios, el o la profesional tendrá la obligación de hacerlo de la forma más favorable para ella, procurando la continuidad de la intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CAPÍTULO V. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DERECHOS Y DEBERES DE LAS PERSONAS USUARIAS DE LOS SERVICIOS SOCIALES COMUNITARIOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 19. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Derechos de las personas usuarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 7 de la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, las personas usuarias de los servicios sociales comunitarios gozarán de los siguientes derechos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a acceder al sistema de servicios sociales en condiciones de igualdad sin discriminación por lugar de nacimiento, idioma, etnia, sexo, orientación sexual, estado civil, situación familiar, edad, discapacidad, religión, ideología, opinión o cualquier otra condición personal o social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a recibir información suficiente y verídica, en términos comprensibles, sobre las prestaciones y recursos disponibles y sobre los requisitos necesarios para acceder a los servicios, así como sobre otros recursos de protección social y sobre las competencias de las administraciones públicas en este ámbito. Para hacerlo efectivo, se dispondrá de las ayudas y soportes necesarios para comprender la información que les sea dada si tienen dificultades derivadas del desconocimiento de la lengua, si tienen alguna discapacidad o por otras razones que lo justifiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a recibir la valoración de su situación y, en su caso, la valoración de las necesidades sociales de los familiares o de las personas que lo cuidan, en un lenguaje claro y comprensible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a disponer de un plan individual de inserción social acorde con la valoración de su situación, que deben aplicar técnicamente profesionales mediante procedimientos reconocidos y acreditados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a estar informadas del proceso de intervención social ya participar en la elección de los servicios o prestaciones entre las opciones que les presenten las administraciones, siempre que estos hechos no vayan en contra del normal desarrollo de la atención o perjudiquen a alguna de las partes que intervienen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a recibir información previa con relación a cualquier intervención que les afecte, para que puedan dar consentimiento específico y libre, excepto en situaciones que supongan un riesgo para la integridad de las personas y por requerimiento judicial. El consentimiento será en todo caso por escrito cuando la intervención implique ingreso en un centro residencial. El consentimiento de las personas incapacitadas y de las personas menores de edad se otorga por los padres y madres o tutores y tutoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a renunciar a las prestaciones y servicios concedidos en los términos establecidos por la legislación vigente, salvo que la renuncia afecte a los intereses de las personas menores de edad o de personas incapacitadas o presuntamente incapaces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a la confidencialidad respecto a la información que conozcan los servicios sociales, de acuerdo con la legislación de protección de datos de carácter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho al acceso, en cualquier momento, a su expediente individual, de acuerdo con lo que establece la legislación vigente, y en todo lo que no vulnere el derecho a la intimidad de terceras personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a la asignación de personal profesional de referencia, en los términos reglamentariamente establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a la participación tal y como regula el título IV de la ley 4/2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a recibir servicios de calidad ya conocer los estándares establecidos al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a sugerir ya realizar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a empadronarse siempre que se cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a la continuidad de la prestación de los servicios en las condiciones establecidas o convenidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;p. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Derecho a orientarse hacia otros recursos alternativos que sean necesarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando una persona usuaria de los servicios sociales comunitarios quiera realizar una sugerencia, queja, felicitación o reclamación puede realizarlo directamente a través de la persona responsable de los servicios sociales que facilitará la “Hoja de quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias” o mediante registro municipal. Las quejas y sugerencias que cualquier persona exponga mediante este sistema no tienen la calificación de recurso administrativo y su presentación no supone una interrupción de los plazos establecidos en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 20. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Deberes de las personas usuarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 8 de la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, las personas usuarias de los servicios sociales comunitarios tienen los siguientes deberes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cumplir las normas, requisitos, condiciones y procedimientos establecidos en las prestaciones y servicios; seguir el programa de atención y las orientaciones que se han acordado con el personal profesional competente; y comprometerse a participar activamente en el proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facilitar información verídica sobre las circunstancias personales, familiares y económicas, siempre que su conocimiento sea necesario para valorar y atender su situación, así como comunicar las variaciones que se produzcan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Destinar la prestación económica a la finalidad para la que fue concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acudir a las entrevistas a las que cite el personal profesional de los servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contribuir a la financiación del coste del servicio cuando se tenga capacidad económica y así se establezca de forma normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informar a la mayor brevedad posible sobre cualquier cambio que se produzca en su situación personal, familiar, social y económica, que pueda dar lugar a modificar, suspender o extinguir la prestación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Firmar el contrato asistencial pertinente con la entidad prestamista del servicio cuando así se requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas usuarias de los servicios sociales comunitarios tendrán que mantener en todo momento un comportamiento adecuado y respetuoso con los o las profesionales así como con el resto de personas usuarias con las que coincidan en el centro o en las actividades en las que participan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la apertura de un expediente las personas usuarias firmarán ante el o la profesional de referencia una hoja donde se recojan sus derechos y deberes, así como también serán informados de los derechos y deberes a otras actividades grupales en las que participen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Artículo 21. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Infracciones y sanciones de las personas usuarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además de lo que pueda prever la normativa vigente se establecen tres niveles de infracciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Son infracciones leves de las personas usuarias o beneficiarias de prestaciones, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. No facilitar información sobre los cambios en la situación personal, familiar, económica y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. No cumplir con los acuerdos relacionados con el servicio o prestación concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. La falta de respeto al personal, a otros usuarios o visitantes del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Incumplir los preceptos del presente reglamento de régimen interno cuyo incumplimiento no esté tipificado como falta grave o muy grave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Son infracciones graves de las personas usuarias o beneficiarias de prestaciones, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Falsear datos en la administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. No comunicar a los profesionales los cambios o alteraciones de las circunstancias o requisitos que determinaron la concesión del recurso/prestación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Producir daños en las instalaciones del centro, otras dependencias municipales o locales donde se lleve a cabo la intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. No destinar la prestación a la finalidad para la que se haya concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. No cumplir de forma reiterada y continua los acuerdos relacionados con el servicio, prestación o recurso concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Se considerará infracción muy grave la agresión física o psicológica al personal que preste el servicio, así como las amenazas que supongan un riesgo para la integridad de los profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El profesional que tenga conocimiento de una acción/omisión de las descritas anteriormente será el que inste al inicio del procedimiento sancionador de acuerdo con lo que se detalla a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establecen tres niveles de&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;sanciones o medidas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Para las infracciones leves se advertirá verbalmente a la persona usuaria, que será convocada a una entrevista con el personal que la haya atendido y con un coordinador o persona responsable de la Concejalía. Se dejará constancia en el expediente/carpeta de proyecto de los hechos mediante la diligencia de “Hacer constar”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las infracciones graves supondrán el cierre temporal de entre dos a seis meses del expediente. Ahora bien, cuando en el expediente haya intervenciones dirigidas a menores con procesos positivos, como becas de inserción en riesgo y recursos para la integración educativa, laboral y social de los menores, sólo se cerrarán las referidas a los adultos con la intención de preservar dichos procesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las infracciones muy graves supondrán la extinción de la prestación por un período mínimo de 6 meses y un período máximo de 12 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con independencia de las sanciones que se impongan, se derivará la correspondiente exigencia de responsabilidad civil de los daños y perjuicios causantes, de modo que la persona infractora tendrá la obligación de asumir la indemnización que corresponda para la efectiva reparación de los daños ocasionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la infracción cometida ha determinado el cobro indebido de prestaciones, deberá tramitarse el correspondiente procedimiento de reintegro de las cuantías indebidamente percibidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de infracciones graves y muy graves, el procedimiento será crear un órgano instructor será una comisión integrada por el o la profesional afectada, el o la responsable del servicio, y el o la responsable político de la Concejalía de Derechos y bienestar sociales . Esta comisión elaborará un acta en relación con los hechos determinantes de la posible infracción, la tipificación y la sanción, que deberá adjuntarse por la resolución del procedimiento sancionador y ser guardada en el expediente correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposición final única .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entrada en vigor:&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este reglamento no entrará en vigor hasta que no se haya publicado íntegramente en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y hasta que no hayan transcurrido quince días desde la recepción de la norma por las administraciones autonómica y estatal. »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
