font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo</strong>.- Establecer el siguiente sistema de funcionamiento de la bolsa:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.- Cuando se dé alguno de los supuestos previstos en la normativa para el nombramiento de un funcionario interino, se deberá ofrecer el puesto a aquellas personas de la bolsa que estén en la situación de disponible, de acuerdo con el orden de prelación, siempre que cumplan los requisitos que exige la relación de puestos de trabajo para ocuparlo. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.- Se debe comunicar a la persona aspirante a que corresponda, el lugar y el plazo en el cual se debe presentar. La persona interesada debe manifestar su conformidad en el plazo de un día hábil, y su disposición a incorporarse en el plazo indicado por el servicio de personal del Ayuntamiento. Este plazo debe ser, como mínimo, de tres días hábiles y, como máximo, de diez días hábiles.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.- Si la persona interesada no manifiesta su conformidad con la propuesta de nombramiento en el plazo de un día hábil y su disposición a incorporarse en el plazo indicado por el servicio de personal del Ayuntamiento, se entiende que renuncia a ocupar el puesto de trabajo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.- A las personas aspirantes que renuncien de forma expresa o tácita, se les debe de excluir de la bolsa de trabajo, a no ser que aleguen, en el plazo establecido para manifestar su conformidad, la concurrencia de alguna de las circunstancias siguientes, que deben justificar documentalmente en los tres días siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a.- Estar en un período de embarazo, de maternidad o paternidad, adopción o acogimiento permanente o preadoptivo, debiendo incluir el período en que sea procedente la concesión de excedencia para cuidado de hijos e hijas.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b.- Prestar servicio como funcionario en otro municipio.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c.- Padecer enfermedad o incapacidad temporal.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.- En relación a la reincorporación a la bolsa, las personas interesadas están obligadas a comunicar por escrito al Ayuntamiento la finalización de las situaciones anteriores, en un plazo no superior a diez días hábiles desde que se produzca, con la justificación correspondiente. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De esta manera volverán a la situación de disponibles.
