    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se hace constar que, por Resolución de la Alcaldía núm. 2024-0957, de fecha 03 de septiembre de 2024, se nombra funcionario de carrera de la categoría policía local del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, tal y como sigue:&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;«RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA NOMBRAMIENTO FUNCIONARIO DE CARRERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Biel Ferragut Mir, Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, vista la tramitación seguida en el procedimiento de selección para la cobertura de cinco plazas de funcionario de carrera – policía local, mediante procedimiento ordinario, sistema de oposición, correspondientes 3 plazas a la Oferta Pública de Empleo del año 2021 y 2 plazas a la Oferta Pública del año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Considerando la lista elevada por parte del Tribunal de selección a esta Alcaldía con fecha 22 de diciembre de 2023, y de conformidad con el artículo 25 del Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al Servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de Provisión de Puestos de trabajo y Promoción Profesional de los Funcionarios Civiles de la Administración General del Estado aprobado por Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, los artículos 136 y 137 del Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, y el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases de Régimen Local, así como lo que establece la base decimoquinta de las bases reguladoras del procedimiento selectivo,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Visto el Decreto 2024-0007 de fecha 02 de enero de 2024, en el cual se nombraba funcionario en prácticas al Sr. Jaume Comes i Tauler, y considerando que, una vez ha transcurrido el período obligatorio de prácticas en el municipio, durante el cual el aspirante ha realizado satisfactoriamente las funciones propias del puesto de trabajo conforme a los informes emitidos por la Jefatura de la Policía Local de Sa Pobla,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar, como funcionario de carrera de este Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, de la escala de administración especial, subescala de Servicios Especiales, grupo C, subgrupo C1, a los siguientes interesados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
