&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 de abril), se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural) ha instado la modificación del mencionado anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, concretamente dentro del punto 4 («Fomento y conservación de la ganadería, la agricultura y la pesca») del objetivo I («Estímulo de la economía balear») y dentro del punto 3 («Eficiencia energética y energías renovables») del objetivo IV («Protección del medio ambiente»), con la finalidad de adaptar las políticas de subvenciones a las necesidades emergentes del sector agrario, pesquero y alimentario de las Illes Balears, y atendiendo a la disponibilidad de fondos de la Unión Europea a través del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, se crean cuatro nuevas líneas, concretamente las líneas I.4.54, I.4.55, I.4.56 i IV.3.9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El apartado tercero del mencionado Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno establece que la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Corresponde, por lo tanto, al consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación aprobar y modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el apartado 9 de la Resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación de 27 de julio de 2023 de delegación de competencias y de delegación de firma en determinados órganos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, otras consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears y del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears, y de suplencia de los órganos directivos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, se delega en la secretaria general de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación la firma de las resoluciones de modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los artículos 25 y 31 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por los decretos de la presidenta de las Illes Balears 16/2023, de 20 de julio,17/2023, de 23 de agosto, 1/2024, de 4 de enero, 4/2024, de 17 de mayo, y 5/2024, de 29 de mayo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 9/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, en el que se nombra al señor Antoni Costa Costa consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Baleares para los ejercicios 2024-2026, aprobado por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024, en el sentido de añadir cuatro nuevas líneas, las líneas I.4.54, I.4.55, I.4.56 i IV.3.9, con el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I.4.54&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entidad:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Descripción:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; ayudas de minimis para facilitar la trazabilidad de los productos pesqueros mediante su etiquetado e identificación en el año 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalidades y efectos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; garantizar la trazabilidad de los productos pesqueros más valorados en las Illes Balears mediante etiquetas con códigos QR que permitirán al consumidor final acceder a información detallada sobre el origen del producto, como el nombre de la embarcación, la fecha y zona de captura, y otros datos relevantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalidades y efectos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; llevar a cabo proyectos experimentales en los que se valore la idoneidad, las mejores vías de optimización, calidad y viabilidad de la transformación de productos de la pesca existentes actualmente con bajo valor comercial, dirigidos principalmente a su comercialización en hoteles, restaurantes y catering (canal HORECA)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalidades y efectos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; permitir a las explotaciones agrarias y agroalimentarias de las Illes Balears diversificar sus fuentes de ingresos mediante la creación, desarrollo o mejora de experiencias turísticas y gastronómicas vinculadas al producto local, con el fin de garantizar la viabilidad y sostenibilidad del sector agrario en la región&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convocatoria: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;anual (2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
