    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 202, de día 23 de julio de 2024, adoptó el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;«Aprobada la moción de censura, mediante el Ple extraordinario de día 19 de julio de 2024, por la que se nombró el alcalde, el señor Llorenç Ferrer Monjo;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local; la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local; el Real decreto legislativo 781/86, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local; y el Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, y el artículo 25 de la Ley 20/2006, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Estructurar la organización de los servicios administrativos del Aj&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;untament en tres áreas, en virtud de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; que se establece en la Disposición adicional cuarta del RD 2568/1986, y delegar el conocimiento previo, la preparación de los acuerdos y la resolución de los asuntos que se especifican en los regidores y las regidoras siguientes, en cumplimiento de lo que se establece en el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985 y el Reglamento orgánico municipal (artículos 90 y 91, con relación al 38).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. ÁREA DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dentro de esta área quedarían integrados los servicios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1. SERVICIOS CENTRALES Y ORGANIZACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Este servicio incluye: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.1.1. Servicio de Protocolo (Alcaldía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.1.2. Servicios Jurídicos: Contratación, Archivo Administrativo y Servicios Generales (Alcaldía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.1.3. Servicio de Atención a la Ciudadanía, OAC y OMIC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.1.4. Servicios Económicos: Hacienda y Gestión Tributaria (Alcaldía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.1.5 Comunicación (Alcaldía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.1.6. Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;CARLA ALEJANDRA GENER MARQUÉS, &lt;/strong&gt;las facultades de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;terceros con relación al Servicio de Atención a la Ciudadanía y de Atención en materia de consumo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;strong&gt; ALEXANDRA MOLL TALTAVULL, &lt;/strong&gt;las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a RECURSOS HUMANOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. SERVICIO DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Este servicio incluye: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.2.1. Policía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.2.2. Movilidad y Circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.2.3. Protección Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Al regidor Sr.&lt;strong&gt; PEPE CAPELLA PONS,&lt;/strong&gt; las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a POLICÍA LOCAL, PROTECCIÓN CIVIL Y CIRCULACIÓN (SEÑALÉTICA, VADOS, TARJETAS VERDES Y ZONA AZUL, PARQUÍMETROS, MULTAS DE TRÁFICO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.3. SERVICIO DE TRANSPARENCIA, TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y LA COMUNICACIÓN (TIC)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;PERE FIOL BENEJAM, &lt;/strong&gt;las facultades de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a TRANSPARENCIA, TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y LA COMUNICACIÓN (TIC). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. ÁREA DE TERRITORIO Y ENTORNO Y SERVICIOS URBANOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dentro de esta área quedarían integrados los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Este servicio incluye: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2.1.1. Urbanismo y Actividades: Disciplina Urbanística, licencias por obras y actividades (PGOU) y otros instrumentos de ordenación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2.1.2. Mantenimiento y mejora de la vía pública: Brigada, Obra Pública y Caminos Rurales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2.1.3. Medio Ambiente: Energías, Zonas Verdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2.1.4. Limpieza y Recogida de Residuos: Recogida de Basuras y Limpieza Viaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2.1.5. Uso de la Vía Pública y Disciplina Gubernativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2.1.6. Mantenimiento y Mejora de Edificios de Administración General (Alcaldía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;ALEXANDRA MOLL TALTAVULL,&lt;/strong&gt; las facultades de dirigir y gestionar en temas de PLANEAMIENTO Y GESTIÓN URBANÍSTICA; así como también las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;terceros en temas D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; INTERVENCIÓN PREVENTIVA (licencias urbanísticas y de actividades, primeras ocupaciones...) Y DISCIPLINA EN MATERIA URBANÍSTICA Y DE ACTIVIDADES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA JESÚS BAGUR BENEJAM,&lt;/strong&gt; las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación al MANTENIMIENTO Y a la MEJORA DE LA VÍA PÚBLICA: BRIGADA, OBRA PÚBLICA Y CAMINOS RURALES, JARDINES Y ZONAS VERDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA JESÚS BAGUR BENEJAM,&lt;/strong&gt; las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;terceros con relación a MEDIO AMBIENTE Y ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Así mismo, a la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;ESTHER MASCARÓ PUNTÍ&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;terceros con relación al USO DE LA VÍA PÚBLICA, GOBERNACIÓN Y DISCIPLINA GUBERNATIVA: CUMPLIMIENTO Y SEGUIMIENTO DE ORDENANZAS, Y TODOS LOS PERMISOS Y/O LAS AUTORIZACIONES RELACIONADOS CON ESTAS MATERIAS (TOLDOS, OCUPACIÓN DE VÍA PÚBLICA CON MERCANCÍAS, POR OBRAS, ETC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;CARLA ALEJANDRA GENER MARQUÉS,&lt;/strong&gt; las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a LIMPIEZA DE LA VÍA PÚBLICA Y RECOGIDA DE RESIDUOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. SERVICIOS URBANOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Este servicio incluye: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Mandar la publicación de esta resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;al&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;lles&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; (BOIB), de acuerdo con el artículo 44 del ROF, y de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; se dará cuenta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; Ple del Ajuntament en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
