El 26 de diciembre de 2023 se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de autoconsumo con o sin almacenamiento eléctrico con fuentes de energía renovable, así como de renovables térmicas, promovidas para personas físicas dentro las actuaciones previstas en el Plan de Inversiones para la Transición Energética de les Illes Balears, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea (NextGenerationEU) (BOIB núm. 174, de 26 de diciembre de 2023 ).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">2. En fecha 23 de julio de 2024 se emitió la Propuesta de resolución provisional del director general de Economía Circular, Transición energética y Cambio Climático por la que se conceden las subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de autoconsumo con o sin almacenamiento eléctrico con fuentes de energía renovable, así como de renovables térmicas, promovidas para personas físicas dentro de las actuaciones previstas en el Plan de Inversiones para la Transición Energética de les Illes Balears, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea (PITEIB PF) (BOIB núm. 98 de 25 de julio de 2024)</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error en el anexo de la Propuesta mencionada, por el que se procede a rectificarlo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición. Así mismo, l<span style="color:black">a rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actas que han sido notificados o publicados.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">1.
