&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En fecha 20 de agosto de 2024, se publicó la &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Resolución de la consejera de Familias y Asuntos Sociales por la que se convocan ayudas destinadas a las entidades de voluntariado de las Islas Baleares para atender los gastos de seguros de las personas voluntarias correspondientes a los años 2024, 2025 y 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Posteriormente a la publicación se ha advertid&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; un err&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;or&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;material en el punto 5.2 del anexo de la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Si no se corrige el error, implica que no se dará cobertura mediante esta linea de subvenciones a los gastos realizados por las entidades de voluntariado a lo largo de 2023. En ningún caso ha sido este hecho voluntad de la consejería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;4. El informe justificativo del director general de Asuntos Sociales de 21 de agosto 2024 propone rectificar el error advertido en la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Resolución de la consejera de Familias y Asuntos Sociales por la que se convocan ayudas destinadas a las entidades de voluntariado de las Islas Baleares para atender los gastos de seguros de las personas voluntarias correspondientes a los años 2024, 2025 y 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, que dispone que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativos corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Rectificar el punto 3.2. y el punto 5.2 del anexo de la &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Resolución de la consejera de Familias y Asuntos Sociales por la que se convocan ayudas destinadas a las entidades de voluntariado de las Islas Baleares para atender los gastos de seguros de las personas voluntarias correspondientes a los años 2024, 2025 y 2026 en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;3. Cuantía de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;2. Se fija una ayuda m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;áxima del 100 % del gasto hecho por la entidad beneficiaria en concepto de seguro de responsabilidad civil, de seguro de accidentes o de ambas durante los ejercicios previstos en la presente resolución, con el límite de cinco mil euros (5.000,00 €) por entidad solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;3. Cuantía de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;2. Se fija una ayuda m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;áxima del 100 % del gasto hecho por la entidad beneficiaria en concepto de seguro de responsabilidad civil, de seguro de accidentes o de ambas durante los ejercicios previstos en la presente resolución, con el límite de cinco mil euros (5.000,00 €) por entidad solicitante y año natural de ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Y donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;5. Solicitud, &lt;/span&gt;periodos de ejecución, plazos y presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Las entidades de voluntariado interesadas tienen que presentar las solicitudes a través de sus representantes y con los modelos disponibles en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (https://www.caib.es/seucaib/es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Los periodos de ejecución y plazos de presentación son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;─ Primer periodo de solicitud: desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; hasta día 15 de noviembre de 2024 incluido, para los gastos realizados entre 1 de enero de 2024 y 31 de octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;5. Solicitud, periodos de ejecución, plazos y presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
