    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión del día 5 de agosto de 2024, ha aprobado las bases generales de concesión de los Premios &lt;em&gt;Exce&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;lencia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de reconocimiento a las empresas y comercios del municipio de Calviá que se insertan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“CONVOCATORIA DE LOS PREMIOS &lt;em&gt;EXCELENCIA&lt;/em&gt;, DE RECONOCIMIENTO A LaS EMPRESAS Y COMERCIOS DEL MUNICIPIO DE CALVIÁ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;EXPOSICIÓN DE MOTIVOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con toda la normativa que resulta de aplicación en materia de premios y subvenciones, y con la Sección VII de las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Calviá para el ejercicio 2024, se han redactado estas Bases de los&amp;nbsp; premios &lt;em&gt;Excelencia&lt;/em&gt;,&amp;nbsp; de reconocimiento a las empresas y comercios del municipio de Calviá, que tienen como ámbito de actuación el término municipal de Calviá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por los principios de publicidad, transparencia, objetividad, igualdad y&amp;nbsp; no discriminación, reducción de trámites, agilización, eficiencia y simplificación, y también por el de eficacia en el cumplimiento&amp;nbsp; de los objetivos fijados y de eficiencia en la asignación y la utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#191b1b; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Calviá convoca los premios Calviá &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Excelencia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#191b1b; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. La organización de los premios está a cargo del área de Comercio del Ayuntamiento de Calviá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO DE LOS PREMIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#191b1b; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Reconocer públicamente aquellas empresas locales que, por su trayectoria, innovación, proximidad, originalidad, etc., ejercen un papel crucial en el desarrollo económico y social del municipio e impulsar, mediante estos reconocimientos, el comercio local, dándole visibilidad y protagonismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. INSCRIPCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#191b1b; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Pueden participar todos los comercios del término municipal de Calviá, excepto aquellos comercios que, con el mismo nombre comercial, resultaron ganadores en alguna de las ediciones de los tres años inmediatamente anteriores al año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;La inscripción es gratuita. Los comercios que deseen participar, deberán rellenar el formulario y sus anexos que encontrarán en la página &lt;/span&gt;www.calvia.com, en la sección &lt;em&gt;Tu Ayuntamiento/&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Organización municipal/ Turismo y Empleo/ Comercio&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt; La participación puede ser en una categoría, en diversas o en todas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;El rellenado del formulario de inscripción implica la aceptación de las bases que rigen el concurso, así como la declaración responsable con la que se cumple el requisito de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;La Organización&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; podrá comprobar la veracidad de la información y los datos reseñados. Igualmente podrá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt; exigir, en cualquier momento, la justificación acreditativa de estos hechos, pudiendo ser excluidos de la convocatoria aquellos comercios que no la presenten. La Organización también podrá adoptar las medidas oportunas por incumplimiento de esta cláusula una vez otorgados los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de inscripción, la Organización elaborará y publicará la lista de empresas participantes y la categoría (o categorías) en las cuales concursan en www.calvia.com, así como en el perfil de Facebook, X e Instagram del Ayuntamiento de Calviá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Categorías:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Puede estar relacionada con un producto, un servicio, un proceso, un mercado, un medio de producción, una tecnología o cualquiera otra cosa que suponga una transformación constante e imprescindible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Es un negocio minorista que está cerca de nuestro lugar de residencia. Nos ofrece los productos que necesitamos en el día a día,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Se entenderá como&lt;strong&gt; EMPRESA 365&lt;/strong&gt;, aquel negocio minorista que está abierto un mínimo de 10 meses en un año natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Se entenderá como&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EMPRESA TURÍSTICA&lt;/strong&gt;, aquella que se relaciona con la industria turística, que se define como el sector que se encarga de la producción y circulación de bienes y servicios que se relaciona con la recreación y el esparcimiento (playa, aventuras, gastronómico, religioso, de negocios, turismo rural, ecológico, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las empresas turísticas pueden ser de:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Alojamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Transporte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Alimentación y bebidas (que vendan o elaboren productos típicos del término de Calviá o de Mallorca)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Compras (que vendan o elaboren productos elaborados por ellos, elaborados por residentes en Mallorca, o&amp;nbsp; que sean típicos de Mallorca)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tours operadores &lt;/span&gt;y guías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Agencias de viajes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LOS PREMIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;De entre todos los comercios participantes se seleccionarán 3 finalistas para cada una de las categorías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;3 finalistas para la categoría empresa comercios de proximidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;3 finalistas para la categoría empresa 365 (Abierto todo el año)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;3 finalistas para la categoría empresa turística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#191b1b; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A estos 15 comercios finalistas se les obsequiará con la realización de un completo y exclusivo publireportaje sobre sus establecimientos, totalmente gratuito y que, una vez grabado y editado, se les entregará para que puedan difundirlos libremente en cualquier canal de difusión, red social, etc. y que, además, será publicado en &lt;/span&gt;www.calvia.com.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;De entre los comercios finalistas, el Jurado seleccionará un (1) ganador por categoría. El Ayuntamiento de Calviá se pondrá en contacto, vía telefónica o por correo electrónico, con los comercios ganadores para comunicarles que han resultado ganadores y para informarles de la fecha y lugar donde se celebrará la gala, a la cual deberán asistir, ya que la entrega de premios está sujeta a la asistencia a la gala &lt;em&gt;Excelencia&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Los ganadores se comprometen a mantener el secreto hasta la celebración de la gala, momento en el que se hará público el nombre de estos 5 comercios ganadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;D) DECLARACIÓN RESPONSABLE&amp;nbsp; (anexo I) donde conste:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Que está al corriente respecto a sus obligaciones con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Que está al corriente respecto a sus obligaciones tributarias con la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Que está al corriente respecto a sus obligaciones tributarias con la Agencia Tributaria de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Que está al corriente respecto a sus obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Calviá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Que no le afecta ninguna de las prohibiciones establecidas por el art. 10 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la CAIB, aprobado mediante el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, ni es culpable en procedimientos de cobranza por vía de apremio por deudas contraídas con el Ayuntamiento de Calviá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;E) Compromiso firmado de mantener el secreto hasta la gala de entrega de premios, en caso de ser el ganador. (Anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. CALENDARIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Octubre: Selección de los finalistas y realización de los videos promocionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Noviembre: Gala &lt;em&gt;Excelencia 2024&lt;/em&gt; (entrega de galardones y premios)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. GALA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXCELENCIA 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Y ENTREGA DE PREMIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;El mes de noviembre se celebrará la gala &lt;em&gt;Excelencia 2024&lt;/em&gt;, a la que asistirán las autoridades municipales, y que &lt;/span&gt;será cubierta&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt; por un medio de comunicación. En esta gala, se proyectarán los reportajes de cada uno de los 15 comercios finalistas y se anunciará el comercio ganador de cada categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;A esta gala deberán asistir los finalistas de los premios, a quienes se les entregará el galardón a la excelencia empresarial, consistente en una estatuilla creada por el artista local Carlos Terroba, miembro de la plataforma artística &lt;em&gt;Ou verd&lt;/em&gt; y, además, aquellos que resulten ganadores, recibirán un premio de 300€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;La fecha exacta de la gala, el lugar donde se celebrará, así como la manera de adquirir las invitaciones, serán anunciados a través de la web y de las redes sociales del Ayuntamiento. A la gala podrán asistir todas las personas que lo deseen, y que previamente hayan adquirido su invitación, hasta completar el aforo de la sala donde se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. JURAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;El jurado estará integrado por el concejal delegado especial de las áreas de Comercio y Actividades, el gerente o la gerente de uno de los comercios premiados en la edición 2023 y un representante del medio de comunicación patrocinador de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;La Organización y el Jurado tienen la facultad de interpretar estas bases. En caso de conflicto, la Organización es la competente para resolverlo basándose en criterios de racionalidad, igualdad y equidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;La Organización informará a los participantes de la selección de las empresas finalistas. El veredicto del jurado, así como la identidad de los ganadores se harán públicos en la gala de entrega de los premios &lt;em&gt;Excelencia 2024&lt;/em&gt;, prevista para noviembre de 2024. La Organización emitirá un comunicado de prensa y publicará la información en www.calvia.com y en las redes sociales municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. PAGO DE LOS PREMIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;Los premios se harán efectivos por transferencia bancaria dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la resolución de estos. Los premios serán objeto de retención fiscal de acuerdo con lo señalado en la legislación vigente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#191b1b"&gt;La entrega de premios está sujeta a la asistencia a la gala, como establece el punto 2 de estas bases. En caso que el o la representante del comercio ganador no pueda asistir por causas sobrevenidas, deberá comunicarlo a la Organización y deberá facilitar, con 24 horas de antelación a la celebración de la gala,&amp;nbsp; el nombre de la persona que recogerá en su representación el premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
