Aprobación de la propuesta MF-902 relativa a la creación de un puesto de trabajo de Ingeniero/a industrial adscrito al IME del Área delegada de Turismo, Cultura, Deportes, Restauración y Coordinación Territorial ]] es text/html 510344 2024-08-22 CAIB 520 38936 38937 ![CDATA[<div class="WordSection1"> <p>Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 31/07/2024, y previa ratificación de la urgencia por unanimidad, se aprobó lo siguiente:</p> <p>“<strong>Primero</strong>. - Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura a la propuesta adjunta MF-902 relativa a la creación de un puesto de trabajo de Ingeniero/a industrial adscrito al IME, del Área delegada de Turismo, Cultura, Deportes, Restauración y Coordinación Territorial, en el sentido que se concreta a la propuesta.</p> <p><strong>Segundo</strong>.- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</p> <p><strong>Tercero</strong>.- Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</p> <p>Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
