&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 de abril), se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Dirección General de Infancia, Juventud, Familias, Igualdad y Diversidad (Consejería de Familias y Asuntos Sociales) ha instado la modificación del mencionado anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, concretamente dentro del punto 4 («Conciliación») del objetivo II («Empleo estable y de calidad»), a raíz de la aprobación del Acuerdo de la Conferencia Sectorial de Igualdad, de 29 de abril de 2024, por el que se fijan los criterios de distribución a las comunidades autónomas y ciudades de Ceuta y Melilla, así como la distribución resultante, del crédito destinado en el año 2024 al desarrollo del Plan Corresponsables, publicado en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial del Estado&lt;/em&gt; de 17 de mayo de 2024, con la finalidad de posibilitar la incorporación de cuatro nuevas líneas, concretamente las líneas II.4.5, II.4.6, II.4.7 y II.4.8, en materia de conciliación familiar, con especial atención a los colectivos más vulnerables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El apartado tercero del mencionado Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno establece que la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Corresponde, por lo tanto, al consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación aprobar y modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el apartado 9 de la Resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación de 27 de julio de 2023 de delegación de competencias y de delegación de firma en determinados órganos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, otras consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears y del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears, y de suplencia de los órganos directivos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, se delega en la secretaria general de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación la firma de las resoluciones de modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Los artículos 25 y 31 de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por los decretos de la presidenta de las Illes Balears 16/2023, de 20 de julio; 17/2023, de 23 de agosto; 1/2024, de 4 de enero; 4/2024, de 17 de mayo, y 5/2024, de 29 de mayo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 9/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, en el que se nombra al señor Antoni Costa Costa consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Baleares para los ejercicios 2024-2026, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024, en el sentido de añadir cuatro nuevas líneas, las líneas II.4.5, II.4.6, II.4.7 y II.4.8, con el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Finalidades y efectos: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;facilitar la conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar, promover la igualdad de oportunidades en el acceso y la permanencia en el empleo de mujeres y hombres, así como remover los obstáculos que puede producir la acumulación de responsabilidades de las personas trabajadoras derivadas del ámbito familiar o doméstico y del ámbito laboral o profesional, así como fomentar el empleo de calidad en los servicios de cuidado de las personas jóvenes con perfiles profesionales relacionados con los cuidados a personas menores de edad y, en concreto, en el sector del ocio educativo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
