&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 19 de diciembre de 2022 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. (BOIB núm. 165, de 20 de diciembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 27 de marzo de 2023 de corrección de erratas y modificación de miembros de Tribunales designados en la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 40, de 30 de marzo de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El señor Antonio Plata Buades, el señor Miquel Solivellas Aguiló y el señor Alejandro Godoy Moyá han dejado de formar parte de la Comisión Permanente de Selección y Provisión y han presentado su renuncia como miembro de los Tribunales Calificadores de este proceso selectivo, causa que se considera adecuada por los motivos alegados en el escrito de renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Dado el volumen de procesos en marcha, de los que los miembros de la Comisión Permanente de Selección y Provisión ya forman parte, y dada la causa prevista en el número anterior, se hace necesario designar a nuevos presidentes titulares y suplentes de los Tribunales Calificadores de la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, a funcionarios de carrera que no forman parte de la citada Comisión que de acuerdo con el Convenio colectivo para el personal laboral de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares se pueden designar libremente por la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El resto de vocales titulares y suplentes de los Tribunales mencionados&amp;nbsp;mantiene la composición efectuada con las Resoluciones de 19 de&amp;nbsp;diciembre de 2022 y 27 de marzo de 2023 de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;En consecuencia, deben designarse nuevos presidentes titulares y suplentes y debe modificarse la composición de los Tribunales Calificadores del proceso selectivo para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en el sentido indicado en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 10 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en relación con el artículo 6.3 c) de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;El Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El Convenio colectivo para el personal laboral de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 19 de diciembre de 2022, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aceptar las renuncias como miembro de los Tribunales Calificadores de este proceso selectivo del señor Antonio Plata Buades, el señor Miquel Solivellas Aguiló y el señor Alejandro Godoy Moyá, dado que se considera adecuado por los motivos alegados en el escrito de renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Modificar la composición de los Tribunales Calificadores de este proceso selectivo para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares convocado mediante Resolución de 19 de diciembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 165, de 20 de diciembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Designar a los nuevos presidentes titulares y suplentes como miembros de los Tribunales Calificadores de este proceso selectivo, en sustitución de los que presentan motivos de renuncia justificadas, en consecuencia, modificar las composiciones de dichos Tribunales Calificadores, en los términos establecidos en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Transcribir la composición de los vocales titulares y suplentes de los Tribunales Calificadores de este proceso selectivo que fueron designados con las Resoluciones de 19 de diciembre de 2022 y 27 de marzo de 2023 de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad en el anexo de esta Resolución, para hacer público la composición final de dichos Tribunales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;slas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balear&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;, en la sede electrónica de la CAIB (www.caib.es) y en el Portal del Opositor (http://oposicions.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer una demanda ante el Juzgado de lo Social en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 69 de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
