    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pleno del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, en sesión de fecha 12 de agosto de 2024, aprobó el siguiente Acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODIFICACIÓN DE LA PLANTILLA DE PERSONAL DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANTANYÍ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Vista la necesidad de modificar la plantilla del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para adaptarla a las necesidades actuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Vista la aprobación por parte de la Mesa General de Negociación del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, de fecha 2 de julio de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Vista la fiscalización favorable de Intervención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los artículos 22.2.i) y 90.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los artículos 126 y siguientes del Texto Refundido de las Disposiciones vigentes en materia de Régimen Local aprobado por el Real decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los artículos 169 y 177 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales aprobado por el Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, aprobado por el Real decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la plantilla de personal anexa al Presupuesto para el ejercicio 2024, que quedaría redactada de la siguiente manera, consistente en la amortización de una plaza de personal laboral, coordinador/a de comunicación, Nivel 3; y la creación de una plaza de Ingeniero Informático, Técnico de Administración Especial, A1: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Someter el presente acuerdo a información pública por un plazo de quince días mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante este plazo las personas interesadas podrán examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen pertinentes. Transcurrido este plazo, si no se han presentado alegaciones, se entenderá elevado a definitivo este acuerdo de aprobación inicial y entrará en vigor una vez se haya cumplido lo dispuesto en el artículo 112.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del Régimen Local, y también en el artículo 169 del Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por RD Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
