&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, en sesión ordinaria realizada el día 13.08.2024 ha adoptado, entre otros, el siguiente ACUERDO que en su parte dispositiva dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar inicialmente el Proyecto básico y de ejecución refundido, de ampliación y reforma de la Escuela municipal infantil «Es Faralló» al polígono 31 parcela 524 de Felanitx, con referencia catastral 07022A031005240000WY, redactado por el arquitecto Joan Forteza Mesquida, con n.º de visado COAIB 11/07888/24, de día 06/08/2024, así como el Proyecto de actividades refundido, con n.º de visado COETI-Baleares 12240459-01, de día 05/08/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. El presupuesto de ejecución material (P.E.M.) de las actuaciones solicitadas es de 1.037.658,91 €. Esta cantidad se desglosa de la siguiente manera: P.E.M.= 1.037.658,91 € B.I. (6%)= 62.259,53 € G.G. (13%)= 134.895,66 € Total sin I.V.A.= 1.234.814,10 € I.V.A. (21%)= 259.310,96€ TOTAL= 1.494.125,06 € El Canon de Gestión residuos asciende a la cantidad de 2.206,74 € I.V.A. (10%)= 220,67 € TOTAL Gestión residuos= 2.427,41 € - El presupuesto de ejecución por contrata (P.E.C.) asciende a la cantidad de 1.496.552,47 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El plazo para empezar las obras se establecerá a la adjudicación del contrato y el plazo de ejecución será de 13 meses desde el inicio de las obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Solicitar el informe previo de la administración competente en materia de Medio Ambiente, sobre el riesgo de incendio forestal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Solicitar la autorización de la Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea (AESA), de acuerdo con el artículo 30 del Decreto 584/1972, de 24 de febrero, de servidumbres aeronáuticas, puesto que los Proyectos antes mencionados están afectados por la servidumbre aeronáutica del &amp;nbsp;NDB de Portocolom, según el Real Decreto 373/2011, de 11 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Que el ingeniero municipal informe sobre los condicionantes y recomendaciones efectuadas al informe técnico y de supervisión de día 9 de agosto de 2024, a los efectos de si se tienen que contemplar al proyecto en la aprobación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.&lt;/strong&gt; Exponer los Proyectos al público por un plazo de 15 días hábiles mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (ajfelanitx.eadministracio.cat), a la cual también se puede acceder a través de la página web del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (www.felanitx.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra este acto, que es de trámite, no cabe interponer ningún recurso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Información pública&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 149 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares se somete a información pública el proyecto mencionado, por un plazo de 15 días hábiles contados desde la fe&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;cha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de la última publicación, mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (ajfelanitx.eadministracio.cat), a la cual también se puede acceder a través de la pagina web del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (www.felanitx.org), para que cualquier persona pueda presentar las alegaciones o sugerencias que considere opor&lt;/span&gt;tunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consulta y información del proyecto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
