    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa de fecha 16 de agosto de 2024 se ha aprobado inicialmente el siguiente proyecto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Proyecto llamado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Parc Motor de Sa Coma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; del Parque Insular de servicios sa Coma, redactado por el ingeniero industrial Javier Ripoll Guasch, colegiado núm. 393 COEIB, con un precio de ejecución sin IVA de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; 4.819.700,52€&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;cuatro millones ochocientos diecinueve mil setecientos euros y cincuenta y dos céntimos ) más &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1.012.137,11€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; (un millón doce mil ciento treinta y siete euros y once céntimos ) correspondiente al 21% de IVA y un total de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5.831.837,63€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; (cinco millones ochocientos treinta y un mil ochocientos treinta y siete euros y sesenta y tres céntimos ) presupuesto con IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El mencionado proyecto permanecerá en exposición pública en los Servicios Técnicos del Departamento de Presidencia, Hacienda, Gestión Económica y Deportes de este Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa (Avda. España, núm. 49, ciudad de Ibiza) por un plazo de 20 días desde el día siguiente de la publicación, todo en conformidad con el artículo 93 del RD Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, y el artículo 83.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (LPAC). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Transcurrido dicho plazo sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones ni reclamaciones, se entenderá aprobado definitivamente el proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
