&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La senyora Balma González Pérez, como funcionaria interina del CIM, fue nombrada instructora de diferentes expedientes de subvenciones otorgadas sin convocatoria previa del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales durante el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El día 13 de febrero de 2024 esta trabajadora finalizó su relación con el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La señora Judith Aisa Garbayo, como funcionaria del CIM, fue nombrada instructora de diferentes expedientes de subvenciones otorgadas sin convocatoria previa y subvenciones otorgadas previa convocatoria del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales durante los años 2023 y 2024, pero desde el día 16 de abril de 2024 está en situación de baja médica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, durante el año 2023 y 2024, entre otros, acordó aprobar las siguientes convocatorias y convenios de subvención de ayudas, en las que fueron nombradas instructoras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Ante la necesidad de resolver estos expedientes, es necesario el nombramiento de nuevos instructores para estos expedientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dada la propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; En relación con las convocatorias, remitir a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones esta información sobre la presente convocatoria, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, de forma previa a la publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB), a efectos de posibles recusaciones según lo que establece el artículo 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
